The only thing our team provided them with was the content and images. After providing the content to them, they worked with it to define the layout, format, and colors of the site.

As for the technology stack, I know that Webential used Figma for the designs. However, I don't know about the development technologies because they worked with my team directly to improve communication. My only involvement was to approve the content to ensure everything met our brand guidelines.

Initially, I had a brief conversation with Akshay (Founder & Digital Marketing Director). From there my main point of contact was an account manager. Although I don't know if that was her exact title, she was leading Webential's team. I'm sure that there was a big team working on this project, but the account manager was the only teammate I dealt with.

Having this website was just step one of our marketing strategy, so we don't have any metrics of success yet. Webential did a good job, and the website looked professional. Now, we plan to connect with them again to work on marketing campaigns, using our website to generate leads.

How did Webential perform from a project management standpoint?

Webential delivered on time, and any delays were on our end whenever we were unable to give them the content they needed. The team was very responsive and quick to reply whenever we needed a change. We communicated regularly via email, and they were constantly available whenever we wanted to set up a call.
