What was the scope of their involvement?

Ginger IT Solutions has provided web design and development services. Initially, they did an inspection of our website and focused on improving the UX and SEO. Back then, although we were a very important company in the region, we had a very bad SEO, so Ginger IT Solutions worked on that. The team has also developed and designed new landing pages for lead generation and provided maintenance and hosting services. The main technology used has been WordPress.

Ginger IT Solutions' work increased our website traffic and lead generation. For example, we're receiving new leads on a daily basis. Their team has delivered over 500 contacts that our sales team has contacted, so our LinkedIn campaigns have done really well, as they've increased our results by 30%. Overall, they've exceeded our expectations, so we'll continue working with them.

How did Ginger IT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always one step ahead and deliver on time or before the deadline. They’re the ones alerting us if something is missing. We use ClickUp for project management and communicate via email.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I would like to give a shout-out to Srdjan and Tomislav. Srdjan has been in charge of website optimization, whereas Tomislav has been in charge of design.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ginger IT Solutions is always on time and positive about their work, even when deadlines are near. Overall, they keep us safe —  I am really calm working with them because I know that there won't be any gaps in the projects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s any need for improvement. However, it would be great if we had in-person meetings from time to time.

Be precise because you'll be losing time if you don't provide precise information.

Their findings were insightful and actionable, leading to a series of targeted optimizations that have fundamentally transformed our website. These ranged from code optimizations and improvements in mobile responsiveness, all aimed at creating a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

Content creation was another cornerstone of our project, with Ginger IT developing a content strategy that perfectly captured our brand voice and resonated with our target audience. The production of high-quality, SEO-friendly content across various formats drove engagement and firmly established us as thought leaders in our domain.

The landing page redesign was a pivotal moment in our collaboration. Ginger IT Solutions has designed and developed our website, which is an e-commerce platform integrated with Stripe. They’ve also developed a number of extensions for the platform due to new feature requests specific to the nature of our business. The team has also designed and developed a secondary website intended for the local market.

Moreover, they’ve done digital marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns using Google Ads. Currently, they’re developing a centralized Laravel platform that will power the website and the mobile applications that Ginger IT Solutions will develop.

Ginger IT Solutions has been great to work with and talk to. They've provided us with solutions. We've measured their success based on the finalized designs, development of the e-commerce platform, and extensions going live. Some of the products they’ve developed are live, while others are still in the design and development stages, and everything is going great. 

We also take into account the smooth usage of the platform by our users and our growth. The latter is why we've chosen to expand our engagement with Ginger IT Solutions. The team has been awesome; they’re the best company we’ve ever dealt with. We plan to engage Ginger IT Solutions for all our design, development, and marketing needs.

They’re responsive, and we communicate via phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings in our office.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ginger IT Solutions guided us through the different phases of the project. The team asked the right questions so we could define what we were looking for, including the design and content. We also told Ginger IT Solutions what we expected the website to look like and the functionalities we wanted to achieve.

From there, Ginger IT Solutions drafted a website map and worked on the design, functionalities, and accessibility tools. The team acted as web developers and UI/UX designers. Ginger IT Solutions also provided advisory services, strategy, and usability testing. The team also did some research because we used WordPress.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was very happy with the outcome of our project. A couple of patients approached us to ask who created and designed the website. The local directors of another clinic also contacted us because they liked the clean and modern look of our site. We gained more notice in the area, not only from patients and clients but also from our competition.

As soon as we launched the website, the traffic increased significantly. We launched the site two months ago because we were a new business and had to wait for regulatory approvals and inspection to launch the company. The numbers were increasing exponentially from month to month.

How did Ginger IT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Ginger IT Solutions was very thorough and communicative. The team kept us informed about the project's development. We communicated via video calls on a regular basis using Google Meet and Zoom. We also used emails and phone calls. We met in person on one occasion, which was fantastic since Ginger IT Solutions was based in a different country.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ginger IT Solutions was one of the best development teams we worked with. We had built 4–5 clinics with different groups of developers, and we were highly impressed with Ginger IT Solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for the team to improve. If we set up a new clinic, I plan to go back to Ginger IT Solutions.

Always follow Ginger IT Solutions' lead and advice because they know what they're doing. The team is up to date with the latest tools and technologies. We took their advice on many matters, and I suggest doing the same.

SE: The team presented branding options based on our vision. We chose an option, and Ginger IT Solutions proceeded with designing our logo and other materials, requesting our approval.

SE: We launched our website a couple of days ago, and we've already sold our products.
DK: Our web visits are in the thousands, and we've sold hundreds of perfumes.

SE: We're a small company, and these are significant amounts for us and our market. We were looking to work with a team we could rely on, and we've found a partner for life and other businesses in Ginger IT Solutions. We've already recommended the team to colleagues who are about to open their business because the team is a loyal partner we can count on at any time of the day. During the branding process, we approved the majority of designs presented by the team in the first round, and we're a picky team. Ginger IT Solutions has understood our vision and what we wanted.

How did Ginger IT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

DK: Ginger IT Solutions meets deadlines.
SE: Our perfume manufacturing took much longer than anticipated, delaying our deadlines. However, the team delivers work ahead of our deadlines and is always on time.
DK: We communicate via email and phone calls.

SE: Our business has just opened, and we request several immediate changes to Ginger IT Solutions. The team is hands-on and available at all times, especially in this initial phase.
DK: For instance, yesterday, we had a situation where we clicked something we shouldn't have in the website's admin section. We called Ginger IT Solutions at 11 p.m., and they resolved the problem in the middle of the night.

SE: We've had the greatest communication with Tomislav (Chief Sales Officer), Srdjan (Founder & CEO), and Sonja (Co-Founder & CMO). 

What did you find most impressive about them?

SE: The Ginger IT Solutions team works amazingly together and complements each other. Every teammate is an expert in what they do and their department. The overall team is very strong and effective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

DK: The only improvement area I can think of for Ginger IT Solutions is to expand their team, although I'm aware this is difficult to do.
SE: Ginger IT Solutions is picky with their team because they work with absolute professionals. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

SE: Be clear and specific about your vision and idea. If you provide specific ideas to the team, they can make a great design. You'll probably be dissatisfied if you aren't sure what you want and expect the team to do all the work. I suggest providing thorough explanations to Ginger IT Solutions.
DK: Communicate with the team and be open-minded about their ideas.
