We had a project timeline for meetings and deliverables which we adhered to, with the exception of my team taking longer than anticipated to narrow down a selection from three stylescape options. This was a reflection on the quality of work shared by Longhouse--all three options were marketable, on point, and could easily have been selected so the decision making process for my larger board took longer than I thought it would. Longhouse was flexible through this process. The final delivery of the brand package included all the workshop components, design options, as well as all the final design assets as outlined and promised.

There are many things I find impressive or unique about this company especially with the staff who I have worked with, Lorena and Tim, and that is why I recommend them to people anytime I can. First of all not many companies have employees that will setup a time to meet with you after normal hours which needed to happen in our case as I was dealing with state reporting during the day and needed to meet after hours and the team had no issue with this. I also find it unique and impressive to have such a talented engineer, Tim, who is able to fulfill any needs I might have with regards to PowerSchool solutions. Tim has taught me a lot just through the virtual meetings and emails and has saved us a lot of time and made sure we are doing things in a state compliant manner. Anytime I hear from Lorena and Tim they ask how things are going and you can tell they care about their customers and would go the extra mile to ensure everything is correct.
