UN Women
UN Women sought to address the vast gender inequality issues across the world on an international scale. Using the #HeForShe campaign, the United Nations took to the media to broaden awareness and raise funds to benefit causes directly impacting gender equality efforts. Main & Rose created a strategy focused on bringing the utmost attention to this issue and conducted weeks of research to create and execute the high-profile, invite-only event: the #HeForShe LA Media Summit. Main & Rose worked with the UN to hand-select several strategic partnerships and relationships that would move the needle — most notably securing CNN’s moderator Carol Costello and media powerhouse YouTube as the event’s host. The event created ground-breaking exposure for gender equality issues and provided an even stronger platform for outspoken celebrity activists.

Oceana
Since the 1950s, the Oceana Hotel has been one of the most coveted properties along the Southern California Coastline. It is also the first LXR property (Hilton's new luxury hotel collection) to be launched in the United States. The property's brand identity, messaging framework, and digital strategy were not conveyed the ultimate luxury experience members encounter during their stay and we were tasked to create new branding, messaging, a marketing stratefy, web design and digital strategy for the property.
We completed a full digital analysis and hosted on-site sessions to fully immerse in the brand and guest experience. We used our data to forge a refreshed brand personality, brand pillars, and brand identity, messaging structure suited for target guests who frequent top-tier luxury hotels such as Aman and Nobu. Once complete, we overhauled their digital identity to reveal a stunning new aesthetic and user experience for members to enjoy from their first touchpoint with the hotel.
By fusing Oceana's unrivaled offerings with compelling branding, our partnership drove an increase in sales and massive surge in traffic. We not only reached Oceana's target demographic, we also expanded its market reach, defining the hotel as an exclusive destination for a refined California escape.

United Nations
Main & Rose conducted an intense, research-driven analysis of current SDG programs and pinpointed effective media trends that would move the needle with the target demographic: Gen-Z. Based on these findings, we created #ItStartsWithUs: an evergreen, youth-oriented, social activism campaign that became the global gathering point of entry and action. We launched with the "#OneWord Change Challenge" at the UN General Assemby in NYC, asking youth activists of all kinds to put one word on one finger and take a picture to share the action they were going to take to make change happen. This simple, shareable grassroots rallying cry leveraged social, digital and live events across several countries and leveraged activist influencers to champion and amplify youth efforts globally.
#ItStartsWithUs generated exponential currency for the cause and successfully fostered actionable conversations across multiple channels. By connecting Gen Z with hyper-targeted celebrities and influencers, the program grew past 150MM social impressions, garnered traction organically through PR and vast celebrity attention, and produced a 280% return on investment for our client.

WeTransfer
Main & Rose humanized this Dutch brand with an integrated approach that acclimitized the tech giant into North American business culture. This strategy carefully positioned Damian Bradfield, Co-founder & President, at the forefront of WeTransfer's expansion into the US market. To increase legitimacy and secure market share for the file-transfer service, we built an innovative digital presence for his executive brand on web and social media, and secured several partnerships to create familiarity in their target market. These initiatives were accompanied by a robust speaking and PR strategy to expand reach and recognition.
This launch put Damian's face to the WeTransfer name which translated into speaking engagements at TechWeek (amongst several other world renowned tech conferences) and features in prominent outlets such as Fast Co., Forbes, Inc., and more. Main & Rose brokered several strategic partnerships in line with the company's youth empowerment and creative community development goals with nonprofits including United Nations, Ink and Spotify. This initiative bolstered WeTransfer's user base to 50 million users per month in 195 countries.

TED
Following an intense research study to understand perceptions of the TED brand, Main & Rose discovered an opportunity to re-establish TED's nonprofit mission as an intellectual stimulus driver. Utilizing a refreshed communications strategy, we sought out strategic partners who would align with TED's values and create a mutually beneficial, long-lasting relationship. Main & Rose executed all strategic outreach negotiations, shepherding each introduction through the partnership formation.
Main & Rose connected TED to select brands that perfectly align with their demographics and goals including American Express, BMW and the world's top financial institutions. Using our model, these brands have maintained an ongoing and prominent presence at TED private dinners, conferences and more. In addition, these partnerships have secured millions of dollars in annual funding for the nonprofit and continue to make TED events some of th emost coveted by CEOs and influencers such as Elon Musk, Eric Schmidt and an ever-evolving list of celebrities.

Forbes
The Main & Rose team implemented our creative vision for the inaugural Forbes Impact Summit experience to not only bring attendees together, but to inspire engaging talks that would incite action well beyond the event. We leveraged our extensive network to curate the speaker and attendee list, securing the highest-profile attendees, keynotes and panelists with impressive successes in finance and impact.
The first summit was a sold-out success and brought some of the most prominent investors, policy-makers and CEO's to the table. This collectively loyal and influential group of individual and corporate supporters formed a lasting network that is still active to this day. These introductions created a return on investment far greater than we could have anticipated — business deals and partnerships are still growing and expanding, affecting not only the impact investing industry, but most importantly, the greater good.

Four Seasons
Through a multimodal media and marketing strategy, Main & Rose captured all of the property's unique facets, including its unique approach to wellness. Our image-centered work spotlighted the resort's imagination-stirring landscape to showcase that it's not just any Four Seasons resort, but is recognized and heralded for offerings unique to this location.
Main & Rose created an expansive gallery of original imagery that Four Seasons Punta Mita could use across several platforms and mediums, showcasing a wide range of the resort's offerings — from cuisine to wellness and more. This imagery drove our concept for an ongoing social media strategy that integrated brand elements with stunning photography for a cohesive, captivating, approach. To further celebrate the property, we engineered a digital marketing plan that included frequent, high-quality content creation, press outreach, and data-driven, targeted advertisements. By properly displaying how their offerings promised a relaxing, restorative, cultural experience — attainable only at Four Seasons Punta Mita — we were able to reposition the property as one of the world's most coveted wellness destinations.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of the company and an addiction recovery specialist, life coach, and personal trainer. I help people to be free of any addiction, so I work with individuals and groups.
What challenge were you trying to address with Main & Rose?
We engaged with Main & Rose for web development and branding. We wanted to make everything look as good as possible.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Main & Rose has helped us with content. We’ve let them know who we are and what we do, and they’ve molded our story.
For the logo, Main & Rose initially gave us 15–20 options based on the message we were trying to convey. Then, we asked around a bunch of people what they thought of our top two choices. They gave us feedback, and we chose the logo.
They’ve built our WordPress website from scratch. One of the basic features is the ability to purchase products on the site. People can pay for online courses, meditation series, and even schedule appointments through Stripe and Thinkific.
Additionally, they’ve done a couple of landing pages for group coaching and challenges and some other things that aren’t live yet.
What is the team composition?
We have four people on the project. Our main point of contact is the project manager, who is the backbone of the company. The rest of the team are developers, designers, and engineers.
How did you come to work with Main & Rose?
A friend and business partner recommended them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested $30,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2020, and our engagement is ongoing. The main project is done, but we’ll be working with them again.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since it’s branding, there isn’t a specific metric. However, I’ve become one of the faces of addiction recovery coaching in the last year. We’ve also made at least twice the money we’ve spent at Main & Rose thanks to their work.
How did Main & Rose perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been fantastic. They never miss a meeting, and they provide us with second options. Main & Rose has been great at going back and listening to any feedback, questions, or things we want to include.
We communicate through emails and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They make my website look better than anyone else’s. Their strongest point is their ability to make the product look sleek, hip, and professional.
Also, they’re communicative and personable. They’re the best of the best.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have anything at the moment. We’re very happy with Main & Rose; they’re fantastic.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Meet with them regularly and take advantage of that. Also, get a clear vision of what you want when the product is done.

During Main & Rose's efforts, I led Investor Relations, Communication & Marketing, and Business Development efforts.
For what projects/services did your company hire Main & Rose?
We hired Main & Rose to help us refine our marketing and communications strategy and assets as we continued to expand our impact investor audience all across the risk, return, and social impact spectrum. This included increasing our institutional investor audience.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After speaking with various firms, we really liked the creative, strategic, and comprehensive set of services and expertise Main & Rose brought to the table. Their team was also capable of moving fast, without neglecting quality, in a way that aligned with our entrepreneurial work and fundraising cycle.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The phases included a branding assessment, marketing material refresh, and a refined content and communications strategy (including thought leadership pieces and social media).
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
4-5 team members worked with us spanning branding, marketing, communications, social media, and design.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As a result of our renewed pitch deck and materials, alongside many other efforts led by the full WaterEquity team, we reinforced relationships with key stakeholders and investors and enhanced our visibility among key audiences.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. Given the ambitious timeline and our comprehensive marketing, communications, and thought leadership needs, we needed 2-3 weeks to get a better flow between our teams. After we figured this out, the workflow was optimal and very supportive. We really enjoyed working with the Main & Rose team.
