Premier Health
Premier Health came to Gatorworks seeking help with their online presence. We engaged our production and digital marketing teams to help.
Website
Premier’s B2B business model was central to how the website was crafted. The challenge was communicating the reach of Premier’s network of affiliated clinics while also encouraging NEW partnerships. Our goal was to create an intuitive, beautiful website to fuel partnership leads for the Premier team.
Digital Marketing
With more than 17 clinic groups spread across three service lines, there were many moving parts to this project. The overall goal was to drive foot traffic into the existing partner clinics and put Premier in front of potential new partner groups. To accomplish this, we crafted a robust strategy from the onset of the project. It was especially vital to keep detailed documentation of the number of clinics falling under each group and their locations, as well as the budget, services, and tactics for each.

Rotolo's Pizzeria
Over the last few years, Rotolo’s has launched a new brand called Rotolo’s Craft & Crust. Not only does it have a new logo and identity, it has an entirely separate menu as well. The ingredients are different, the recipes are unique and the way the pizzas are made are practically night and day. Because of these large differences, two brands needed to be represented equally throughout the site. Using a very strategic design layout, and complicated cookie-usage and functionality, Gatorworks created Rotolo’s new website housing two brands and two menus where users can easily switch from one brand to another.

Laborde Products
Laborde Products came to Gatorworks in need of a new logo, brand identity, and website that reflected the sophisticated and high-caliber power products they provide. The logo needed to be modern, sleek, bold, and versatile. With this in mind, Gatorworks set out to create a fresh brand identity for Laborde.
We were able to flex our creative prowess while exceeding client expectations by creating a striking brand presence that would distinguish Laborde from competitors and garner attention from potential customers.

Aesthetic Medicine and Anti-Aging Clinics of LA
The Aesthetic Medicine & Anti-Aging Clinics of Louisiana approached Gatorworks with a dire need. Our team was tasked with creating a stunning website and successful digital marketing strategy to attract new clients. We were excited to flex our design and development skills to build a website reflecting their luxurious offices as well as showcase the beauty to which each of their patients aspires.

St. Elizabeth Foundation
As the best source of information on their services, the website of St. Elizabeth Foundation needed to be easy-to-use and welcoming to their target audience. Gatorworks designed and built a website that not only fit their needs, but helped to grow their non-profit by providing pathways for lead generation.

Baton Rouge Clinic
Established in 1946, Baton Rouge Clinic is a staple in the Baton Rouge Community. With the amount of foot traffic coming through the doors, the clinic needed a website that could effectively handle this web traffic and attract more. A more capable website needed to provide copious amounts of content while still remaining organized, as well as give patients an easy-to-use portal.

Delta College
The Delta College website was a large undertaking for many reasons. We needed to showcase various programs across four unique campuses. The site also had to be an online hub—a starting and ending point for all digital marketing efforts. To do this, we went through wireframes, design, and development with an inbound-strategic mind and an intense focus on user experience.

Return Assured
Return Assured is a division of Preneed Funeral Programs offering a very unique service: if you pass away while traveling, they will return your body to your loved ones. With such a niche service, they partner with many funeral homes across the country. They provide their partners’ agents with materials and an online resource (this new website) to help manage their enrolled customers.
Our task was to create a website that not only acted as a sales piece for agents to show their clients, but also an intricate user portal. It needed to allow agents to enroll in the program, set up billing, and manage their client materials and order forms. Even with all this heavy custom development work, we didn’t shirk on the speciality of the website design as a whole.

Miguez Fuel
Miguez Fuel is located in south Louisiana, but travels almost anywhere to reach their valued clients. With a wide inventory and a knowledgeable sales team, customers rely on Miguez’s expertise and convenience of product delivery and ordering. On the website, Gatorworks sought to exemplify Miquez’s unique value proposition with an organized product archive and listing. We also showcased their services pertaining to their various industries with which they do business.

Wanderlust by Abby
Wanderlust by Abby approached Gatorworks for digital marketing assistance. After some initial website work and search engine optimization, targeted display campaigns were introduced to complement their marketing efforts. To prepare for this campaign, our digital marketing team reviewed past targeted display campaigns, paying special attention to similar retail clients to see what sort of strategies worked best. An in-depth discovery phase, including a site visit enabled us to hear and see the needs and passion of the owners.

Office of State Examiner
The Louisiana Office of State Examiner came to Gatorworks in need of a new logo and brand identity, as well as an updated website to represent the brand refresh. The challenge was creating a logo to refresh a legacy agency while remaining relevant to a traditional audience. The new logo would also need to complement the customizable website that Gatorworks was tasked to build for OSE.

We are BR!
With the hopes of revamping this 20-year-old campaign and relaunching it after the St. George and Baton Rouge divide, Forum225 charged Gatorworks with the task of transforming the We Are BR logo into something that the entire community would be proud of. The goal was to create a logo that was modern, bold and timeless–something that people would want to wear on hats, t-shirts and other swag items to represent the city of Baton Rouge anywhere they went. The final logo incorporated details from the past logo, and embodied elements of Baton Rouge that make the city unique. After the intended release at the Community Impact Breakfast in March was postponed as a result of the coronavirus, Forum225 digitally released the logo with 10% of its merchandise sales benefiting the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank through May 1.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the owner of Gov't Taco, a mid-city Baton Rouge taco shop. I'm also a culinary ambassador, media personality and more.
For what projects/services did your company hire Gatorworks, and what were your goals?
We brought on Gatorworks to build a new website for our restaurant as we transitioned from a booth in a food hall to our own stand-alone location. We needed this website to be more interactive and robust, with dynamic content and the ability to route people to online ordering.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Gatorworks presented an excellent vision for the website, with a knowledge for the industry and a passion for our product. They understood our target demographic and applied creative liberties to make the user experience much more appealing.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had multiple meetings with the Gatorworks team for them to be able to get a feel for our tone and branding. They helped discover website elements that were common among restaurants with similar service models. Once they started construction of the website, their team was very communicative about assets they needed to deliver the final product.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a project manager as well as multiple people up the food chain and from the design team involved with the project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have been super happy with the website and with continued updates made to the site. We know for sure that it drives traffic to our online orders, catering, and more.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Everything was seamless from communication to delivery.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Gatorworks delivered everything they promised. The communication and the way they felt like part of our team was perhaps the most impressive. It was like having a web team in-house.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Guaranty Media is a locally owned and operated Media group based in Louisiana. We own 5 radio stations, a Podcast Network, and a variety of social media properties and YouTube channels. I am the "Digital Content Director", in charge of all digital media for the company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Gatorworks, and what were your goals?
We hired Gatorworks to produce a website that coincided with us launching a "Podcast Network", as well as a slate of shows. Gatorworks did everything from Branding, to graphic design for individual shows, to development of a state-of-the-art website to showcase our new content.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have a great relationship with Gatorworks, and they're well-known in town as one of the premiere agencies in this region. Besides their excellent eye for design aesthetic, their expertise in optimizing properties for digital marketing campaigns really attracted us to the relationship.
They combine style with true design insight on a holistic level. Content that supports Search Engine Optimization, a clear user-experience that funnels potential customers to the end goal, and a detailed production pipeline were the deciding factors in us collaborating with them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Gatorworks helped us develop the Guaranty Podcast Network platform from the ground up. They began with a Logo/Branding design process where they created multiple options in an attempt to capture our voice through visual elements. This involved multiple meetings, a presentation from their design team, and hand-in-hand collaboration with our team.
During that process, they also designed several individual show assets including Podcast cards, YouTube banners, social media graphics, sales materials, and more. Once Brand Standards were finalized, they began developing a site that fully integrated our RSS host so that listeners could discover content through our platform in addition to more traditional Podcast players. They did a deep dive into the business to understand our goals and methodology, and incorporated that into the design and user experience.
Once the site's design was finalized, they did an SEO evaluation and helped oversee the launch. They also continued troubleshooting and held our hands throughout the launch process.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
- Lindsey - Vice President of Operations
- Trent - Vice President of Digital Marketing
- Cody - Senior Design Lead
- Tucker - Senior Development Lead
Additionally, their entire process is collaborative and I'm certain there were more designers, developers, and more that contributed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project has been a success so far. We've launched over 20 shows within the past year, sold a slate of production services, and are making an investment to continue growing the business this year.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Their project management pipeline is incredibly thorough. Lindsey has implemented a detailed pipeline where every task is assigned and trackable to their team, and was in constant communication about the status of the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their team truly cares about getting to know the project. They really see clients more as "partners" than just customers. They asked detailed questions about our business goals and let it inform design choices.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We were truly thrilled with how the entire process went. It may sound like a copout, but we've truly been so completely impressed that we happily recommend them to our own clients any time they have a design/digital marketing need.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP for a communications and research consulting firm called Whiteboard Advisors. We mainly cater to the education industry, and I specifically oversee our K-12 communications practices and marketing.
What challenge were you trying to address with Gatorworks?
We have a website that’s about six or seven years old, and it no longer meets our business needs. Hence, we hired them to build a new website that would meet our current and future needs for the next several years.
What was the scope of their involvement?
To start off the project, we did a discovery phase, during which Gatorworks learned more about our current challenges with our website and talked to various members of our team to understand the services that we provide and who our typical customers are.
After that, they went on with the development process, putting together a creative brief before proceeding with the wireframing and design stage. Their team also did some light branding work by handling the visual elements, including the color scheme, font choices, and font guidelines.
The website is already finished, and they are currently providing maintenance support for us.
What is the team composition?
I mainly work with three people from their team: Lindsey (VP of Operations), Jordan (Senior Graphic Designer), and Tucker (Senior Development Lead).
How did you come to work with Gatorworks?
We considered five other firms for this project, but we selected Gatorworks because I had worked with them several years ago, which was a good experience.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2021, and our engagement is still ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our clients and partners on our new website. We’ve also seen an increase in site traffic and in the number of people signing up for our product newsletters and reaching out via our contact form.
How did Gatorworks perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is great. They’re always in touch with us, and we’ve never had to wait to hear back from them. We do check-in meetings via Zoom and exchange emails in between.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re really good at understanding our needs, responding to our feedback, and being patient with us through the process.
Are there any areas they could improve on?
No, they’ve done a great job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that you are a good client and get everything they need for your project; a good relationship goes both ways.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CIO of Acadiana Management Group, a post-acute healthcare system based out of Lafayette, LA.
For what projects/services did your company hire Gatorworks?
After a terrible experience with another vendor, we hired Gatorworks to completely revamp our website design and optimize our web presence to help patients learn more about us and find us easier.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I wanted to find a vendor that was local to Louisiana with great resources in all key areas (design, content, development, marketing, etc.) We chose Gatorworks based upon their impressive portfolio, competitive pricing, professionalism, and flexible approach.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The project entailed a complete overhaul on a new WordPress instance, carrying over content that could be salvaged from our previous site. The project started with a few discovery and design sessions, at which point Gatorworks took the ball and ran with it. They designed a site which far exceeded our expectations, with minimal input required, and very few changes requested after the initial drafts.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I'm not 100% sure since most of the work was done behind the scenes, but I would estimate 4-5.
- A project manager
- a systems administrator
- a couple designers
- a couple developers
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Very polished, easy to use website, on both desktop and mobile. Our employees are proud to send people to our website, since it is now an accurate representation of our organization. Since our site went live, our site traffic and volume of people that interact with us through the website has exploded, FAR exceeding our expectations.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Amazing communication and coordination, even during the height of the pandemic.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their exceptional resource capabilities and customer service are second to none.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Literally nothing - I cannot say enough good things about Gatorworks. We've since contacted them for other services and they've knocked it out of the park every time.

I'm the Communications Director of an online public charter school. I coordinate public relations, marketing, and the website.
For what projects/services did your company hire Gatorworks, and what were your goals?
Our website was clunky and did not allow for SEO and other business values, which are vital in our recruitment of new students to the school.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a team comprised of a project manager and a web developer.

Gatorworks kept us up to date on the progress, primarily by email and phone. The project manager and developer were easy to work with and took questions and suggestions for changes in stride.
