I have a website I'm very happy with on a platform (Word Press) that is easy to update. I can contact them on our Slack chat whenever I have a technical question and I'll normally get a very speedy reply with feedback on the next steps. I know I am repeating myself a little but I think their communication channels are very impressive. I always feel very well looked after and nothing is too much for them.
