We successfully launched a fully functional six-page website with three separate lead-generation landing pages. Each guide form was tested successfully, automatically delivered the correct resource, and sent the lead into our Follow Up Boss CRM through Zapier for organized follow-up. The site was mobile-responsive, connected to our domain, and provided us with a professional platform for converting traffic from YouTube, Google, and other marketing channels.Since the website was just launched, long-term traffic and lead-conversion data aren't yet available. However, all agreed-upon deliverables and technical integrations are working as intended.

Since launching the redesigned website, we have seen a noticeable increase in inbound phone calls and contractor applications through the website. The site is doing a better job of converting visitors into people who actively engage with our company, whether they are prospective customers or professionals interested in working with us. Beyond the increase in inquiries, Deepika successfully delivered the functionality and infrastructure we set out to build. Our forms, communication channels, service information, and overall customer journey are now significantly more organized and professional. For us, the clearest measure of success is that the website is no longer simply an online presence—it is becoming an active tool for generating business and attracting talent.

She listened to my feedback, implemented revisions, offered solutions when necessary, and remained focused on getting the final product right rather than rushing to simply mark the project complete. There were times when the scope evolved because I identified additional things I wanted improved, but she adapted well and continued working through them with me. I never felt like I was just another project in a queue. Deepika treated the website like something that needed to work for the business, and she stayed engaged until we reached the vision I originally had in mind.

Deepika had the patience to listen, interpret that vision, make adjustments, and continue refining the work until we got it right. She never made me feel like my revisions were an inconvenience or that she was simply trying to close out the project. She took ownership of the outcome. The only area for improvement would be to hire another Deepika. She is top of the line, bar none. I genuinely don’t have a meaningful criticism of the work or the experience. The site is now live and provides a clearer, more professional experience for both guests and prospective property owners.We haven’t collected enough post-launch data to report meaningful results for bookings, engagement, or conversion rates. We plan to monitor property search usage, inquiry and booking activity, and owner inquiry conversions as the new site gains traffic.Early feedback from our team has been very positive. The new website feels more polished and aligned with the boutique WaterColor brand we wanted to present.
