Branding and Website for Recruitment Agency
Our client came to us wanting to completely overhaul their previous brand and website. Their previous logo pigeonholed them to a specific industry, and they wanted to branch out, portraying themselves as a unique talent acquisition company across multiple industries. In addition to highlighting their experience, they wanted to have a brand that rode the line between professional and playfully authentic.
The team got to work, and within 3 months, had completed both a beautiful brand and a completed website. The final logo was simplified from their previous version, using a subtle line over the "O" to symbolize the sun rising on new opportunities. This element was carried throughout the brand and website. The client received several marketing materials such as a business card, letterhead, social media skins and templates, and more, and we got to watch our client fall in love with their branding.

Branding for Insurance Claims Company
Our client approached us needing a brand and website, and fast. Due to Hurricane Ian, our client knew that their services would be deeply needed in the Florida area to help those with damaged homes recieve their highest settlement possible from their insurance carriers. Our aim was to create a high-end brand that would empathize with and attract their audience.
The Big Red Jelly team created a logo that captured both the Omega symbol and the symbolism of a wave with a high-end gold color palette to portray power and triumph. Paired with internal messaging to define and express the brand, we created a multi-page brand guide that contained everything they would need to implement their brand. The team also created an array of marketing materials for the client to use, including social media skins and templates, stationery, a trifold brochure, a door hanger, a yard sign, and more.
With his consistent branding, our client will experience a higher level of success and brand recognition to help him build trust with his audience and help them in their time of need.

Website for Digital Consultant

Using WordPress, Big Red Jelly created a visual heavy website with angular dividers, a unique navigation, and several contact forms to capture leads.
This website is easily accessible via desktop, laptop, ipad, and iphone. It is optimized, easy to navigate, and designed for Chestly’s audience.

Davis Designs

Website for Coffee E-commerce Store
From the lush farmlands of Bolivia to the warmth of your home, Fincas Valverde controls of every step of their coffee-making process to ensure the perfect brew, every time. Not only are they dedicated to making great coffee, they also grow it in a sustainable way and prioritize the well-being of the local farmers and their communities.
As they were entering the U.S. market, Fincas Valverde wanted a fresh new look on the company’s website and other digital platforms. As such, we spent a lot of time focusing on the brand’s unique storytelling experience to create compelling content for their web pages.
We also set up a robust online store with both subscription and one-time purchase options, as well as the ability to choose different bag sizes and home delivery frequencies. We integrated Klaviyo, their CRM, to make email subscriptions easier to manage.

Website for Pizza Franchise
Summit Pizza Co. was a rebuild of a popular pizza restaurant in the state of Utah. We were able to design a beautiful looking website while still maintaining functionality and marketability.
We integrated their website with a tool that allows for online ordering and easy delivery making their internal process that much easier and maximizing profits.

Aequitas Bookkeeping
Aequitas Bookkeeping is run by Taylor Bell, who does bookkeeping for small businesses. He came to Big Red Jelly for a new brand style guide, which included a logo design and brand messaging, as well as a website for clients to book consultations.

Website for Outdoor Adventure Company
Way to Moab came to us needing a fully refreshed website. The design was outdated, the layout was confusing, and there was no way to book a trip directly from the website. Their biggest priorities were showcasing the various adventure trips they lead and incorporating booking software directly into the site.
The website was designed with user experience and ease of flow in mind. The homepage prominently displays the different guided adventure trips in an interactive box style. Users can book a trip on every page of the website. We integrated PageFly with the website for all booking needs. PageFly seamlessly integrates for improved ease of use from the front end of the website and the backend.

Website for Crypto Currency Software
Everdime came to us needing a fully refreshed visual identity and website. Before building a website, we worked to create a logo, color palette, style guide, and templates. Learn more about our brand work for Everdime here.
We developed a custom WordPress site that enables Everdime to showcase its bold and exciting brand. The site is integrated with Everdime’s custom NFT database and provides resources for those new to NFTs and cryptocurrency.

Branding for a Luxury Tea House
Tea Zaanti did not have a strategy that would clearly communicate the vision of the shop through its website, social media, and events. They needed a targeting strategy to best target urban millennials or anyone in the local neighborhood who enjoys tea, outdoor patios, and wine bars.
SOLUTION
We created an in-depth style guide, brand messaging, and an online/social media strategy to position Tea Zaanti as a unique and local hangout spot. This included creating physical packagings such as wine tags, signage, and stickers to be used throughout the branding. We also created social media templates to be used as the foundation for their social media presence.

Wix Website for Singer/Songwriter
Amira Gadd is a songwriter, lyricist, and consultant. She needed a website that would allow clients to book consultations and collab sessions with her. She also wanted to display her full music portfolio - all within a sleek, luxurious design.
Using Wix, Big Red Jelly built a website with a cohesive theme, bookable functionality, and a variety of layouts to present Amira's work. This site also includes multiple contact forms, image galleries, embedded music from Spotify, and video galleries of her performances.

BRJ first designed my logo in about 3 weeks delivering multiple options and brand strategies at the start and then continuing to offer options throughout the process until we found the perfect logo. Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the COO of a business coaching company that offers a mastermind to help expand peoples' wealth, teams, and families.
For what projects/services did your company hire Big Red Jelly, and what were your goals?
We started from ground zero. Our goals were to create a complete visual brand identity and website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had seen a few websites that Big Red Jelly developed and were connected through Brand Builders Group. We loved their work and knew they could create something that aligned with our vision.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a discovery call to discuss who we are and what our company values and main offers are. Then the team delivered a few branding options that we went over and gave our feedback on. Their team then came back with all of the changes and they created an entire visual identity that we love.
They also created an awesome website that we will be using moving forward. They provided us with a bunch of digital assets that will be incredibly valuable to our business.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Josh, who is a co-founder, was our main point of contact. We also worked with three build and brand strategists.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have had a ton more sales calls on the calendar since the launch of the website.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had weekly touch-base meetings and communicated via email. The team always sent emails ahead of meetings to show what we were going to cover. They were extremely timely and delivered everything ahead of when they promised.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They gave us a professional and visually appealing website and trained me on how to edit the whole thing. They exceeded all timeline expectations and got us our assets ahead of time because we had an event on the horizon.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are very happy with our experience. Any and all feedback that was given was promptly taken into account.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an executive for a consulting company. We specialize in financial and management consulting, mainly working with publicly traded firms and individuals looking to build their businesses.
What challenge were you trying to address with Big Red Jelly?
As an early-stage company, we needed help with branding and our website, so we engaged Big Red Jelly.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Big Red Jelly created our color palette, logo, brand book, and website. We started with the branding process, where I shared my ideas for our messaging and visuals and provided some examples of things I’d seen online. Then, the team presented various images and narrowed down my preferences to determine clear and organized brand guidelines. We went through 2–3 versions of revisions before the team created the final logo and color palette.
We used a similar process for the website. First, I shared some ideas, sample websites, and content with the team. Then, they designed and developed our website from scratch using WordPress and other plugins. We purchased our domain directly through Big Red Jelly, and they helped with the organization, layout, and flow of the website.
The website serves two purposes: to advertise our services and educate users about economic investment policies to help them invest and manage their money. It combines the themes of professional services and educational websites. We plan to continue working with Big Red Jelly in the future to make improvements and updates to the site.
What is the team composition?
Ashton (Director of Business Development) was our initial point of contact. However, we worked with Naomi (Brand & Build Strategist) on web design and development, Lyndsie (Brand Director & Build Strategist), who helped us with branding, and Bethany (Brand Build & PR Strategist).
How did you come to work with Big Red Jelly?
How much have you invested with them?
We invested $2,500 CAD (approximately $1,800 USD) for the branding, $2,500 CAD (approximately $1,800 USD) for the website, and additional domain costs. In total, we spent about $6,800 CAD (approximately $5,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with Big Red Jelly from October 2022–January 2023. The branding took five weeks, and the website took five weeks.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t implemented Big Red Jelly’s efforts yet, so I don’t have any metrics to share. However, they delivered high-quality work and handled all the website development components. They brought significant value to the project and shared innovative ideas I never would’ve thought of. I’m glad we decided to engage them because they’re experts.
How did Big Red Jelly perform from a project management standpoint?
Big Red Jelly was a very organized, timely partner. They followed a straightforward process, making it clear they’d completed similar projects in the past. Communicating with them was easy, and I could always reach out with any branding or website questions.
They worked in five-week spans, holding us accountable for delivering what we needed. We communicated weekly via email and collaborated via Google Workspace and other Microsoft tools.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed with Big Red Jelly’s value proposition; they balanced effective results with fair costs. Additionally, I was impressed by their high level of skill and experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have no complaints; they worked out great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Due to the nature of time-based agreements, I would advise you to approach the project with a clear idea of what you want to accomplish. Be prepared to share materials, content, and ideas so Big Red Jelly can do their best to help you within the allotted time.

Logo Design & E-Commerce Website Dev for Reseller Company
"I'm impressed with how Big Red Jelly is in tune with what's happening online."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Full35 LLC, a reseller business.
What challenge were you trying to address with Big Red Jelly?
We hired them to put together our website. Initially, I tried to build my own website using Wix. However, I wanted my website to look more official, so I decided that we needed professional help.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Big Red Jelly has designed our logo and is organizing and building our e-commerce platform. In the beginning, they led interviews to discuss our goals and ideas. They took note and came up with proposals. I gave them our name and color scheme. From there, they gave me different logo design variations, we discussed our feedback back and forth, and then they arrived at a logo.
They’re currently developing our website using Wix. We don’t have any products yet, and Big Red Jelly has advised us to go through big e-commerce websites and attach our links there, initially using those sites as the face of our company in different areas to sell our products.
What is the team composition?
Initially, we worked with Nathan (Business Development Strategist). We’ve also worked with Chloe (Brand & Build Strategist) on the logo design and are now working on the website with Naomi (Wix Director & Brand & Build Strategist).
How did you come to work with Big Red Jelly?
Wix gave me four different options for companies to work with. I read Big Red Jelly’s reviews online and had a very good conversation with Nathan. Ultimately, we chose them because they gave us great offers and ideas. I also liked that they were friendly, dynamic, and young, which aligned with what we wanted to be.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in November 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We're happy with the logo Big Red Jelly has designed. As for the website, we're in our second review and like what we've seen so far; we have two more reviews to go.
Overall, I'm really happy to be working with Big Red Jelly; they're professional, friendly, dynamic, and smart. They know what we need, do their research, and provide the best results. Moreover, their advice has worked well for us.
How did Big Red Jelly perform from a project management standpoint?
They're on time whenever they schedule a meeting or delivery. The team schedules everything ahead of time and sends us text messages or emails to remind us. Moreover, their prices are affordable for a startup.
We typically communicate via email, phone calls, and text messages. Meanwhile, our meetings are on Zoom. When I've been late for meetings, they've called me.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I'm impressed with how Big Red Jelly is in tune with what's happening online.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't have any concerns with them; they've done well so far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend having a pre-interview with Big Red Jelly, either through a phone call or face-to-face. They're friendly and know what they're doing, and they'll be honest with you and offer you a good deal.

Web Design & Development for Sales Consultancy
“Big Red Jelly listened to everything I said and brought everything to life.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and president of Catapulting Commissions. We do sales training and consulting for small businesses.
What challenge were you trying to address with Big Red Jelly?
I needed a company that could build a website for us. My company has been built on my own name, Anthony Garcia, Inc, which has been my personal brand. My previous website was really focused on my personal brand — it didn't highlight the consulting business that I had developed. I needed to build a website that would cohesively highlight the personal brand I built as more of a consulting company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Big Red Jelly developed a website that combined my personal brand and my sales consultancy brand. We started the engagement by discussing the three revenue platforms our company makes and how we can put them all together on one page without having to reroute to other websites. They then provided me with a few options on how to best have the site set for monetization, and the options they gave me were the best that I've heard in terms of keeping everything streamlined, seamless, and on brand.
Big Red Jelly then built a WordPress site from scratch. The site allows users to request information on my company, see testimonials from previous clients, and request workshops. Our primary goal for the site is to bring visitors to our sales pipeline.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Josh (Co-Owner), Sara (Web Build Strategist & Integrations Director), and Bailey (Growth & Build Strategist). Bailey helped with the growth strategy on how to ensure the website was being utilized well in terms of monetization.
How did you come to work with Big Red Jelly?
I found Big Red Jelly through a referral.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent around $6,500 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from September 2022–November 2022. I’ve retained them for ongoing maintenance and hosting services.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We don’t have any metrics yet, but I’m really impressed with Big Red Jelly’s work. When I worked with a previous designer, I paid a little bit more and got only a fraction of the quality of work. Big Red Jelly listened to everything I said and brought everything to life.
How did Big Red Jelly perform from a project management standpoint?
Big Red Jelly performed well in terms of project management. All feedback I shared with them, they implemented immediately, which was really helpful.
We used ClickUp for project management, and we typically communicated through email and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was most impressed with Big Red Jelly’s responsiveness. They had an incredibly fast response time — they answered all of my inquiries and questions within a business day. Overall, the professionalism that they carried was significantly greater than what I had prior with my previous web designer.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t have any constructive feedback. It was an incredibly seamless experience.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to have clear goals on what you want to achieve. I've probably worked with four or five web designers over the past 20 years, and what made this project successful was my clarity. I was crystal clear about what I wanted to happen, and Big Red Jelly followed my direction really well.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was a city council candidate for my local city council.
What challenge were you trying to address with Big Red Jelly?
I needed a website for my campaign.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I provided them with a few ideas, a basic color scheme, and photos. They developed the website and offered hosting and maintenance for a limited time. The website was built using Wix.
What is the team composition?
I primarily worked with Naomi (Wix Director & Brand & Build Strategist).
How did you come to work with Big Red Jelly?
I found them on Wix, and after looking at a few different options, Big Red Jelly had the trendiest and most contemporary website, so I decided to move forward with them.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent less than $1,000 with Big Red Jelly.
What is the status of this engagement?
I worked with them between September–November 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I felt like it helped some people decide who they wanted to vote for, and I believe that with Big Red Jelly’s help, I had the highest quality website out of all the candidates who ran for the position.
How did Big Red Jelly perform from a project management standpoint?
They met all the deadlines and stayed on budget for everything. We communicated via email, and Big Red Jelly created videos with tutorials and explanations on how to fix things on the website, which were easy for me to follow.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They completed the website very quickly, and Naomi immediately understood what I was looking for. We worked well together as a team, and their prices were very impressive. Big Red Jelly was thorough in their work, and they always made sure that they were communicating everything. I was particularly impressed with Naomi and the level of support she provided. The team was creative, and they wanted me to be successful.
After working with Big Red Jelly, I learned that website building wasn’t as scary as I initially thought.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The treatment I had during the building phase was wonderful, but once I switched to maintenance, the service dropped off a bit.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very clear about what you want to communicate and know your message and color scheme. Know how much feedback you want and how often you’re going to attend to the website, and make them aware of your expectations. You should also be clear if you want a generic website or if you want more uniqueness to it.

Website Update for Art Collecting Company
“Getting on the same page as Big Red Jelly has been challenging.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an art collector, writer, photographer, and documentary filmmaker.
What challenge were you trying to address with Big Red Jelly?
I engaged Big Red Jelly to update my website. My goal was for the website to show examples of the art we had for sale or loan. I also wanted to use the website to publicize my articles and photographic essays.
What was the scope of their involvement?
My website was already set up on Wix, and I liked it, but we just needed to update some parts and add to it. Big Red Jelly has been responsible for updating my website with new photographs, listings of showings, and explanations. Additionally, they’ve updated a section on my late husband’s paintings. They’ve also been responsible for hosting the site.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with three team members from Big Red Jelly, including Chloe (Brand & Build Strategist).
How did you come to work with Big Red Jelly?
I found Big Red Jelly through a recommendation from a friend.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested roughly $1,000 in the partnership with Big Red Jelly.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Big Red Jelly in May 2022. Our goal was to complete the website by September 2022, but the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a problem at the beginning of the project because Big Red Jelly didn’t understand that we just wanted to update the site and add to it. Instead, they wanted to redo the entire site. Ideally, the website would’ve been complete by now, but it’s still not finished, and the team has been making corrections to it.
How did Big Red Jelly perform from a project management standpoint?
Getting on the same page as Big Red Jelly has been challenging. We’ve spent hours gathering information and making requests for corrections via email, which they haven’t followed; the website still hasn’t hit the mark.
We’ve used phone, Zoom, and email to communicate. They’ve been extremely good at delivering on our requests when we've spoken with them directly. During phone calls, Chloe has confidently and capably implemented our feedback. However, trying to get things done via email has been a disaster.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Big Red Jelly’s biggest strength is making corrections via phone when we go over the website page by page.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Big Red Jelly could improve by listening to what we’re asking for and doing it that way.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend clearly communicating your project objectives and how you’d like to achieve them.
