We needed help with a photoshoot and video production.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creativos RD arranged a photoshoot and videography for a new distillery. The team scouted, took all the shots, and finished the materials for different media. 

We sent them the list of photos we wanted to take, the highlights of the story we wanted to tell, what to lean into, and the distillery places we wanted them to focus on. We also gave them the liberty to propose based on their visit.

They scheduled the production and took care of everything that entailed. Creativos RD also handled the postproduction, including video editing and audio mixing. The content was for social media, website, training purposes, presentations, and sales material.

I managed everything with Roberto, the CEO and founder.

We found them through a referral from a former coworker. We chose them because of their portfolio.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–February 2025.

The quality of their work met my expectations.

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

We did everything online. It was great working with them. They were super nice, resourceful, and on time, followed up, and listened to what we needed. They communicated well with me and used Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team was fast, streamlined, and delivered quality. They were committed to the project. Overall, they were great people to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I highly recommend them. Be very clear on what you want. If you don’t know what you want, be clear that you don’t know what you want. The team will help you get the best results at the fastest speed.

I’m the CEO of Medicheck, a SaaS company specializing in healthcare. Our platform is used mainly for electronic health records and the administration of paperwork that hospitals and clinics use.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creativos RD?

While most of our clients use our app, a medical society hired us to create a custom branded platform. They wanted to launch the app for all of the members of their society. We don’t really have designers in-house, though our developers take care of our daily design needs. We hired Creativos RD to help us with the design process because we needed to create a brand.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creativos RD created the branding for our client and designed all the material around that. They designed the logo, made the identity manual, and helped us with the design that comes as an accessory to the main branding project.

I had a debriefing call with Roberto (Owner), where I gave him some ideas and the main needs we had. At the second meeting, there were more people from their side involved, and they gave me a questionnaire to see what I was looking for. I described the type of client; we were dealing with doctors used to traditional designs. They asked me what we were aiming for in the medium and long term for the brand. 

Then, we did some brainstorming, and they came back with a proposal that had different ideas for the name. When they first turned in the logo, they presented different options and explained the reasoning and story behind each one.

They created the branding to align with our goals. For example, we’re aiming to launch this project nationwide by the end of May, so Creativos RD has already presented designs that we could need for the launch in the proposal, like badges for a conference we’ll organize. Additionally, they created an identity manual, including electronic signatures, frameworks, and templates for keynotes and presentations.

The app we developed is a hybrid app; it comes with web and mobile versions, and we use Progressive apps. Creativos RD designed the web app and the screens for the mobile version. The team also created extra artwork that we needed, such as the app icon and the miniature that sends users to the home screen. Creativos RD has finished the first part of the branding, and the web app and mobile app are now live with their design.

Currently, we’re still working with Creativos RD to answer requests for changes. For example, some mobile phones require different sizes, so they’ve edited the images and icons to fit. They’re still finishing the library of designs, and they’ll help us with our final presentation for our nationwide launch event.

What is the team composition?

We mainly communicate with Roberto, and he requests some of the things that I ask for from his team. We also had one meeting with three other people, including a designer and a brand architect. 

How did you come to work with Creativos RD?

I found them through a referral from friends from a Mastermind group. I think that might be why Roberto has given us one-to-one attention. I don’t know if, in another scenario, a different teammate would be the one in charge.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent around $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Creativos RD’s work, we’ve been able to keep our contract with our client. The medical society had us on a trial contract because they wanted to see results before deciding to keep working with us. The branding Creativos RD created has been key for keeping this partnership. Right now, around 20 medical specialists are using the app with the branding. 

Creativos RD works fast; they gave me a timeline of 4–6 weeks for the branding, and they turned in everything in week two. Moreover, our clients like their work. I took their first presentation to our clients and asked for feedback. When we did a presentation with our internal branding and colors, the medical society wasn’t comfortable; they wanted to see the new branding and colors right away, which was a key turnaround for me. 

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

Most of our communication is via email, and we also use WhatsApp. They’ve requested that we share information on Google Drive, and they’ve also uploaded content there.

What did you find most impressive about them?

By the second meeting with Roberto, I hadn’t paid them a dime yet, and Creativos RD was already giving us useful insights. I’m usually skeptical about spending on design because I see other priorities and other places to spend the money. I appreciated that they weren’t aggressively looking to close the deal before opening their minds to us. 

I realized Creativos RD was already giving me value before we signed anything, which gave me the confidence to close the deal. This made me build trust with them, and I’m already looking forward to working on further projects with Creativos RD.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The fact that they gave me value before we were officially engaged made me sign with them. However, I had the urgency of my client. I don’t know if, with another client, this could slow down the process of closing a deal. Maybe they have the sensibility to realize when they can work like that and when not to, though.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make the most out of the sales call. My initial call was more of a consultative sale; they gave me some value instead of talking about their prices. As someone external to the creative industry, I didn’t truly understand what they offered me before that call. Previous companies I’ve inquired about have led with their packages and pricing, and I couldn’t measure or understand the impact of working with them. 

For me, the first two calls were key; they helped me understand their work. Now, they’re our in-house ally on the creative side. I’ve sometimes felt afraid of asking or requesting something with other providers because it immediately meant I would get charged extra. Creativos RD gives me the confidence to ask.

We had a brainstorming session to discuss how we could creatively execute the design of our product labels. Creativos RD then incorporated our design preferences and requirements into their drafts, and they finalized the labels for printing upon securing our team’s approval.

Creativos RD refined our ideas and creatively brought those to life. We originally wanted to utilize basic design solutions, but their team stepped up and amplified our branding with their strategic and story-packed labels.

Creativos RD’s dedicated owner stayed on top of things and promptly responded to our questions, making sure we were in the loop at all times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Creativos RD’s accommodation of our concerns and change requests mirrored their willingness to meet our standards with budget-oriented results.

We encountered minor delays that could’ve been handled better.

Any creative partnership’s success depends on both parties involved, so you have to do your part in providing thorough resources and feedback to their team.

We started from scratch in 2019 so we needed a company that could help us give the project an identity as well as a corporative image, website, e-mails, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Creativos RD was located at the same building as us and we know the word that Creativos RD did for entrepreneurs recommendations.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We started a conversation with the CEO to explain the meaning of the company. After this, he proposed a work plan to start with different teams which were presented mainly in 2 topics; Name and logo of the company and the second in the informative content. Once all this was approved, another team started to create the website and emails.

The CEO was the main contact. 2 people more for each team.

Our traffic at the website it´s really amazing.

We’ve had several different projects with them. During our last collaboration, they supported us in managing the company’s social media platforms. They have used Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

They have been working with the company since before I started working here. I believe Creativos RD was introduced to the company’s general manager at an event and they started collaborating on small projects which gave good results so the collaboration started growing.

We’ve been working together since 2017.

The results have been excellent. With Creativos RD, we’ve had very innovative projects and dynamics that have boosted engagement and interaction with our brand. As a result, we have increased our traffic and following.

I am very happy with their work in every aspect. They’re always very precise with schedules and very flexible. Their services are just excellent.

We’ve also had a great follow up and evaluation of the campaigns and found ways to make continuous improvements on them. We have found a way to work very well together.

When I started working here, Creativos RD was already collaborating with the company. I don’t know what the selection process was, though I do know they were referred to us. We asked for a proposal and from then on they’ve been working with the company.

The collaboration started at least 5 years ago and it is continuous.

The results have been very good. Creativos RD has helped us a lot in positioning the company and reaching new audiences and that has reflected in increased sales. 

How did Creativos RD  perform from a project management standpoint?

It is just very easy to work with them. The team is very open to hear the needs of the company and they make sure that we achieve all our goals. Their communication is very fluid, they are constantly sending us updates related to the campaigns, and they are open to attend to any requests very quickly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with Creativos RD’s willingness to really listen and understand the specific needs of their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Whenever we encountered any setbacks they were ready to make the necessary adjustments, so I couldn’t say anything in that regard.

I’m the co-founder of Step Up Learning Co. We use American teachers to teach English to kids in Mexico via an online virtual classroom.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creativos RD?

We're a brand new company. We have been building our curriculum and building our app over the last year, but we were closing in on time to launch our business. With our being based out of America and the COVID-19 pandemic, we were unable to travel to Mexico as we had hoped to.

So, we hired Creativos RD to help us with advertising and marketing to gain new students and to spread awareness of our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We do a lot of video and social media strategy marketing, so Creativos RD has created a lot of our commercials. They’ve also created informative videos for our current and trial students. Additionally, they trained us on how to sell to our clientele.

We found them on Google and liked their page better than most we had seen. We interviewed three other companies and landed on Creativos RD.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve met and exceeded our expectations greatly. The biggest accomplishment that we've reached is the brand awareness of our company in Mexico. Creativos RD has done an excellent job of figuring out our market audience and capitalizing on that. 

Because of that, we’ve seen a huge increase in trial students signing up for trial classes. We've also seen a huge increase in turnover in terms of turning those trial students into paying students. 

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good at leveraging technology to make our customer experience as seamless as possible. We have a weekly meeting where we bring up problems,  review our numbers for the week, and create new goals for the following week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The weekly meetings are phenomenal. They help me know exactly what I need to get done and push me to move quicker. Those meetings also ensure that all of us are on the same page, which is very helpful. Communication is one of their strengths.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great to have a quicker response time and a solid form of communication, such as a project management tool. They respond quickly but take time to deliver the actual solution.

The results were good. Creativos RD is efficient and has great customer service.

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

We did have a couple of setbacks with delivery times although it didn’t fall solely on them. we had some internal issues ourselves and that led to delays.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspect of working with Creativos RD was their attention and customer service. The project management’s attention was just flawless.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their organization around deadlines could improve. Also, they changed our designer a couple of times, which impacted the brand’s image. I believe if they had a single designer assigned for a project it would be better.

I’m the president and owner of a media company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Creativos RD?

We had a health-related marketing campaign where we were trying to identify some influencers, primarily in Mexico City, and provide resources to those who might be affected by this health challenge.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Creativos RD helped build a website. They do social media and bus advertising and billboards in the city. They also provide some insight in terms of potential influencers that we could recruit to best fit the campaign. 

What is the team composition?

We work with 4–5 people total, but we work with three primary people.

How did you come to work with Creativos RD?

We started looking for PR firms in Mexico City. I also used to work in PR in DC, so I asked some of the folks in our Mexico office if they knew any good, local boutique shops. We found 4–5 such agencies, and then we submitted an RFP for our project.

Creativos RD was one of three that responded. We had interviews with those companies, where they submitted proposals. We had virtual conversations to select the agency to do the work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began our search for an agency at the beginning of the year, but due to COVID, we had to take a break.

We officially started in September of 2020, and it’s a tentative six-month campaign. We may renew — we’re just not sure yet.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They launched our website and our social media channels, and we’re starting the engagement process now. It’s still too early to determine results, but so far, so good in terms of what they’ve been able to build.

How did Creativos RD perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been excellent. We meet weekly via Google Meet, and they’ve been very responsive via email between those meetings. They’re also available through text messages when we have questions about the campaign or need to make decisions in order to execute properly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Overall, they’re very professional, friendly, and creative. They’re also willing to work with our limited budget, which I know can pose challenges. We’ve been able to accomplish quite a bit within that margin.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so. They’ve been an excellent partner, and I would certainly work with them again if I had the opportunity.
