Working the Chief Creative Officer at Out Origin, was a game-changer for our project. They took charge of developing the UX/UI for our video dashboard and meticulously examined our video playlist feature. Initially, we brainstormed a broad strategy that aligned with our vision, and actively engaged with our users to gather valuable feedback about their experiences with our product. This input was foundational in shaping the improvements we aimed to implement.

Figma software to reimagine our site from the ground up, honing in on the design of our dashboard and the efficiency of our user log-in flow. Beyond merely enhancing aesthetic elements, they validated our video playlist feature and focused on optimizing the learning journey associated with our educational videos. The culmination of their efforts was a highly refined, user-centered design that is set to significantly enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While the full implementation of designs is still underway, the early indications of success are promising. They already delivered impressive functionalities that have optimized our site flow, resulting in a clearer understanding of which features resonate most with our users. Although we're yet to see quantitative metrics, the feedback from our preliminary user testing has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly concerning the usability of the dashboard and the clarity of the video playlists.

Our collaboration with Out Origin has primarily revolved around the development of the MVP. They effectively broke down the project into manageable milestones, which we tracked using Jira. This structured approach allowed me to stay informed on progress and timelines. We engaged in weekly meetings to discuss updates and tackle any potential roadblocks. While I was invited to daily standup meetings, 
I found our weekly discussions sufficed to keep me in the loop. The technology stack they employed, which includes Ruby on Rails and React, aligns perfectly with our requirements for a scalable and efficient platform. Key deliverables included a fully functional web application with user authentication, a property listing feature, and an integrated bidding system that would enable users to navigate our platform intuitively.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Out Origin has consistently impressed us with their ability to transform design concepts into a tangible product. Having worked with several software development teams in the past, I was apprehensive that crucial design elements might not translate well into the final build. However, Out Origin has proven to be meticulous, ensuring that every detail was captured beautifully in the application. 
The user experience is seamless, and I am genuinely excited about the product we are preparing for launch. Their keen attention to design has not only boosted our confidence but has also instilled a sense of pride in our upcoming offering.

Out Origin successfully delivered all components on schedule, and their proactive communication ensured that any concerns I had were addressed promptly, allowing us to stay aligned and focused on our objectives.
