The goal of our collaboration was to design a new website from the ground up. Our previous website was not looking modern, had errors and was not producing leads. We needed something new and fresh to present our business. Azuro team laid the groundwork by conducting thorough consultations to grasp our business model, target audience, and our goals.
Kaylene crafted a visually stunning and intuitively navigable website. She organized our content, suggested text additions and revisions, supplied appropriate visuals andensured seamless browsing experience across different devices. We ended up with an engaging, fully responsive, and intuitive website.

They worked closely with me to guide content creation, and then creatively designed the pages to have an aesthetic appeal, in addition to practicality and navigability on both a desktop and mobile platforms. They have also implemented SEO and marketing services into the final product.

The goal of the website was to be professional, well-designed, and educational, in order to give potential patients and potential referring physicians information on the services we provide. This has been largely successful, measured by the number of referrals and positive feedback we've received.

I worked closely with the Web Designer and Developer: Cassandra, and with the Founder and Creative Director: Daniel. They were both extremely professional, responsive to communication and provided honest and helpful feedback. It was clear they took the time to read through emails and respond effectively with constructive feedback. Cassandra, went above and beyond with her creative genius and skillset in designing a website that exceeded my expectations. 
She was very personable and easy to approach with respect to modifications. It was clear that as the website evolved over the several months, she clearly had a sense of what I was envisioning as the final product, and was able to bring it to life, flawlessly and with perfection. Her patience, and guidance in the project were also very much appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Azuro Digital could have done differently?

There are no areas of improvement, as this is one of the best Website design teams to work with as they combine an excellent skill set and professionalism with personability and client satisfaction.

We found Azuro's communication and constant involvement in our project quite impressive. They were always available for a video chat and made multiple project tracking sheets for us all to stay organized. They were also extremely easygoing and creatively had some fantastic input into the site's design and function.

The only thing was the fact that the project did take longer than we had initially planned, however, the end result was something that we were incredibly happy with.

We contracted Azuro Digital to build new/replacement sites for 7 existing sites owned by BlueSkyRisk, including a central BSR site and 6 program-specific sites (each focusing on a different niche sector within the insurance marketplace). Also, to construct one entirely new site for a new program launch. Their services included site construction, optimization, SEO, design, and assistance with content. They also helped us find a solution/construct a complex online application for one of our sites.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our distribution is largely grassroots via our broker network, so our expectation was never to drive a huge amount of business through our websites. Rather, they just needed to be professional, well-designed sites that gave potential clients the right impression about us. Azuro came through wonderfully here - we're very happy with the sites.

A stretch goal of actively driving submissions for programs through the sites was added mid-project, and Azuro proved up to the task. We've driven a significant amount of revenue through that application already. While SEO/client acquisition via the site was not a focus, our traffic numbers are also up.

Any delays were caused by us (we relied on different people to provide content/info for each site, and some were quite slow with the requests). Azuro always responded quickly and helpfully, and it would have been a much quicker project had we been more on top of it for certain sites. I'd also like to mention - we tacked on some relatively big functionality changes/additional content pieces mid-project, and Azuro helped us tackle them without a blink.

They (Daniel and the primary designer/developer assigned to our project, Kaylene) were just consistently helpful and excellent to work with. Much our communication was by email, and it was evident that they went out of their way to carefully read and understand messages as opposed to simply firing back a response. Our communications were always constructive and positive.

Additionally, I was very impressed with their flexibility in picking up additional requirements added mid-project.

Azuro Digital built our website from scratch. We initially reached out to them and had a couple of calls to understand the project. They asked many questions about our goals and how they could help us achieve them. Then, we moved forward, and they provided a ton of resources and access to their team to walk us through the process.

For the design, they gave us a couple of options based on their past work and then customized it to give the website a unique look. Azuro Digital did custom animations, images, and copy. The website’s purpose was to provide resources and details for our practitioners, clients, and potential clients.

Additionally, Azuro Digital guided us on SEO. They customized our content based on their SEO recommendations, did an in-depth analysis to improve the site, and worked on keyword research.

We found them through online research. Their services were competitively priced, and we appreciated their thoroughness during our initial vetting process. Their communication and quality of work is their biggest asset. They make sure clients feel heard and are part of the process. They always deliver results and quality that is well past the expectations of the client.
