Custom-built landing page management system
Omnipack is a leading fullfilment services provider in Poland, named as the hottest young scale-up by The Next Web. For its rapid expansion needs, Omnipack needed a tool enabling for rapod creation, management and optimization of multi-lingual landing pages.
We began this project by designing and developing a baseline landing page, along with an embeddable, 2-step lead generation form. This combination enabled for neraly 20% conversion rate on UK and DACH markets.
Having proven our concept, we developed a simple, yet powerful landing page management system, which gave Omnipack's marketing team possibility to launch new landing pages within minutes.

Polish electricity dashboard & map
Power Engineering Student Research Group is a venue of Warsaw University of Technology, which aims to disrupt the energy industry, by taking on challenges related to energy transition, environment protection or energy production.
As part of its educational efforts, this study group wanted to launch an online platform, that would gather all possible data about polish electricity network in one place.
We took care of design & development of the web application as well as integrated it with several data sources. The app itself was built using the 8th edition of Laravel framework, enabling for fast and reliable development of additional features.

E-learning platform MVP for a private math academy
The goal of this project was to build a simple, yet scalable e-learning platform, that would help validate client's idea of moving to online teaching.
First, we took care of UX and UI design of the platform and made sure it was aligned with brutalist and cosmic visual language of the entire organization. Then we implemented the app using Laravel & React frameworks and utilizing a cloud-based video streaming solution for optimal performance.
Thanks to our iterative approach in both design and development, we were able to build this MVP from scratch in just under 2 months.

A website design for an innovatie fintech startup
SMEO is a leading fintech company, providing online factoring services for small & medium enterprises. When approached by us, SMEO was in need of a sleek and flexbile website, which would match the innovative nautre of its products.

An ecommerce store for natural beauty products
Creamy, a natural beauty cosmetics manufacturer, asked us to redesign its ecommerce store and improve its overall user experience, also by reducing page loading speed.
We conducted several iterations of fixing and improving the existing WooCommerce based store. As a result, page speed index jumped from 7 to 53 and 33 to 81 on mobile and desktop devices, respectively. In order to further optimize it, we plan to move from the current architecture towards a custom solution.
After redesigning navigation and most of the store pages, we nearly doubled the conversion rate on traffic coming from organic and paid ads.

Minimalist website with a custom lead gen process
Leones is a legal services provider, who seeks to start offering a complex legal advisory to mortgage credit owners, whose mortgages are deonminated in CHF.
As part of this of project, we designed and implemented a website, optimized for acquiring organic search traffic. The website includes a custom built lead generation form, enabling the business to collect high-quality leads right off the website.

An ecommerce & donation platform for a non-profit
Pora Na Seniora foundation seeks to improve social activity among elderly people and support them in their daily routines - which now, in the age of COVID is needed more than ever before.
When we were asked to create a website, that would enable online fundraising and therefore improve the organisation's ability to help - we simply couldn't refuse!
We prepared modern-retro styled mockups, and developed the website using purpose-built wordpress template. Also we set up a woocommerce online store, which helps the organisation to raise additional funding.
Having done that we constantly support the foundation with a set of digital skills, improving its ability to raise funds, reach new volounteers and ultimately - improve the quality of life of elderly people

How did you select this vendor?
I had a chance to work with Webalize co-founders before and I was confident that they would deliver the project.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They began the work by analysing the data we collected in Google Analytics and understanding the target audience needs as well as business context of the project. Only then the designer started introducing changes to the designs.
The process was divided into iterations, so we had plenty of room to submit our feedback. We also conducted several usability tests during the process, which really helped to broaden our perspective. Once we agreed on the final design, the designer prepared the mockups other service provider could take care of implementing them.

We worked with a full-stack product designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The new designs are still under development, so we can’t share any measurable outcomes yet. However we conducted several usability tests during the process and the overall reception was very positive, so we are pretty confident about the results.

The workflow was effective, we always knew what was happening in the project and the designer we worked with was very responsive.

Polish power engineering market lacked a complex database which gathered information about the power units currently existing in the system. Our organisation rose up to the challenge and decided to provide a wide range of potential users with a usefull base which would be simple to comprehend for everyone.
We hired Webalize to help us with achieving this goal by developing a brand new website which we called "Energetyczna Mapa Polski" ("Polish energy map").
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Firstly, we have roughly estimated the budget we could have spent on the project. Then we searched for the possible vendors - mostly online. The shortlisted vendors were asked to present the possible range of solutions and features they could have provided in this budget.
Webalize offered both the widest range of features and showed the most in-depth interest and understanding of the subject.

The scope of our cooperation included UX/UI design and web development as well as integration with several data sources. Webalize started with Concept phase, during which they drafted structure of the platform.
Then they moved on to the Design phase, where rough wireframes were turned into visual interface. During development phase, they used Laravel & Redis to deliver back-end layer of the application, and ReactJS to create the interface.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 3 people working on the project. Marcin held a designer role and was responsible for the contact with us - the clients. Adam was responsible for the backend part of the site and Konrad was working on the frontend.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
As this is the first site regarding the power sources in our country it is hard to estimate it's immediate impact. However we have been approached by potential site Users who gave as some feedback.
The project also became very popular in the media as it was mentioned a few times in web articles and newspapers. Moreover, as a launch event we have organised a conference called "EMPower" with many interesting guests and experts.

The main tool used was Trello. We as clients were also granted access to the board which helped us stay up to date. As we have agreed on the early stages of the project Webalize was free to try out new solutions to develop their portfolio and acquire new skills.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Webalize is very professional as well as easy going. We really appreciated the way of communication which was friendly, understanding but also meaningful which helped precise our joined goals.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As we have discussed, we should have focused more on the database part in the early stages of the project. Then we woulld have avoided a few simple yet time-consuming fixes and improvements.

I’m a psychotherapist, and I have a small psychology office.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webalize?
I used to work for a bigger company in public healthcare. When I started my own business, I wanted to be recognized in my local area so that people could get to know me and ask for a consultation. Therefore, I needed a simple website to inform potential patients about my techniques and services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webalize built my website. They had several ideas on how to create a more interactive design, but I wanted to keep it simple because I wasn’t allowed to advertise or add many links to it.
The website featured information about my services, contact details, and pricing. They prepared several versions, and then they moved on to develop the website when we agreed on one design. Initially, I only provided an idea and the text for the website. They were quick to deliver and did precisely did what I asked them to do.

I worked with a web designer and a web developer. The web designer was my main point of contact.

At first, Webalize investigated the previous website and identified areas for improvement both within fields of SEO and UX. Then they moved on to the redesign process, which took several weeks to complete. Once we agreed on the designs, they proceeded with coding and building the CMS. Then we had a chance to double check everything on their test instance and add some finishing touches before launching. The launching process itself was seamless and was conducted without any negative impact on our search rankings.

Since launching we have received plenty of positive feedback from our clients and our ranking positions started to slowly increase. I’m the head of sales and marketing at Creamy, a Polish cosmetics manufacturer and seller.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webalize?
We wanted to optimize our existing website because its performance on Google was really bad.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webalize redesigned our site’s front page and purchase path, and they optimized certain technical capabilities, looking to get better scores on Google Analytics. For the redesign, they based their work on our brand identity, but they started developing the site from an existing code. However, they built the purchase path and a video-on-demand (VOD) service from scratch.
On top of cosmetics, customers can buy 7-day plans to see our videos. Webalize designed the whole user journey related to this service, including the use of codes to get access to the platform.
Although I know that Webalize can build websites from scratch, they built ours on WordPress. Additionally, they did some technical SEO work on the site, like shortening category names and changing picture sizes, but that wasn’t their main focus.
Currently, they’re developing the graphical side further. For example, they’re doing 3D renders of our products. Overall, they’re focused on creating an excellent UX for our website.
What is the team composition?
I’m working with Marcin (Product Designer & Co-Founder) and Konrad (CBO & Co-Founder) on a regular basis. I’m also working with a lady who is much more focused on graphic design.
How did you come to work with Webalize?
I already knew Webalize, from when they helped me set up my own blog. My need at the time was the same: I had done something on my own, and they helped me do it properly. Someone recommended them to me initially, and I liked what they did for me then, so I kept working with them.

We’ve spent around €150,000 (approximately $172,000) over the last six months. Their price is 80 Polish Zloty or around €17 (approximately $20 USD) per hour.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Webalize in January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing. They keep implementing changes on the website, and they recently built a new landing page for me.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m very satisfied working with Webalize, and I highly recommend them. Our metrics are complex because many things outside of Webalize’s scope influence the performance of the website. However, I can say that it loads much faster now, and our bounce rate is lower. Additionally, we’re getting much more traffic from paid search campaigns than before, and overall, our website is better than it used to be.
How did Webalize perform from a project management standpoint?
Webalize always sets reasonable timelines and meets the deadlines; that’s why they’re professionals. They’re also very responsive, no matter what time of the day we reach out to them.
It’s great to communicate and collaborate with them because they feel like true business partners. If I have many ideas, they prioritize them and tell me which ones are possible and which aren’t. We use Toggl for time tracking and Trello for communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Webalize is not a standard, rigid, and process-oriented firm; they’re very flexible, responsive, and capable of making great recommendations. Although they don’t specialize in web strategy, they’re growing, and they share their knowledge as they do so. Additionally, they constantly propose solutions and time estimates so that we can keep going and move into the next stages.

In order to convince people to work with us, we needed to present our case portfolio and business offerings, so we asked Webalize to develop a lead generation website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webalize provided us with a few of their services starting with creating a new logo and branding. They presented us with a few proposals for the logo design and we chose the best one — they didn’t just give us different mock-ups, they had charts and discussed the requirements in great detail.
They then developed a CMS that’s customized for our needs, including a form for client acquisition — the additional information given by the client helps us provide the best service possible. Furthermore, they built our website using WordPress.

At first we focused on improving conversion rate of our online lead generation form. Webalize team was partially responsible for designing, and fully responsible for developing this two-step form. At this point Omnipack was about to expand to a number of new markets, which created the need for optimizing the way we managed our landing pages as well as their conversion rates. Having consulted the matter with Webalize, we went on to create a custom platform for managing all of our landing pages in one place.
They have completely redesigned our landing pages and developed the platform from scratch in just under 3 weeks. As a result, we are now able to launch highly converting, customizable landing pages in a matter of minutes.

We hired Webalize to refresh our website. The main goal was to introduce new products to the website and to fix the website code.

We chose Webalize because of our long-standing partnership. Webalize is very responsive, well-organized and they understand our business needs very well.
