SpotSee - Enterprise Technology Company
ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY
Backend Website Rebuild
Problem: The Marketing Director at SpotSee came to us with frustrations about the company’s newly redesigned marketing site. Not only had the website project taken 6 months longer than promised, but the end product (although being a design she loved), was essentially non-functional and nearly static. Even the smallest content update could cause the page being edited to break completely. Too much was custom-coded or built in a way that only the original developers could have efficiently edited, and her hands were tied. It was crucial to the client to not only rebuild the website backend to allow for flexibility and ease of edits and additions as the company grew, but also to find a truly reliable, trustworthy, transparent web agency partner.
Solution: Working closely with the marketing team, we helped SpotSee with a complete functional rebuild within WordPress using the über-flexible Divi Theme framework, matching the existing front-end design exactly. This back-end functional rebuild allowed the design that was approved remained the same while making the website more durable and flexible for edits and changes. We used Divi’s extensive built-in customization and design settings and minimal, clearly commented, and semantic CSS where needed to match the design and content layout of the website while improving backend functionality in immeasurably positive ways.
At the project’s completion, the client can comfortably make any urgent changes themselves when needed. We have the ongoing pleasure of working with the Marketing team via a monthly website Care Plan to ensure their time can be spent on other things while we manage the bulk of content changes, additions, and updates to their flexible and functional website.
SpotSee has become one of our most loyal long-term clients, and we are so proud to be considered their web agency of record for ongoing website maintenance as they experience continued growth as a company.

Dr Townsend - Coaching & Leadership Program
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING AUTHOR,
BUSINESS COACHING AND LEADERSHIP
Website Redesign
Problem: Dr. John Townsend, a well-known business and leadership coach and New York Times best-selling author, and his team came to Hooked On Code with the goal of completely redesigning DrTownsend.com. The look and feel of the site felt dated to the team and to Dr. Townsend, and they knew it was important to their continued growth and success
Solution: We took the time to understand the vision behind the redesign and realized this would need to be done in stages. First, we would rebuild the site to get its aesthetics and information architecture user-friendly and up to date. This initial redesign also included building a large, filterable coaching and consulting directory, a press kit, and various resource pages. In the second phase, we worked closely with the client to migrate their proprietary assessment tool to an easy-to-manage third-party system to ensure functionality and the long life of the platform. Finally, we created a members-only resource site for the Affiliates of the Townsend Leadership Program to replace a large and overly-complex Dropbox file system that was being retired. It has been a joy for our team to see all the pieces come together, and in a way that has provided a measurable return on investment for the client.

Align Capital Partners - Private Equity Firm
PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM
Website Redesign
Problem: We had the pleasure to work with Align Capital Partners during their launch to create a website that represented their specialties and sectors, the collective investment experience of the firm partners, and well as the multi-city reach of the company. A few short years later, Align Capital Partners was ready to undergo a redesign that would reflect their growth as a firm.
Solution: Working closely with team members and partners at the firm, our team at Hooked On Code worked collaboratively to design a website that would capture their evolution as a brand, feature their recent investments, and utilize real photography of their workspace and their now larger team, as well as achieving an open and modern layout. We kept constantly in mind the client goal of the website being easy to update and manage internally, and used the versatile and user-friendly Divi Theme framework to allow for long-term flexibility.

State-Of-The-Art, Full Service Dental Practice
WOMEN-OWNED COSMETIC DENTISTRY PRACTICE
Website Redesign
Problem: We were approached when the Sarasota team realized that they were at a standstill with SEO and site speed on their current site. The site had simply become too outdated to function properly and was hindering the World Class Dentistry practice from appealing to new patients and see ROI from various marketing efforts. Also addressed was whether the large and crucial before and after Smile Gallery was structured in the most user-friendly way, and how to ensure the client and her team would be able to make ongoing edits to the site themselves.
Solution: It was our pleasure to work with the World Class Dentistry team to create a website with the WordPress CMS and Divi Theme Framework that would perform well for them, be easy to edit, and help them appeal to new patients in their area. Because SEO and site speed were driving forces behind this redesign, special attention was given to content development and keyword density, maintaining URL structure and schema, ensuring images were compressed and served in next-gen formats, images were properly titled, and Google Search Console and Webmaster Tools were connected to enable ongoing monitoring.
Clean, modern design choices and edit-friendly development choices were made to ensure the World Class Dentistry team would be represented as the world-class facility they are, and that they would be able to make any desired changes to the site post-launch. Finally, the crucial before and after Smile Gallery underwent a complete rethinking and restructuring to make it more user friendly, filterable based on services received, and much more visually impactful.

The Wright Edge - Local Artisan
LOCAL ARTISAN
Website Design
Problem: This amazing custom exotic woodworking company already had a thriving Instagram following and great customers, and was ready to showcase some of their larger projects on a new website.
The most important feature of the website to Doc was building an advanced contact form. The Wright Edge had gotten enough press and excitement that Doc was receiving a huge amount of inquiries online from various platforms and was spending a frustrating amount of time sifting through them and responding, often to find out that the inquiry was sent by someone without the necessary budget.
Solution: We created a contact form with conditional logic to display questions that are appropriate for the specific visitor, force a budget field entry by using a double-ended slider rather than an open text entry field, and collect relevant project and contact information with various text fields. Finally, we customized both the notification emails that are sent to Doc to include the form entry data in a delightful, conversational format and also the notification emails sent to the submitter to give the feeling of a personal, thoughtful response.
In terms of our design decisions, we focused on featuring Doc’s excellent craftsmanship with gorgeous photography throughout the website, communicating the awesome story behind the company, and presenting an interactive portfolio filled with photography showcases projects at various stages of completion to give visitors an insider view into The Wright Edge’s crafting process. It was a delight to come alongside Doc and create a platform from which he has been able to take his luxury custom woodworking brand to new heights. We look forward to visiting The Wright Edge’s new showroom in the Arts District in Dallas soon!

Deep Sea Headquarters - Excursions
Deep Sea Headquarters and the team behind it are long-term clients with 8 businesses (and respective websites). During a strategy call leading up to their busy season, we discovered that they had been wanting to redesign the website we had the privilege of building for them over 5 years ago but hadn’t had the time. An impactful and bold design was chosen along with a heavy focus on restructuring important Tour information to make it easier to understand quickly on the site. The Tours page itself was completely rethought and individual tour detail pages were intentionally designed to provide all the information a visitor could need to determine what fishing tour to book. Launched at the end of 2021, the newly redesigned Deepseaheadquarters.com is a welcomed improvement from its previous version and is helping fishing enthusiasts find their catch in Port Aransas, Texas.

Paragon Training Methods - Fitness Industry
Hooked On Code was hired to create a responsive, modern, and flexible website built using WordPress and Divi Theme. The site needed to have basic eCommerce for eBook sales and analytics capabilities to allow their marketing team to monitor the ROI and adjust as needed. Comprehensive training was provided to ensure the client would be able to manage and update the site easily without the need to outsourced intervention.
The team was also tasked with providing recommendations and consultation on how to improve the website’s presentation, messaging, conversation, and functionality will be made throughout the design and development process.

Beverly Capital - Investment Firm
With a logo and website that was feeling very underwhelming to them, the team at Beverly Capital asked a close business connection for a recommendation to a trustworthy agency. We were honored to have been recommended by a long-term client to work with Beverly Capital for a brand and website redesign, spurred by their shift from being known primarily as a private equity firm to a family office.
Hooked On Code’s team and our incredible design partner, Rachel Gazaille, worked through a logo and branding update, landing on a gorgeous design with charming personal significance to the founder. The website design was informed by significant industry research into what other family offices that stood out among the pack were doing, and a simple, traditional aesthetic was used to create a peaceful and professional look. The Divi Theme was used for the website’s technical foundation to ensure the ease and speed of future edits and updates.

Solender/Hall - Commercial Real Estate Company
Our long-time client’s website was old, and its technology was limiting new ideas from manifesting in a cost-effective way. It was agreed that the time had come for a structural and visual makeover to set up the website for future flexibility, as well as a much-needed aesthetic update.
After discussing the aspects of the website that the client actually liked (things like her signature stripes, less white space than the typical modern website, and big photos), our team took a comprehensive approach to this website redesign. Divi Theme was used to ensure ease of future updates both for the client, and our team. Case Studies were developed and built to better feature Solender/Hall’s magnificent and varied clients and projects, and the look and feel of the website was updated to a unique, modern, and responsive design.

North Bay - Commercial Real Estate
Having wanted to work on his website for several years, Dale came to us with a desire to update North Bay Commercial Real Estate’s website. Having experienced developers who ‘were not easy to work with,’ Dale found Hooked On Code through an existing client’s website, The Wright Edge. Liking the look, feel, and simplicity of that website, Dale engaged Hooked On Code to redesign nbcre.com with a focus on clean, simple navigation and design.
A shift was made away from a heavy white, industrial design and towards a darker aesthetic. With the help of our incredible design partner, Designs by Gazaille, North Bay Commercial Real Estate was given a brand new logo and brand colors that took the website redesign to the next level.
Navigation and content was simplified, with the joint decision to remove the ‘industry standard’ (but not necessarily ROI-producing) MLS Search functionality. Instead, an emphasis was put on the highly valuable Quarterly Market Reports that Dale and his team produce, as well as featured properties and helpful resources. The new website was developed using the Divi Theme to allow for future flexibility and ease of client editing.

SGS Clinical Studies - Research Company
When SGS acquired three research labs to make up their North America division, our team was tasked with bringing the three sets of labs under one roof and creating a cohesive website that would allow each team to continue offering services and clinical research studies to their own unique audiences. Each location was essentially a mini-site which helped prevent study participants from signing up for research groups outside of their geographical location. It was important that SGS standards and branding were honored and teams were trained to be able to manage their ever-changing list of available studies.

Walkabout Workplace - Technology Company
The Problem:
Walkabout Collaborative had functioned as a start-up with a scrolling 1-page website with Wix for long enough. When the COVID pandemic hit, their virtual real estate platform exploded with new users and clients from across the globe, and their website needed a quick turnaround redesign to properly represent their unique, capable, and über-relevant technology company accurately to potential clients and investors.
The Solution:
Hooked On Code performed a full-service website redesign including various visitor persona discussions, branding and look and feel, structure and purpose of content, copywriting assistance, responsive website creation using WordPress and the client-friendly and flexible Divi Theme, and a recorded client training upon launch to facilitate self-service edits.
This growing virtual workplace company is now supported and not hindered by their website, and has the flexibility to make changes and additions as necessary to keep up with changes in the global economy and their platform’s growth.
Walkabout Workplace was sold to NexGen Technologies LLC early 2022.

TOURISM COMPANY
The My Fun Port A team was ready to invest in a marketing strategy. They have 7 smaller businesses that fall under this MFPA umbrella. It was now time to start using this particular website as a funnel to drive business to the various sites. In order to do that, the MFPA website would need to be rebranded and receive several new features. The site now includes a/b testing, fresh branding, and clear messaging. The site will continue to grow over the next few years, but the foundation is now solid and ready to drive business home.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the owner of an e-commerce business designing digital embroidery machine design files, and selling those design files as digital downloads.
For what projects/services did your company hire Hooked On Code, and what were your goals?
We recently transitioned from a large, template-based e-commerce provider to a custom-coded website. The original developers were no longer able to commit adequate time to the project, and the development team we switched to were an unmitigated disaster - unresponsive, slow, and ineffective at resolving our issues. We were left without a working website and no sales income. Our near-term goal with Hooked on Code was to resurrect the website and at least get it up and running to generate sales.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for developers who were local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and the initial responsiveness from Torre (the owner) was impressive. She scheduled a web-based interview for early the next morning, and then she and her team were off and running!
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had an initial Zoom call with Torre to explain our situation - "white hot panic" would not have been an understatement. Torre listened to our situation and concerns, and explained how she and her team would be able treat this as a "code blue" emergency and get our site back up and running in the near term, and work on optimization and efficiency in the longer term.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I don't know the full extent of the team working on our issue, but we've received frequent status updates from Torre and Adriana.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Less than 36 hours after our initial Zoom teleconference with Torre, our site has been migrated onto WP Engine and is up and operational. The Hooked on Code team has also been working closely and effectively with the WP Engine support team in order to place our site in a server environment suitable for further testing, troubleshooting, and optimization while still having the "elbow room" to serve our customers and generate product sales.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Torre and her team have been emailing us with regular updates, and we have also been included in all of the communications between Hooked on Code and the hosting company (WP Engine). The team has accomplished an *incredible* amount of work in the past 48 hours, but has kept us "in the loop" throughout the entire process.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The team is obviously experienced, and they were willing to jump right into fixing an issue on a website that they did not build and knew nothing about. We basically handed them a fire that had been raging for 6+ weeks, and they extinguished it and got us back online and operational in less than two days.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I could not be happier, and can't think of anything that Torre and her team could have possibly done better. We're looking forward to working with them in the future now that our emergent needs have been met.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Sales/Business Development Manager (and Partner) for a long time eCommerce agency that is building a new company to better execute our Application Development offerings.
For what projects/services did your company hire Hooked On Code?
We hire HookedOnCode to design and build a brand new content only site for our new business venture.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After meeting with several local companies about our project, we felt that Torre and HookedOnCode understood our objectives best and felt like their expertise in our requests fit best.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After a series of discussions and idea sharing meetings, we provided HookedOnCode with our assets (colors, logo, etc) and they provided several platform recommendations. We all agreed on a platform and a general look/feel idea. The HookedOnCode team chose an appropriate template and styled it based on what they thought we would like. They absolutely nailed it!
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Torre and Brooke
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Their understanding of our requirements was spot on. They delivered a great website on time and for the budget we agreed on. There were zero surprises and the team gave us a site that we're proud to show off.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Brooke was amazing and was an excellent communicator throughout our project. She was very thorough in what she needed from us, followed up accordingly and was easy to reach when we had questions for clarification.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were looking for a company that had crowd funding website experience and their insights to this was what drew us to them. They were a fantastic team to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Absolutely nothing! We are very pleased with our experiences with HookedOnCode and will highly recommend them again to anyone asking!

Website Redesign & Branding for Special Education School

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Dean of Operations for a small independent, non profit, special education middle and high school. It is one of my many tasks to oversee the marketing development for the school, including our online presence.
For what projects/services did your company hire Hooked On Code, and what were your goals?
Our website was re-vamped from a very old version back in 2019 through Wix.com, and while it was a big improvement, it lacked the polish to attract families to our program. We had some great photos but did not know how to make our program come to life through our older website with limited capabilities. We also needed a straightforward way for people to pay fees and donate online.
Hooked on Code put together a user-friendly interface for our families and prospective families. So far, the reviews have been stellar in terms of the ease of paying online and our new site's overall look and design.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I know Torre from many moons ago and subscribe to the hilarious and helpful weekly email Hooked on Code sends out each Friday. When we were ready to commit to investing in re-vamping our site, it was really important to work with a woman-owned company that would not talk down to us and would understand and cares about the mission of our business.
I was so impressed with the quick response from Torre when I reached out through the Hooked on Code website. We felt valued immediately, and that was a refreshing response! Our other stakeholders appreciated the thoughtfulness and straightforward approach of Hooked on Code, how clear the proposal was, and how much we could gain as an organization partnering with a well-established and excellent development company.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Hooked on Code re-designed the entirety of our website and our logo. They put together the platforms for our RSVP system and payment system. We worked on color schemes, the vibe of the website, the wording, and ways to set our website apart from competitors. Every project step was thoughtfully detailed and dates were set for goals that the Hooked on Code team always met. In fact, they were incredibly patient with us when we needed to pause the project due to being understaffed. Every step of the way Hooked on Code was clear, kind, professional, thoughtful, and innovative.
I apologize that I am not tech savvy enough to describe in detail the technologies used and so on - However, I feel that speaks to the talent of Hooked on Code that they can work with people in vastly different industries and gain our confidence while producing an awesome product. Even us overworked educators in the nonprofit sector! We are so grateful.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked primarily with Torre as the lead, and she would go back and work with her designers and engineers. This was really helpful as we built a strong rapport and genuinely looked forward to meeting with her and learning about the new ideas and feedback from other team members from Hooked on Code.
We also worked with the Chief Operating Officer, who was helpful and professional in all communications. Since our website launched, we have worked with the Support team and found them all helpful, thoughtful, and on top of all the needs that come up.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our website launch has only been live for 2 and half weeks, so we do not have as of yet a great deal of data. However, our Parent Club donations have gone up considerably compared to last school year with the ability to pay online. We have heard from prospective parents how helpful it is to be able to pay the application fee online, and current parents have shared that the website looks fantastic and are thrilled with it. We love it too!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Communication, timeliness, and the tools of communication were all excellent. We utilized google docs a lot, which we also use internally in our organization, so that was a great way to track timelines and stay on top of the pieces we needed to provide as the clients. The project management style was incredibly professional while being kind and thoughtful of our time.
I always appreciated how Torre would work through the agenda quickly to try to "give us back time" and so often would. There really was no bullshit in this process and we could not appreciate that approach more!
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed by the amount of research that went into checking out the competitor websites and comparing what we hoped to achieve with how other school sites are designed. There was so much connection and sincere care for our mission and getting the message of our mission out through the web design. The additional branding work that was done for our collateral materials has proven to be worth much more than we expected.
Hooked On Code gave our whole approach to marketing a breath of fresh air and revived our brand from top to bottom. When we initially reached out we had no idea that the outcome would be such a complete facelift to our brand and help us in a vast way with our marketing and appeal to customers. We loved working with a woman-owned and lead business, just like ours, that is top of the mark in the quality of work they produce and best in class for customer service and support. We are already recommending Hooked on Code to other businesses and nonprofits we work with!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
From our initial discovery call last November to the customer appreciation call I just received moments ago, Hooked on Code has been a joy and gift to work with. We could not be more grateful or thrilled with the outcome. We look forward to working with them more as support is needed and referring them out.

Website Redesign for Counseling & Consulting Business
“Hooked On Code’s project management style is excellent.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive assistant of a counselor, therapist, author, speaker, consultant, and leadership coach.
What challenge were you trying to address with Hooked On Code?
We needed to redesign our website to fit in the several entities covered by my boss’ scope of work. Our team had had a difficult time with the previous company that designed our website. Their output was missing a piece that gelled everything together.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We engaged Hooked On Code to help us find a good way to make everything work together. They had to section the website in a manner that allowed each entity to function separately while maintaining a cohesive look.
Our team essentially left the design decisions up to Hooked On Code. They asked us many questions during the process, going over the things that we had in mind for the project. From there, they handled everything.
At present, we’re still working with Hooked On Code. They’re maintaining the website and providing support for us.
What is the team composition?
We work with one main point of contact from their team, and that person has walked us through each step of the engagement. Other people from their team also work on the project, though I don’t know how many.
How did you come to work with Hooked On Code?
We found Hooked On Code through a mutual friend of my boss. Another company had known about them. In a way, we found them through networking. That was the start of our engagement.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $15,000 on the website.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We can’t provide any quantitative feedback. Qualitatively, Hooked On Code’s creative team is great. They’ve made the differences among the site’s sections clear while linking its separate entities well.
How did Hooked On Code perform from a project management standpoint?
Hooked On Code’s project management style is excellent. We’ve been unsure of what we need, but our main point of contact handles everything well. She follows a specific timeline and plans meetings ahead of time. More importantly, the timelines and plans are followed — they’re on it and we don’t experience delays. As a result, everything is finished on time.
To communicate, we mainly use emails for our team to get opinions during the development process. That way, all ideas are trackable and accessible. We also use phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Hooked On Code team is highly responsive. We don’t have many downtimes; if we need something, they respond to us quickly. Their resources also resolve issues fast. For comparison, the development companies we’ve used in the past aren’t as accessible as Hooked On Code.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. We’re truly satisfied with everything, so we honestly can’t think of any improvement they need.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a dentist at World Class Dentistry.
For what projects/services did your company hire Hooked On Code, and what were your goals?
Our website was outdated and needed a total revamp. We have been struggling with past website developers that could not meet our design vision and goals. We wanted a total makeover from the ground up and Hooked On Code met all our requirements and vision.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were searching in big metropolitan areas for a professional company that had great reviews and finished products focused in web design.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We needed to completely revamp our outdated website from ground up. We were on on old hosting site and website developing platform. We gave them complete control over finding preferred hosting and other sites they recommended. They worked diligently to incorporate our needs and desires into each page of the site. The finished product is truly the best representation of our family office and it is continually getting better with each update.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Torre was our lead for the whole team. She would gather the questions and ideas from her marketing and design team and we would give her the answers to take back to each individual member of the team.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our patients cannot compliment our website enough. New patients always comment that the overall feel our website portrays is the reason they chose to give us a chance. It is very modern and far from cookie cutter which helps it really stand out.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Torre has always been available through text, email, Zoom. Frequent communications meant we were all on the same page and any ideas were quickly implemented. She really is hands-on which is what has been lacking with our experiences with other web design companies.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Torre and the team really went above and beyond with the pre-launch meeting and prep. We went through each part of the website together over Zoom to make sure we all agreed to the content and the design. Any changes we wanted were quickly added. They even created instructions for adding new pages or how to alter the layout on our own if we wanted to be more hands-on.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They have been prompt with responding to our questions and requests; we have no complaints or issues to this day. They have been great to partner with.

What is the team composition?
My main point of contact was Torre (Owner & Creative Director), and I also worked with an external vendor for the logo design.
How did you come to work with Hooked On Code?
I was referred to Hooked On Code by a colleague of mine, so I had an intr meeting with Torre.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $15,000 USD.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from August–November 2021.

I like the fact that I was in professional hands. The project turned out extremely well because I trusted all their design recommendations and technical expertise. I would also like to bring up that we were impressed with Torre and the team always turning in deliverables as promised.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I suggested to include an additional week in the schedule to review the website before going live with the product — which we did without additional costs.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CFO and COO of Townsend Leadership Group, a coaching and counseling organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with Hooked On Code?
We changed our business model, and we needed a new website that specifically allowed our affiliates to subscribe to our intellectual property.

What is the team composition?
We primarily worked with Torre (Owner) and Gale (Operations).
How did you come to work with Hooked On Code?
The owner of our company was acquainted with Torre. He initially referred her team to help us with minor website work, and we then engaged Hooked On Code to handle this development project.

How did Hooked On Code perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicated via Zoom meetings and occasionally exchanged emails and text messages. Hooked On Code had phenomenal project management skills that helped streamline the entire project. They were also highly responsive — their members addressed our concerns quickly and made adjustments at the most convenient time possible.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were most impressed with their capacity to independently come up with innovative solutions — we didn’t have any marketing background, and they willingly took over by generating an accessible and fast-loading platform that addressed our affiliates’ exact needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I couldn’t point out anything constructive about their work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
