Firstly, in the over 13 years I’ve been in this industry, no vendor has ever gotten a site up and running on time and within budget, so I give Cantilever immense credit for doing that. Additionally, the website functions great. Our old site has a page-load time of more than four seconds, and Cantilever got that number down to 1.5–2 seconds. A large percentage of our visitors are using mobile devices, so Cantilever did a great job making the site more mobile responsive.

Spry was always supportive, and they tried to communicate what we needed to be thinking about ahead of time. They were understanding when one of our people had to travel on short notice, so we couldn’t get to a specific task. As a project-based business, we know it’s difficult to allocate resources to a project and the client isn’t responsive. They were always very good at understanding that and working with us. I think the thing that we would focus on is their service and recognition with us, being open and willing to be challenged by other designers, even ones that are outside of their field. We had a collaborative approach with Spry, which was really great.
