We needed a complete overhaul of our website. We requested a clean design that is easy to edit and update, since prices in this industry fluctuate frequently. We also needed some search engine optimization to drive business, and asked for an easy way for clients to contact us via our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completion of all planned pages and templates (over 100 pages, over 10 core templates), full mobile responsiveness, cross-browser QA, and a clean handoff with documentation and training so the team can manage updates independently.

Increased organic search rankings for core local keywords with commercial intent by an average of 5 positions across 30 tracked core local keywords.

Shepherd SEO was on top of the project from the beginning and delivered as promished, when promised. They also continue to be very responsive if any of our team have any questions or need any guidance.

We were just starting this business and knew that we wanted to own all web traffic for high-intent keywords. I brought on Shepherd to help us identify which keywords we needed to rank for, then implement SEO best practices to help us show up very quickly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from not ranking at all to ranking #2-3, and sometimes first, for almost all the keywords we were aiming at within a couple months. That was the goal, and it was achieved faster than I expected.

No complaints here at all. Everything was clear, and timely. Communication was professional. Shepherd also provided a number of reports and analytics that weren't within the scope so I feel like they went above and beyond.
