We had a vision for creating a new type of local news website that is unlike any others in our industry. Indelible brought our vision to life, and since then, they have continuously maintained and enhanced our site to make it better over time. 

Then, they helped us to bring our vision for a unique digital marketing tool to life, creating a progressive web app that we are currently launching in the marketplace. We also have another new idea, which is essentially an e-commerce gift shop on our site, in development with their help.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our site, which they built out, was repeatedly judged and given awards as the best small newspaper website in New England. It is now a significant part of the way we deliver news and advertising to our audience, and our audience on the site has continued to grow as we use it more and more effectively in service to our customers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One-on-one interactions with them are very rewarding -- they truly care about us, and it feels like we are in very good hands with them. They help us think through our ideas so that together we can bring them to life -- they are "can do" people who really want to help us do something great. We regard them as being on our own team, not just a vendor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Indelible Inc could have done differently?

Not that I know of.

Indelible Inc. has been our go-to for nearly six years for everything "tech" related. They designed a new website for us, and have since provided many upgrades to the site, keeping it current and secure. 

For the past several years, we've contracted in-house IT/Network support through Indelible Inc. for 7 hours per week. This has been an invaluable service for us! Indelible Inc. also managed our move to the cloud several years ago and set up our G-suite. They've provided many other services, referrals and other supports throughout the years and I couldn't recommend them more!

• Increased traffic to website, clicks on forms, increased mailing list, etc. 
• Decrease staff requests / time troubleshooting network issues.

Indelible Inc. consistently reassesses their process and makes adjustments, as needed. They are always improving!

We provided images, video and a small amount of direction re: design. Indelible really was the tip of the spear in terms of execution and timeline and they really came through. Completed the website long before the deadline, managed the day to day and were rapid in their responses to queries and changes. The ticketing function of the website was largely seamless and when there were hiccups they were addressed in a speedy fashion.

Every available ticket was sold via the website they created.

First time working with web developers/designers, and I found what was most impressive about them was the efficiency and time frame in which the scope of work was executed.

Their server had some issues but beyond that no improvements that we could name.
