Non-Linear worked with us and Rhox, an illustrator that we commissioned, to build a company website for our startup. They also developed a new logo and brand for us that better aligned with the marketing needs of a deep-tech startup.

Each of the site's pages are beautiful and unique (home, product, company, blog, contact), and make extensive use of custom illustrations and animations to highlight our work. Non-Linear excelled in their eagerness and ability to work with Rhox to produce a seamless design.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed in several milestones which included:

Iterative brand development
Several site designs
Detailed revisions for each page
Implementation of the site
QA and final revisions

Non-Linear followed all relevant best-practices including the Awwwards developer guidelines. Our success indicators for the project were focused on how people (customers and potential employees) would respond to it. Despite this being difficult to quantify, Non-Linear Studio objectively knocked it out of the park.

We've received dozens of complements on the site. Every time we hear "this looks so cool, how can I be part of it?" from someone who just read through our site for the first time, I'm grateful for Quintin, Mario, and Rhox.

Non-Linear is highly responsive, collaborative, and can deliver a complex product relatively quickly. The codebase they delivered is well organized and documented. Quintin excelled as the project's creative director. He helped us push the limits of the design work as far as possible while still staying within the project's resource budget. This is especially evident in the beautiful 3d work that makes our site feel unique.

Non-Linear Studio excels at communicating complex ideas through simple, beautiful design language. They achieve this through adept technical execution and by being genuinely interested in the needs of their client. Quintin and Mario both went above and beyond by reading tons of highly technical background material in order to understand our company's mission.

It was a joy collaborating with a team that's so enthusiastic about technology, math, and the artistic magic that helps spark that enthusiasm in others. This agency brings an astonishing amount of creativity and energy to their craft.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Non-Linear Studio could have done differently?

Nope -- I'm grateful to them for working with us on some extra revisions that resulted in a site that was beyond what we'd expected and exactly what we needed. They're highly responsive to feedback while also by the integrity of good design when needed. Quintin and Mario are top-notch professionals.

We'd been searching for the right team to take on an overhaul of our brand identity and website for quite a while and randomly scrolling Twitter one day, I found them. Their eye for design, typography and composition was what drew me in and their top tier web design and interactivity made me hooked. This marriage was exactly what we were looking for to showcase our brand.

Once we started working with Non Linear, they felt like family and a true extension of our brand. They immediately grasped what we stood for, where we were going and most importantly what we looked like.
