They managed the project very effectively. Throughout the process of design and development, we communicated regularly with the Storm Brain team through email or phone. It was nice that we had just one point of contact that took care of us from start to finish.

All of the design assets were provided to us for review and our internal QA. We then sent off feedback and additional direction to their team. It was a time consuming process, but one that was detailed and easy to navigate.

UNITE Hair is a professional hair care brand that sells premium hair products online and directly to top-tier salons. I'm the director of marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Storm Brain?

We hired Storm Brain to build a custom website to service both professional and consumer e-commerce. Once it was built, we needed them to manage day-to-day operations.

What were your goals for this project?

As a beauty brand, it was important for our site to be extremely functional and beautiful. We have multiple audiences and pricing structures, and we sell both products and services online. Our website needed a sharp custom build.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed Storm Brain because of their high-ranking reviews on agency directories, but we hired them because they asked the right questions, offered solutions that made sense, and took the time to understand our business.

Storm Brain managed the entire process. After an exploration period, during which they got to know us, they presented their designs. They created the front- and backend of the site, created and repurposed content, and managed the integration process with our CRM system and team. 

What was the team composition?

We were fortunate enough to work directly with the founders. They're still our lead contacts.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site is still new, but everyone at the company is excited about it. Our employees say it is fun, impactful, and fantastic. We know that our partners will love to use it. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We started with an extremely thorough proposal that outlined everything. It was a sizeable document, but they broke it down nicely. We knew exactly what we were getting and when it would be delivered. The whole process has been easy to navigate. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're a boutique agency in size, but not in strategy. They aren't afraid to tackle any issues or ideas.
