I’m the owner of Adjinbilly Retreat, a rainforest retreat in Queensland, Australia. Our business relies on advertising to get bookings.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wolf IQ?

We were left in a difficult situation due to a previous web host. Our website was down and inoperable, and we were suddenly and unexpectedly left without a website. We desperately needed someone who could rescue the website and get us out of trouble. We weren't even sure if we could keep control of our domain.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Wolf IQ developed a stand-in website for us extremely quickly. They wrote and developed a landing page using WordPress. They found the original website in the web archives and rebuilt it to be exactly the same as it was before. They said upfront it would be eight weeks before they could get it up again. They will remain our web hosts.

 We started researching, looking for someone we could trust. I read Wolf IQ’s reviews and had a positive feeling about them. They seemed very competent and understanding, so I contacted them. I spoke to Andy, and he showed empathy and understanding for our situation. He said we shouldn’t be in this situation and that they would help us. I immediately felt I was in a high-quality performance situation.

Wolf IQ delivered a beautifully written landing page within a week. Moreover, it was impressive that the team was able to take a snapshot of the website, deconstruct it, and rebuild it to look precisely the same within such a short time, since they had no details to go with.

They didn’t just transfer the website; they had to back-unbuild it and then rebuild it. In fact, they rebuilt our website completely within four weeks. It was astonishing. People said they fall right into the website due to its pictorial feel. Our site was actually up and running sooner than anticipated, which was fantastic. The team will later focus on the site's SEO.

Wolf IQ was excellent in terms of project management, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget. We communicated via email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their empathy was the first thing that struck me. They were 100% competent. I couldn’t be happier with them. I was also impressed with how well they wrote the interim website. They were also skilled with language and created a positive feeling for the website.

Overall, their work was fantastic; it blew my mind. We ended up committed to Wolf IQ and will keep engaging them for the long term.

There's nothing Wolf IQ could have done better. They earned our trust and respect.

The support team is always quick to respond and super helpful. It’s nice knowing they've got things covered in the background so we don't have to worry.

We engaged WolfIQ to build our website on short notice before the launch of our law firm.  Their work was so professional and of such a high quality that we also engaged them with our branding and to finalise the design of our logo.

Wolf IQ were very professional and quick, if anything, they build the website faster than I expected and we were the delay blockers in approving their content.  They delivered ahead of time but more importantly, the product was of a very high quality, which was the most important thing.

Heath and the team would email regularly and provide updates via videos going through the design elements of their work and their thinking behind different aspects of their work. Wolf IQ are professional experts at what they do.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Wolf IQ is their expertise.  Yes, I could have probably built my own website using AI or in going with a cheaper company that uses templates but I would not have achieved the same result.

As a small start-up law firm, branding matters, and Wolf IQ understood that from the start.  Their design and branding advice surpassed my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wolf IQ could have done differently?

No - Wolf IQ have great people and offer a premium service.  I started my law firm at the same time as other lawyers in my cohort who decided to save some money by designing their own website and hosting it themselves.  I recommended them to Wolf IQ but they wanted to use a website template and arrange for their own hosting of the website.

My website exceeds theirs in design, security and SEO.  You get what you pay for and I hope that Wolf IQ maintains its vision of what it offers and values their services accordingly.
