If a provider fails to issue your refund, you can escalate it to Clutch (hello@clutch.co). We'll support you in pursuing resolution through our mediation and arbitration framework. Clutch isn't part of your contract and doesn't hold your payment, but we take non-compliance seriously and will help you get it resolved.
