Development + Webdesign for Acropolium
Acropolium is one of the most stable IT companies out there. In these times when change is the only constant, they've been on the market for solid 17 years with almost zero changes in the team. The team has spent nearly two decades building deep expertise in the technology fundamentals just like the ancient philosophers laid the ground of knowledge for the next generations of humanity.
Acropolium understands their field to the tiniest detail. Pioneers of cloud computing, have been pushing the boundaries of the IT industry, understanding how things work from code language semantics to its response on the processor level.
In order to visualize their story and uniqueness, we've designed and built a website in the neo-greek concept where ancient wisdom meets modern digital.

Website + Branding for Knowella
Knowella's mission is to make people's lives better. Such a bold statement deserves equally bold branding. Well, they've come to the right place. We wanted to create something that is tech-based and progressive, while still being joyful and appealing.

UX/UI Design + Development for Tastewise
We had to completely remake the Tastewise website and then develop branding materials for social media. The old website didn’t cause much of an emotional response and the content was a bit hard to consume. The website required a complete revision of structure, graphics, and visuals.
Developing UI design we focused on mixing people, dishes, and places into one unique mosaic. Many pieces come together and form food service of knowledge this was a base for the concept we chose for UI design.

Webdesign for Adlift
Adlift’s website was outdated and didn’t speak to its target audience. They work with the world’s biggest brands, but the site wouldn’t show it at the first sight. Our goal was to present Adlift in a way that they belong to the same league as their clients.
Being growth hackers, the team helps boost their clients’ marketing performance. Adlift is here to do the heavy lifting.
We’ve built the brand identity on their 3 unique traits: enthusiasm, cheer, and energy.
We were precise with the dosage, though. The design keeps the business audience in mind – minimum distraction, focus on key information, stats, and success stories.

Webdesign for Crypto Platform Earn
What’s so special about Earn?
It’s a Defi platform. Every time it emits a new token, half of it gets burned straight away. Result – token becomes more valuable, generating passive income for the community of holders.
How do we visualize Earn?
Put token in the center of attention. Add a diagram of its explosion. BAM! Token destroyed. Broken down to atoms. Orange, purple, lights, circles. Atomic-level of explanation.

UI/UX Design for EdTech Company
"We were impressed with their proactiveness. They really wanted to help, and knew exactly what they were doing."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of an edtech startup for realtors and landlords. We’re launching our product because, during the lockdown, we found that a lot of PMs (Property Managers) don’t like working directly with landlords and realtors — due to their poor characteristics. We decided this can be the niche we can get into.
What challenge were you trying to address with Qream?
We had an idea for an education platform, and we needed someone to build the application that will be fully aligned with future users and our marketing strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started the project by having several design sessions where we described our target personas. We then discussed how users can use the platform and the value they will gain from it. Moreover, we discussed some architecture for future users and how they will work with the several iterations of the platform.
We wanted to create a good design for our idea, so our team did the wireframe for several screens for the app — they then transferred the mockups to the Qream team. After that, they started the work for the UX/UI design and the business strategy.
Additionally, we provided them 10-pages worth of documentation providing them information on the wireframes and the design we wanted.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact was Victoriia (Junior Product Manager), and we also worked with a UX/UI designer.
How did you come to work with Qream?
We found Qream on Dribble. We had about 8–10 proposals from several other teams, but when we started speaking with them and asking them about their suggestions for the project, they only gave us an estimation of what the resource will cost us. The Qream team, however, were very proactive, had their own vision, and I had a feeling of what they were going to make. They suggested a lot of ideas on how we can launch, as well as the need to build clickable prototypes.
That’s when we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $40,000 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from December 2020–March 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We did some tests with applicable prototypes and had 20–25% successful registrations from our control group. After that, we checked several options on how to organize the demonstration, and they raised the conversion rate from 16–32%.
How did Qream perform from a project management standpoint?
We worked through Slack and Telegram for communications. We also used email to send official information and used Jira to manage the project.
Victoria did an amazing job. She was really easy to communicate with, and I had no doubts about her profession. They always kept me updated and were always in touch — I didn’t experience any lack of communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were impressed with their proactiveness. They really wanted to help, and knew exactly what they were doing. They didn’t just work through our requirements, but they also suggested alternatives that really worked. In addition to that, they were also very innovative — we talked several times and they sent me a lot of information about new approaches in design.
They were really good in customer development, prototyping, and designing the visual aspect of the platform — I was really satisfied with their vision. Another thing I liked about them is they had separate specialists for UX and UI design. Choosing Qream was a very good decision because we had a full team of professionals who know their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Even if I was a picky customer, I don’t think I’ll find anything they can improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It would be better for the engagement if you describe your vision based on what you want to achieve. They will then suggest several options on how you can succeed.

Website Re-branding for Global Tech Company

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a marketing manager leading the events and community initiatives for a global tech company in the cloud space. The company has a SaaS solution for enterprises, reducing their cloud cost.
For what projects/services did your company hire Qream?
We've created a sub-brand to host Developers community summits around the globe. due to COVID-19 the project became virtual. The existing web page and brand we had didn't look good, and didn't fit the target audience we're aiming for. I was looking to change the brand completely.
What were your goals for this project?
Create a web page that will look awesome, innovative, and eye-catching. Create a social media appearance, a complete brand that will start out.
How did you select Qream?
I was on calls with several companies/designers, and none were as professional as Qream, I saw different projects they did, they asked all the right questions about my project.
I actually started working with Qream and 1 more company at the same time, paying them only for the first part of 2 draft with a concept to the website. Qream won by far, I really liked where they took the concept, they really listens to instructions.
Describe the project in detail.
Make-over for: brand logo brand website brand concept After UI UX and the entire branding was approved, they also developed the website from scratch, creating a back-end for me to access any filed/section of the website and update it my self.
Creating of brand mascot - from scratching to 3D Image! Brand book Social media banners social media profile pic + cover images Email banner
What was the team composition?
I was working only with Yaroslove - who's managing the project. It's very convenient, connecting with 1 person who's in charge of the hand-on team members. There were UI/UX designers, illustrator, and at a later stage a web developer, who I was in touch directly.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The brand is not selling a real product, not we have funds to promote it digitally. so at the moment I can't see the success. Only from great feedbacks across my industry (cloud)
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager - Yaroslove is very communicative, we were taking via slack, emails, and hopping on calls on a daily/weekly basis. Everything was done very fast, in a timeline that doesn't go over 4-5 days from the day I requested a specific task.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Listening to directions! From step 1, they listened carefully, took notes, asking the right questions, and implementing everything in their work! It's very rare to find designers that will supply exactly what you've been asking for.
Also, they are very innovative, thinking one step ahead, adding features to the website I didn't even think of!
Are there any areas for improvement?

Please describe your company and your position there.
Creative Dock is a startup builder. We build digital services and mobile apps for European markets. I hired Qream while being in the role of project manager, and now I continue working closely with them after my transition to the role of customer experience lead.
For what projects/services did your company hire Qream?
Our company is based in Austria and Czech Republic, building a mobile app for Ukrainian market. We were looking for UX/UI designer with knowledge of local market specifics and user needs.
What were your goals for this project?
The aim was to launch digital service on (for us) foreign market in a short time, and continue adding new features at fast pace. Our app is quite complex with integrations to several third party service providers. Our main challenge was to deliver excellent quality for customers on tight deadline while keeping multiple stakeholders satisfied.
How did you select this vendor?
I have found Qream on Upwork. After considering 6 different designers, the final decision was to hire this agency. The decision was clear because they were the only ones who did not start the conversation with organizational requests but by asking how they can help us deliver the best value for end users.
They sent us a few links on their previous works, and also immediately proposed valuable design solutions for our app. The decision to hire Qream was made by me and CEO of the project.
Describe the project in detail.
Very complex mobile app offering administrative and financial tools such as invoices, bookkeeping, tax reporting, payments or currency exchange. Two designers were dedicated to product/UX design - defining user flows, creating wireframes and clickable prototypes, conducting user testing and prototype iterations.
One designer worked specifically on UI design - designing UI components, defining the component library and applying final UI on app screens while working closely with front-end developers on implementation.
What was the team composition?
Initially, we started with one designer. Later on we hired two more in the team because their expertise goes far beyond UX/UI design. Three designers were working closely with our product, IT dev and marketing team. Qream designers basically became a crucial part of our team.
Giving us valuable insights for marketing strategy and took leadership in product design. In the end, they covered tasks from scope definition, UX/UI design and user testing, to helping IT developers make decisions.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project is still ongoing. Nevertheless, we've launched the first feature about a month ago and we keep getting extremely positive feedback from our first users. First (indicative) NPS has reached almost 60 points which we didn't expect at all.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We were working with the CEO and two designers from their team. The communication was smooth, all of them are well organized and open to feedback. All three were in daily touch with our project team. Often times taking part in decision making meetings.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was blown away by the way they were able to handle sometimes unclear briefs from our side as well as floating deadlines. All designers were constantly available and also open to any feedback. We especially appreciate their professionalism and expertise in fintech which exceeded our original expectations. Their comprehensive knowledge of local market is also impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything can be done faster or better of course. Nevertheless they delivered just the right balance between time and quality in order to meet deadlines while creating value for users.

I’m the CEO of Key Jet Charter, an aviation company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Qream?
We needed help with UI/UX design and branding.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Qream created a range of collateral for us. They came up with the design for our business cards, our website, and our brand identity, including all the colors and logos. When we began the engagement, I came in with my own ideas of how I wanted the website to look. Together, we collaborated and discussed alternatives, and we ended up going forward with their designs.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a project manager and a designer, though we switched designers at one point during the project.
How did you come to work with Qream?
I saw their portfolio on Dribbble, so I contacted them. They sent me a few links, which were ultimately the deciding factor when I was choosing a team to work with.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent close to $10,000 on the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement took place from December 2019-March 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m happy with the results, and that they weren’t hesitant to make suggestions they felt would serve my brand better. They’re professional designers that I knew I could trust.
Qream also provided excellent customer service. Given that and the quality of their work, I’ll definitely be contacting them if we need additional help, changes, or design work in the future.
How did Qream perform from a project management standpoint?
The team was very responsive. If we ever had a question or needed something corrected, they were immediately available. Everything about the process was clear, easy, and fast. To stay in touch, we used Messenger and phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their responsiveness and general project management style were impressive. I also appreciated their design ideas—the second designer on the project brought very fresh, interesting ideas.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any problems.

They test every idea from the users’ perspective and have strong attention to detail. Qream are strong communicators. Working remotely (in very difficult circumstances during February - April 2020), we always had a feeling the project is being driven with a speed of light as they kept us in the loop during each stage. In fact, even when we were holding things up our end with decisions and content, Qream design's approach was flawless.

For what projects/services did your company hire Qream?
We hired Qream to help us brand (logo + color scheme) and to create a jaw-dropping website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found Qream on UpWork, a popular freelance website and went with them due to their portfolio full of stunning websites + it fit our budget.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We had a few calls at first before the project started to clarify the scope + our needs and goals. We then communicated primarily through Telegram (our preference at EARN) and were presented progress updates in the form of video, messages, and calls. At first, we weren't planning on having Qream help us with our branding but ultimately added it onto our scope and it was a seamless process to do so. After our website was delivered, we had a call to celebrate, provide feedback, and to wrap things up.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we worked closely with 3 team members but had a number of other team members who helped with the backend of our website.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've had a lot of compliments on our website after Qream designed it. It has helped our core community keep faith in the project regardless of the crazy volatility we experience in the crypto market.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our workflow together was pretty good. Delays typically stemmed from tasks we at EARN needed to complete and had fallen behind on.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed with Qream's excellent communication - keeping us into the loop without the need to constantly check in on them. We were also very happy with their skill in design and unique ideas they brought to the table.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Things could have been done faster, but that could have meant sacrificing a lot of the quality design work we received.
