Pragmatica built our website from scratch. I first provided them with my design preferences. Since we’re a specialty pharmacy, I wanted the site to look futuristic. After development, Pragmatica has implemented SEO on the site. I’ve given them our target keywords, and they are handling everything to ensure we rank high on search engines. Our partnership is ongoing, and I contact them anytime I want to do edits or add something to the site.

Pragmatica has been helping us to code enhancements to our site. It’s a WordPress site with an events calendar plug-in to manage events, and they assist us in stylizing the events in a custom way that isn’t available through that plug-in. Overall, they’re allowing our website visitors and tourists to find events and businesses on our platform, favorite them, email them to themselves, and subscribe to our mailing list.

Our time efficiency has been excellent. Having a dedicated project manager from their team has made this an efficient partnership because I can communicate my requests to them.

We are assembling a very complicated solution that will supposedly simplify things and establish a consolidated platform. It's challenging to frame it. We are increasingly reliant on the product for the market and ourselves as we build this. From our vantage point, we are assembling the wireframing and modifying to meet customer needs. Everything we require is being carried out by them. We are satisfied with the results and have a respectable user base. From a business standpoint, we want to significantly increase user engagement in order to foster networking and organic growth. We are discovering as we go along that there are some things that people demand up front but that we haven't yet given them, and that there are some channels of communication that users desired but that we didn't have. Taking into account the input from users, we are adding functionality and making adjustments.

The project management was great, especially compared to other vendors we've worked with. They regularly met deadlines, and we never had unexpected turnovers. We communicated through Skype, Jira, and GitHub

We are quite fortunate to have discovered a team that communicates with us on a daily basis, speaks very clearly, comprehends our objectives, and is very simple to translate our reasoning to, based on our past experiences and the experiences of our friends who have used contract developers

Additionally, once the new logo was finished, their team produced a brief animation to show it off.

Our website has undergone fundamental adjustments as a result of their assistance with SEO.

Ruby on Rails was used to develop the product itself. The cloud-based product is housed on an AWS server. The project has now been expanded to include understanding compliance guidelines and legislation regarding the privacy of health data as well as moving the platform to a public cloud environment. The platform's access is highly secure, and both workflow management and case management are supported by the tool for end users. Additionally, it has analytics, reporting, a few extras for user interactions, and some document storage for learning.

Additionally, they have guided us and given us more energy than we anticipated. Furthermore, Our site traffic received a speed turnaround and also increased by 90% and had thousands of people downloading the app monthly. They truly did a great job and we can request anything from them.
