• Using SEO to update GEO across different search engines: before, our old company address was continually showing up on different websites, and we didn't know how to fix the issue. The Media Captain fixed the issue within their 10-hour package, and now we're hiring them for ongoing services to help with the maps on each of the search engines. 
• We also had them redesign a webpage for our main service, so that our marketer on staff could take what they did and replicate the structure and format for other service pages.
• They introduced and taught us how to keep our Google profile updated, as well as how to properly analyze Google Analytics to help in making marketing strategies and decisions.
• They held meetings with us to make sure their services were what we wanted.

• Met project assignments on time
• 300% increase in client conversions within the four months, and that's only within the 10-hour package.
• Our new company address was updated on multiple sites, including ones that are updated by AI, although some maps on some sites still show the old address.
• Our webpages are updated for mobile use and for client convenience.

They did, although my assistant had to keep communicating first when it came to the latter parts of the project. Each time she got a response, though, and the communication was clear.

Having open communication about how much is left in the 10-hour package. That was the only thing that was left in the gray during email communication. During the virtual meetings, they were super upfront. It probably just wasn't on their mind, but it was on ours each time.

Weekly virtual meetings with the staff to outline their progress and next steps. They demonstrated and provided verifiable metrics that outlined social media views, comments and reactions. Each meeting they presented statistics on our projects within various platforms and timelines for the next phase of posts or projects.

The project management of our agreement was second to none. 

The entire team is professional, focused on the tasks at hand, and deliver fantastic results on time and on budget. 

They come focused and prepared with updates, feedback, and direction at each meeting.  Their preparation and attention to detail are evident with each interaction and deliverable product.  It has been a pleasure to work with them on our various marketing and social media efforts.  We will continue to use their resources and expertise.

We also wanted it to have a modern look, and to do a better job of conveying why RDP is the right choice in food distribution.

The project management was great. Weekly meetings with a well organized Monday.com board, and they were very responsive to emails in between meetings. Everything stayed on task and the project was wrapped up on time.

Regarding the website redesign, The Media Captain has handled the entire process. We've given them an idea of what we want and drafted the content for the site, but they've brought it to life and made the content really shine.

We started working with The Media Captain in January 2023. The original website redesign is complete, but the ongoing digital marketing and SEO efforts are still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've gone from not ranking in the top 10 with any of our keywords to ranking in the top 10 for 46 organic keywords. We've also seen an increase in organic visibility from 4.53% to 43.29%. Moreover, we're reaching top AI keywords for ChatGPT.

How did The Media Captain perform from a project management standpoint?

The Media Captain has delivered on time. Regarding communication, we use email, project management software, and weekly updates during the original project. We also have monthly updates for the ongoing SEO work.

The Media Captain is really understanding and responsive. The team is always a step ahead of my thinking.

Overall, our keywords have improved organically by a huge amount, leads have increased, and our Google rankings have greatly improved. We’ve noticed these improvements about six months after starting to work with The Media Captain, but I’ve really started to see the results in the last year or so.

The Media Captain's project management has been great! Everyone I’ve worked with, from project managers to directors, has been top-notch and very timely with their work and reports. We communicate via email and Google Meet.

Then we purchased a 10 hour package to get our homepage functioning the way a person would look for a Church, they inserted keywords into the SEO and brought up our standing when you look for a Christian Church in Louisville, Ohio. TMC has the unique ability to customize their services according to very specific customer needs in SEO, PPC, and email campaigning. This attribute of TMC provides for a much greater outcome in revenue and a richer relationship between the companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Media Captain could have done differently?

I really don't think so. We've given them some very difficult assignments, which they've stepped into and managed very well. In particular, the migration of a very large and complex ecommerce website that willing stretched their comfort zone. In this single case, we found that we had to supplement their web development resources. I would like to give them more of this type of work in the future but at the same time I understand that resources can sometimes be limited.
