Rebrand and Redesign has generated several new leads in just the short time that we have implemented the changes.

Phenomenon was HIGHLY responsive to our feedback. The project was delivered on time and at a reasonable pase. The project managers would check back every week on the progress that was made and solicited feedback on every stage of the process. Any changes that would be needed would be implemented in just a few days.

We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted from this project. I really need to search to find an area that they need improvement on for our use case. If I had to choose something, I would say helping lead us through the different options for branding and what each one communicates. They were highly responsive to feedback, but maybe more proactive in communicating which directions a design element would help set us apart from our competition.

That said, Phenomenon Studio was open to feedback and has already started exploring these enhancements for future iterations.

Phenomenon Studio took full ownership of the mobile app development process. From the discovery phase through deployment, they worked closely with our internal teams, especially marketing and IT. The project kicked off with a series of user interviews and workshops to understand the specific needs of our agents and clients. They then moved into UX/UI design, where they crafted custom wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that truly captured the simplicity and elegance we were aiming for.

The core deliverables included a fully responsive mobile app available for both iOS and Android, with integrated MLS property search, a real-time chat feature for agents and clients, calendar syncing for showings, and push notifications. They also developed a lightweight CRM module that allowed our agents to track and follow up with leads on the go. Internally, we’ve also seen a drop in support tickets because so many of the day-to-day questions our clients used to call about are now answered within the app. It’s become an essential part of how we operate especially in today’s fast-moving real estate environment.

When we needed changes, even mid-sprint, they were open and quick to adjust without letting it affect the timeline too much.

That kind of foresight speaks volumes about how experienced and user-focused their team is.

Honestly, there isn’t much we would change about the experience. If I had to pinpoint anything, perhaps a more extended post-launch support phase would’ve been helpful especially during the early adoption period when our agents were still getting used to the app. They did offer training resources and documentation, which helped a lot, but having them embedded just a little longer could’ve added extra confidence.

That said, whenever we reached out after launch, they were quick to respond and helpful even when the situation was technically beyond the scope. This showed us that they care about long-term partnerships, not just short-term delivery.

Well, Phenomena Studio claims not to do UX/UI design. 
But I must say; we have developed so much Illustrations and Motion Graphics that they ended up improving my UX/UI design as well.

However it would be nice to see Phenomena Studio more confident about their UX/UI design capabilities, they are capable of doing it.

We wanted to transform My IELTS Guide from a basic online study tool into a smart, personalized learning platform. Our goals were to use AI to create custom study plans for each student, improve the user experience to stop students from dropping out during practice tests, and add real-time progress tracking for both students and coaches.

Phenomenon Studio handled a complete rebuild of our web platform. They started by talking to students, coaches, and admins to understand the challenges. They also reviewed how our old system worked and found areas for improvement. Their solution included building an AI engine that adapts to each student’s needs. For example, if a student struggles with "Task 1 Academic Writing," the system automatically recommends exercises and videos to help them improve.

They delivered a modern, mobile-friendly web app with an easy-to-use interface, detailed progress dashboards, and quick access to live coaching. Coaches got a new admin portal where they can track student performance, assign specific tasks, and schedule sessions. They also added a powerful essay review tool, where coaches can highlight mistakes and leave voice notes on student work.

Finally, they moved everything to a scalable cloud system, so the platform can now handle thousands of users at the same time without crashing.

For example, Raj from Mumbai raised his writing band score from 5.5 to 7.0 in just two months by following AI-recommended exercises tailored to his weaknesses.

Once development began, I stayed in constant contact with their team. We later met in person to test the product and resolve any issues together. The app launched in May 2025, and Phenomenon Studio now provides ongoing maintenance.

Our app is the most important product we offer, and it has been widely adopted, with around 60,500 installations so far.
