Our website was about 10 years old and needed to be updated with new features for online learning and e-commerce. Our goal was to have a modern website that was easy for our customers to use and for us to manage and modify.

My partner used social media to find local web designers and interview them online. Azuro Digital Inc. had a competitive price but also allowed us to own all the content, train us on making changes to the website and be available for ongoing support. Daniel had a professional demeanor and was very open-minded to our goals. Daniel also was able to advise us of potential pitfalls down the road early in the hiring process.

The scope of work was to redesign our website with modern features and layout. from there, we needed to add a storefront. Daniel guided us along the way to choose a resource that was easily scalable. Once the e-commerce storefront was established, Daniel then helped us choose an e-learning platform that is also easy to use and easily scalable.

Once we had everything in place, Daniel provided training for us to make edits to the platform and is available for ongoing support. Daniel used WordPress for the main website and we used podia and Printful for a storefront.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen a 50% increase in traffic. We just started clothing sales so we don't have accurate analytics yet and are just about to launch our first online learning product. In general, we are very happy with the performance of the site.

Daniel had great communication. He was also patient with me and my partner as we balanced daily operations with pushing the new site for its launch. Daniel would give us steady reminders of our progress or obligations my partner and I had for providing specific content.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with Daniel's ability to spot potential hazards down the road based on our initial vision. Daniel's suggested alterations resulted in a final product that far exceeded our initial vision. Looking at what we initially wanted and what we have now, we realize how much time, effort, and money.

Daniel saved us by suggesting tools for our website that will allow us to scale with time without a lot of redesigns to the website itself. The maintenance from Daniel's suggestions also saved us time and money down the road.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no suggestions for Azure Digital, as their performance far exceeded my expectations. There are definitely things I will change in my own approach to web design when I hire Azuro Digital Inc again for this company or my other companies, to make my part more efficient.

After some initial meetings to develop an idea and goal for the website, Daniel provided us with an outline of the website. We decided on a colour scheme and theme, along with the outline of the main pages and sub-pages.

He was very flexible in tailoring the content to our preferences and offered insightful suggestions to enhance the appearance of the website to be more appealing and user-friendly.

We needed help with building our website and promoting our services to our target audience.

We’ve initially discussed our particular requirements with Azuro Digital, including the features that we want our enrolled college students to access. During this process, their team has helped us refine our user personas, marketing goals, and promotional strategies to retain our student-centric customer base once we’ve established it.

Based on our findings and their team’s suggestions, Azuro Digital has created our brand guidelines and proceeded with our platform’s development, implementing the design solutions and functionalities we’ve discussed. They’ve also designed most of the graphic work we’ve incorporated into the website and helped our team finalize the web content.

We’re currently in the process of optimizing the website’s performance to meet internal and external standards. Once the product’s go-live is approved, we’ll ask Azuro Digital’s team to design our campaign materials.

We haven’t reached the go-live phase yet, so there are no quantifiable metrics to share at this point — however, the few people who’ve seen Azuro Digital’s development work have shared positive feedback about the site’s usability and design.

We communicate via email, phone calls, and text messages. Azuro Digital eagerly meets our timelines — any delays we’ve encountered throughout the process have been from our team’s end. From my perspective, they’re a proactive and communicative team with a highly functional workflow.

Project stages included an initial consultation to discuss our content and design ideas. Following this meeting, Azuro Digital created a first draft of our website. A number of scheduled and ad-hoc consultations then followed with Azuro Digital, as well as revisions by Azuro Digital to the website to make it perfect.

We worked directly with Azuro Digital's Owner, Daniel, on our project. We were incredibly satisfied by Daniel's professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail!

Since launching our website, we've received numerous compliments on the site's design, speed, and content. We anticipate that this will directly translate into increased business for our firm.

I’m the owner of InHaus Cooking, a private chef company in Ottawa, Canada. I do fine dining in my client’s homes.

Azuro Digital built my website from scratch. The project started with a consultation call with Daniel (Founder), and he walked me through their process, pricing, and services. I also saw some of their previous work and heard great things from their former clients.

After hiring them, I had another call with Daniel, and he discussed the logistics of achieving what I was looking for within the business and website. I gave him my vision of how I wanted my website to look, and he put together everything in a straightforward process. There was minimal input from me throughout the whole experience. 

Azuro also designed various pages on the site, and they also introduced me to all kinds of features. Additionally, they helped me get my logo done by giving me suggestions of companies to consider for the project. They made the process so easy, even though they didn’t do the design themselves.

Currently, Azuro is providing SEO and site maintenance services. Whenever I encounter issues, I call them, and they’ll get it done within 20 minutes. They also update the site for me — if I have a new menu that I’m going to use within the next few days, they’ll upload that to the site.

All my clients tell me the reason why they chose me instead of my competitors is because of how good and professional my website looks. I can say confidently that my site looks amazing. I’m getting a ton of traffic, and the site’s quality played a huge factor in that. 

I’m delighted with Azuro’s work. I can’t see another developer doing it as they’ve been able to. They executed far beyond what I expected.

Azuro is attentive to detail. The way they’ve broken down the project’s cost has been great. Everything has come together quite well. 

We communicate mostly through email, but I call them every now and then.

Azuro is not a big corporation. They take pride and spend time with their clients. They put their full effort into making sure they deliver a great customer experience. Their work is unmatched, and it’s fantastic.

Azuro also takes pride that I’m happy with their work — that’s one thing I always look for among the people I work with. Knowing I have someone I can rely on is very important.

There are times when I might have a page that doesn’t work, but I think that’s only normal.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a vision of what you’re looking for. They have a lot of really cool ideas, but it’s better if you know what you want. Work together with Azuro, and get all your questions answered on their initial consultation call — it will make the whole process so much easier.

We needed to update our website from its original format. Azuro provided us with a modern, up to date face lift. We also added an e-commerce section. Azuro guided us through the process and it was a seamless process.

We found them on the Kijiji platform and the deciding factors were the initial consultation and the rapid response on emails and inquiries.

Engaged Azuro, personal consultation was provided followed by a personalized contract. Work commenced immediately upon approval of contract. After some very specific direction, the work was complete in a timely manner.

The work was complete within a very short period of time. The website looked very professional and the guidance from Azuro was very valuable. Content was written by Azuro and all of the required SEO and background tasks were complete without us being involved.

Azuro took charge and executed the project without issues, within the timeline, and with great results. Azuro exceeded our expectations. They are very knowledgeable in this field.

Management style is flawless with electronic contracts, zoom meetings, shared screen, and phone calls. Very good.

their constant updates throughout the project, outlining where they were with the timeline and within the process. Their guidance within the process such as tutorial links or explanation for any action item required for us.

Pegasus Imagery is a technology company delivering intelligence and data solutions to the Emergency Management and Public Safety sectors. The company deploys long endurance Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) integrated with high capability sensors to provide actionable information in real-time for first responders and emergency managers. My role as Business Development Manager involves finding clients and submitting proposals.

We hired Azuro Digital because our old website was very rough around the edges and was not properly branded. Daniel was able to build us a brand new website in Wordpress and gave it a great design.

Craigslist! Got to chat with a few freelancers and Daniel was by far our first pick. He was extremely professional and did a great job of getting to understand our needs. He subsequently gave us a very comprehensive and simple look at what a project timeline would look like with Azuro - we love how he built out the outline right there on the call with us.

We met with Azuro Digital a few times to lay out exactly what we were looking for, and asked for feedback and advice on our vision. Our pages were built out one at a time to ensure no details were missed, and to do iterations of each layout. Daniel implemented features on our website such as an integrated illustration/design, a password protected page, and figured out many other work arounds to make our requests possible.

Azuro Digital designed and developed a WordPress site from scratch. We first gave them a general idea of what we were looking for, along with some documentation. They then created the color scheme and logo, which went through a few iterations. Although we provided most of the written content, they also conducted some research and content writing for the site. Lastly, they optimized the content. 

Azuro Digital finished and delivered the site already, but they continue to maintain and host it for us.

They were a great team that facilitated a pretty seamless project. When I initially asked them for website ideas, they came up with concepts right away. Azuro Digital’s turnaround time whenever I asked for any site updates was also highly impressive. They usually had everything finished and ready for review within a few hours of me asking. 

How did Azuro Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was perfect. Azuro Digital was a team of effective communicators who responded quickly. They also stuck to the deadline and budget that they promised us when we signed on. To communicate, we used Calendly to set up meetings and Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their ability to communicate effectively and respond promptly. Whenever I requested changes to the site, they were always quick to accommodate me and make those changes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had to write most of the content ourselves because they weren’t immigration experts. However, I understand that it was a niche market, and at the end of the day, I preferred to do my own content writing.

In terms of the design of the site, know the direction you want to go in. If you have a concept in mind, it will save time and energy because they can get started immediately. They’re great at absorbing that information and translating it into a web design.

I’m very happy with the product that they delivered. I’ve already seen an increase in engagement across other social media platforms from my new website. 

How did Azuro Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Daniel was awesome about sticking to our project schedule and budget. We communicated via email, Zoom, phone calls, and text messages, and he was excellent at communicating fluidly. He did a great job of keeping me updated on what actions he was taking and how far along the website was. If I wanted to tweak or change any work that he was doing, he always gave me opportunities to do so without complication. 

It seemed like he really matched my preferred business style — if I had liked emailing more, I think he would have done more email, for instance. Daniel was super flexible to meet how I liked to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I really liked was his attention to detail and his flexibility to adjust what he was doing. He never took offense to any of my suggestions, and he made any requested changes within the same day that I asked. 

I would recommend Azuro Digital to everybody — in fact, I have already sent their name off to quite a few people.

No, I have zero complaints.

Start working with them now! I think that Daniel would be able to take on any project, regardless of the size.
