We shared a website with our industrial automation group. However, we wanted to create a website dedicated to robotics that showcased our work and was unique to us.

Baunfire designed and developed our website from scratch. We used Figma to create and discuss design templates. Baunfire also used Pastel to leave comments on the interface and WordPress for CMS. We integrated our download hub with Bynder, our new digital asset management system.

The decision to work with Baunfire was made before I joined Omron. From what I know, Omron conducted thorough research. Several service providers made it to the last round, but we chose Baunfire because of their designs, expertise, and communication. I believe we found Baunfire on Google.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen impressive results since launching the website. Our website visits have doubled in the first three weeks, and the engagement time has almost tripled to two minutes per user. We’ve also seen a 30% increase in contact form submissions and an 80% increase in organic search traffic. Four of our keywords now rank on the first page of Google. Customers and internal teams have commented on how much easier it is to find information on the site.

As for the quality of Baunfire's work, the mobile friendliness and the responsiveness of the site are amazing.

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

Baunfire delivered on time and within budget. We used Teamwork for project management. We also used Figma and Pastel for design. Baunfire set milestones, kept us on track, and adapted quickly whenever our needs changed. We used WPVIP for CMS, which was tricky in some instances, especially for security. However, Sam guided us through it and helped us get up to speed quickly.

This engagement began with a comprehensive Discovery phase, including client immersion sessions, stakeholder interviews, and a review of the brand mission, project goals, audience personas, and visual inspirations. Internal research supplemented these efforts through competitive analysis, evolving user needs, and industry best practices. A collaborative discovery workshop ensured alignment on service offerings, sales cycles, and the broader business landscape.

Following discovery, the team developed a targeted Brand and Content Strategy informed by audits, qualitative insights, and stakeholder input. A Visual Strategy was established through the creation and selection of mood boards and competitive design analysis. Two distinct Design Directions were developed to explore UI/UX elements, visual identity, and branding, with one selected to move forward into design sprints.

Site Architecture efforts included an evaluation of the sitemap and user journey, assignment of page layouts, identification of future URLs, development of global navigation elements, and preparation of necessary 301 redirects. Finally, a Content Blocking framework guided the overall content and imagery strategy across the site, ensuring a cohesive user experience and optimized content structure.

What we found most impressive was the company’s ability to blend creative vision with strategic thinking. They didn’t just execute a redesign—they understood our brand, industry, and goals, and translated that into a site that is both visually compelling and functionally effective. Their design expertise set them apart from other vendors we’ve worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Baunfire could have done differently?

While the overall experience was strong, there are a couple of areas where improvements could enhance future engagements. First, using a centralized communication platform (rather than relying solely on email) would have made it easier to share information, track progress, and streamline collaboration. Second, greater transparency around design-related costs—such as licensing for images, fonts, or other assets—would have been helpful earlier in the process. Providing a clear overview of potential add-on expenses at the outset would allow for better planning and alignment on budget expectations.

We had a website built by an offshore company that didn't represent us well. That first website was just to establish our brand and show that we existed, but it didn’t keep up with what we needed. We hired Baunfire to build a site that enhanced our brand digitally and served as a lead generation tool.

Baunfire designed and developed our website using Figma, and the backend architecture was done in WordPress. Initially, we had an introductory call to walk through our goals. Once we did that, Baunfire scoped the project, and we signed off on that scope. The next meeting was to introduce the team who would be working on the project. Another early meeting was around the project timeline, expected deliverables, roles, and responsibilities. Then, the work kicked off in milestones.

We started with a mood board and aligned on the site's vision and theme. Then, Baunfire got into the actual content development. There were several delivery stages, and Baunfire built a set of pages for each one.

We worked with a senior project manager, a director of marketing strategy, a senior designer, two developers, and a technology director. The technology director wasn’t involved the whole time; he helped get the site live and talked a little about security.

We found them through a Google search. I was looking for the top national web design companies. I clicked through several articles featuring service providers and looked at their portfolios. Baunfire’s portfolio of work most aligned with my vision, and the type of customers they had worked with also aligned with who we were.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching our new site, the time users spent on the site doubled, and the number of web forms increased by 50% compared to last month.

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered the work on time and within budget. They communicated very well using email, phone, Zoom calls, and project status documents to communicate all the milestones. The timeline was built using Google Sheets.

I can't think of anything Baunfire could improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Understand that you’ll be the owner of your site's content. You’ll have to craft stories, who you are, and your mission and values. It’s a fair amount of work, but it's an opportunity to rewrite or create new content. That is a large undertaking, and Baunfire went through and helped copywrite some of the content to be very customer-centric. You have to be prepared to think judiciously about crafting your stories.

I'm the senior web designer at the American Water Works Association. For this project, I took on more of the project management side of things.

What challenge were you trying to address with Baunfire?

We needed help with website design and development. We had done a UX study of the website with a different agency and learned that people couldn’t find our resources. We provide resources to our members, so our main goal was to create an intuitive UX where people could find what they were looking for.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Baunfire designed and developed our website. We started with a deep discovery process. We made a large call and provided tons of information that they had requested. They made sure they touched on all our points and understood all the different services we offered. We have many resources for different persona types, so they carefully considered that.

From there, they provided designs. From the first round, we chose the direction we wanted to go in. They designed using Figma, where they could hand over the files, and we could leave notes. We ended up using WordPress for the site's development.

We had a project manager who was our key contact, and we also worked with a designer who was our core person throughout the project. Since we needed additional design assistance, she was there. Baunfire also provided a content manager who assisted us with the site's written content, the head of development, and the development team.

How did you come to work with Baunfire?

We did a lot of due diligence on different agencies. We called at least 30 different ones and sent the RFP to about 15. Among the responses, we sought intuitive navigation and a beautiful mega menu. Finding design firms to show live examples of what we were looking for was challenging. Baunfire could show us live examples of what they had done for other clients. In the end, that was the reason we went with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $150,000 on the base project. We also contracted Baunfire for additional work, which was well beyond the scope.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed all the paperwork in September 2023 but kicked it off in December 2023. The project was completed in September 2024, so the whole project was less than a year.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

On the analytics side, these showed that people spent additional time on the site and were more engaged with it because there were more page views and sessions. We also saw a significant increase in mobile, with people spending more time on it. Additionally, on the people-first side, we had a bunch of different committees. When those committees met, we received feedback that they were floored by how the website was better.

Baunfire's development team was fantastic, and our creative team was impressed with the different options they provided.

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

They were highly responsive. Also, our website had a firm date by which it had to launch because we were launching in tandem with an AMS system, and they hit that deadline. If I ever asked our project manager for anything, she ensured it was delivered. She responded promptly to emails, but we also used Teamwork and did a lot through that, and if I needed her, I didn't have to place a task and wait for her. She was always there. Additionally, we worked with their head of development from beginning to end. He had a team underneath him that came through with additional requests we needed to launch.

The project took the entire year partially because we had so much work to populate pages, and we had over 500 pages and were getting the content. So, if it had been a site where Baunfire was doing all the work, it would have been faster.

What did you find most impressive about them?

From the beginning, you could tell they were very interested in being successful with our needs. They listened to us, and it was a great process. The development team came in at the end and scooped up some needed help. The project manager was on top of everything. Honestly, they were all so wonderful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'm usually very critical, but we had such a great experience. I can't find something Baunfire needs to work on. They have their stuff together.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust in their system. I'm not a very trusting person, but their system worked. Trust in their process.

I'm the marketing lead at an equipment and intralogistics company in the material handling space. We deal with everything within a warehouse, including forklifts and racking.

We were doing a complete overhaul of our website. We recently rebranded our company in 2023 from just selling equipment to intralogistics and full warehousing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Baunfire helped us complete the overhaul of our website. The team designed 3–4 different templates and mocked an e-commerce experience, which we didn't have before. The team integrated our new branding. Baunfire was also responsible for developing the site from the ground up using WordPress. I only provided the imagery and copy, and the team provided guidance.

Baunfire added animations to our intralogistics side and an overall organization to how we laid out our offerings and support. The team added new design and animation features.

I was in contact with 3–4 teammates, including Natalie (Senior Project Manager), a design manager, and a technical director. I'm sure there were more people behind the scenes during development.

We found Baunfire on Clutch. We interviewed different vendors and selected Baunfire because they had great reviews on Clutch. We also loved Baunfire's design style. The team was willing to work with us on the price point and had the capabilities we were looking for.

We worked with Baunfire from March–August 2024. The team has completed our site, and we're sticking with Baunfire for ongoing website support and maintenance. We're also exploring having Baunfire redo some of our other branded templates, including templates in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Looking at our Google Analytics and backend, we had a spike in views of 20% and about 15% more active users. We haven't even fully announced the website publicly yet, but it's already getting a bunch of traction. Additionally, thanks to our new e-commerce, users can browse our offerings much easier. Baunfire delivered on our expectations and more. 

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a little hiccup in our company because the teammate leading this project left, and I took over the project midway. Baunfire was wonderful in keeping me up to speed and ensuring we put in new asks and completed everything within the timeline. Baunfire responded well to our needs, stuck to the budget, and delivered work on time. We mainly communicated through email and hopped on several calls for design directions and syncs.

Natalie was my point of contact, and she was wonderful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Baunfire took the time to understand us as a business and our competition. The team set us apart in our industry in how they designed and laid out our site. Baunfire's organization helped me as a marketing professional in putting everything together, and I'll utilize how they organized tasks within our company because it was awesome. The process was easy, and Baunfire's price was more than fair based on what we asked from them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Baunfire could improve—they went above our expectations.

I suggest asking anything because Baunfire can probably make your dreams come true. Anything you can think of, the team can probably find a way to make it happen on your site. Lean into Baunfire's direction because they know how to compel a user within the flow of your site. Be open to the team's suggestions, and don't be afraid to ask for things you want.

What challenge were you trying to address with Baunfire?

We needed support to design and develop our new website, as well as additional support for copywriting, SEO, and other technical aspects. We wanted more flexibility in the site's design and the ability to edit and modify things on our side. We also wanted to use the site to generate more business leads for our sales team and establish ourselves as a thought leader by having rich and robust resources, including a blog, video guides, and other content.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Baunfire has used Figma for the UI/UX design, approvals, and feedback. The team has also used Webflow to build the site and Pastel as a QA tool, and we can leave comments and feedback on their pre-built website. In addition, Baunfire uses Google Slides to share presentations.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with many team members from Baunfire. Juan (Founder) first worked with us on scoping and contracting, and Jessica (Senior Project Manager) has guided all aspects of the project and communicated with us. We've also worked with a technology director on the technical aspects of our content and data and migrated things to our new site. Catherine (Creative Director) works on web design and has developed the initial concepts. 

Annping (Creative Director) is another design lead who has followed up on the site's design after we confirmed which direction we wanted to go. Nicole (Director, Marketing Strategy) has worked on content and getting the team aligned regarding copy and messaging. Robin (Content Strategist) also works on content from the SEO aspect, and more teammates work on the site's backend and QA, although I don't interact directly with them.

We found Baunfire several years ago, although I don't remember how. At the time, we interviewed the team to see if they would take on our website project, but our timeline was too short for them. We contacted Baunfire again for this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with Baunfire since February 2024, and the site is mostly completed. The team is releasing a few more pages next week, and considering the scope, the project should be mostly complete.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Baunfire is working through a few bugs and ensuring Google Analytics is tracking correctly. Our CMO had a defined vision of what she wanted, and Baunfire has met her expectations with the site's design rationale and strategy. The team reviewed our goals and branding and studied our previous work to deliver a logical extension of what we were already doing, pushing us forward. Baunfire has done a fantastic job, from research to strategy. 

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

Baunfire communicates very well with us. We've had several issues with our Webflow, and the team did their best to work with that. Baunfire has launched the site a little after our initial target, but we've worked around it together, and it's totally fine. The delay isn't Baunfire's fault, and they've worked around the clock to get everything done. Baunfire is incredibly hardworking, and I'm pleased with their communication and collaboration.

We collaborate via Google Docs, Google Slides, and Figma. We also communicate via Slack, which is helpful for getting quick answers from them or coordinating the content on our end. We also have weekly Zoom meetings and other meetings as needed. 
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Jessica has been instrumental in keeping work moving, keeping us in the loop, and pushing work ahead. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Baunfire has a quick turnaround time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The positive aspects outweigh the negatives. Some pieces of the project have been a bit difficult to understand, like how we were supposed to fill in the content. However, these issues have been caused by our condensed timeline, which has caused certain deliverables to overlap, and it's not really Baunfire's fault. The team has helped us navigate the project as best they could with the time we had. 

However, this isn't really negative feedback since I think this wouldn't have happened under regular circumstances.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I recommend ensuring you have ample time to build a website. A lot of people think building a site is easy. However, not only do you need to have enough time for Baunfire to get through their process, but you also need to allow yourself time to write content and source branded imagery the team will need from your end. Another task will involve your legal team to quality check the site's content and for your team to review the design.

If you have a medium to large-sized website, things can get pretty grueling. Allow yourself enough time to review every aspect of the site and ensure it's fully aligned with your brand and vision; this includes the copy and imagery. Building a site is a big and expensive project, and your site is a big marketing piece and the biggest hub you have for your information online, so it's important to get it right.

What challenge were you trying to address with Baunfire?

Our existing website was outdated and had been haphazardly designed over the years. We wanted to update the site, give it a more contemporary look, and showcase some of our firm’s services. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Baunfire redesigned our website. First, we met to discuss the changes to the site. Baunfire assigned a project manager to us, and they went page by page with me to discuss what we wanted and needed to change on the site. We discussed how to change the site’s home page and ancillary pages. 

The team updated and refreshed the pages’ written materials, pictures, and looks. Baunfire also created a rolling banner for the site. During this process, they offered us idea templates and mocked-up pages and page sections, sending 2–3 potential results, which we would approve. Then, Baunfire showed us what the site as a whole would look like to make some tweaks. 

Although Baunfire offered us web maintenance and hosting, we already had a provider we’d used for years for those services, so Baunfire reverted the new site to that provider to maintain it for us. 

Additionally, Baunfire provided us with sales and marketing materials. The team put together a PowerPoint presentation for sales and marketing and created one-sheet materials for meetings. The process to create these materials was the same as with the website; Baunfire presented us with options, and they made the requested changes back and forth until we had all the materials we needed.

I primarily worked with Natalie (Senior Project Manager), though I also saw the names of 3–4 Baunfire teammates involved in the project, including designers and writers.

We spent about $20,000 on the whole project, including the website design and marketing materials.

A company we were working with on a consulting project gave us Baunfire’s name. We called the team in December 2023 and let them know we wanted to refresh our site’s design. We wanted to understand what Baunfire could do for us and their vision for the site. I met with Juan (Founder) and really liked what he had to say about what our site’s changes would look like and why we needed to make them. Although we met with other companies, we ultimately decided to hire Baunfire for the project.

The project lasted from January–April 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Baunfire had a lot of great ideas about how to change the website. I gave Juan a vision of what I wanted to see, including examples of what I was looking for in a website, and he ensured that the Baunfire team understood that.

Juan understood I wasn’t a web designer and attorney but was open to his ideas. He and the Baunfire team embraced my requirements, gave me options that I really liked, and upgraded our site and the marketing materials. As a result, the site and marketing assets are better than they’ve been in the 20–30 years we’ve had such materials out there. 

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

The process involved me dealing directly with the project manager. We worked with Baunfire regularly, revising various options and making changes until they completed every piece of the site. 

We mostly communicated through email and Zoom meetings. Baunfire also provided us access to the test site they used to see the website as it was redesigned, including Baunfire’s proposed changes.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Natalie was amazing and patient. I’ve been an attorney for 30–40 years and had concrete ideas of what I wanted, down to comma and period placements. Natalie worked with me very meticulously to meet my requirements. 

When something was off, or we didn’t like the look of a proposal, Natalie was very quick to change that. Even after the project ended and I found some minutiae issues, Natalie and the team were wonderful in making the necessary changes. If anyone I know needed web design services, I would refer them to Baunfire, especially Natalie.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Baunfire’s great design ideas were a differentiator. The team was able to make the site look clean and original in a way that fit our company. Baunfire really listened to me and didn’t offer a cookie-cutter design that looked the same for another 20 clients. Therefore, they met my requirements while providing original ideas that I never would have considered and ended up loving. 

Additionally, Baunfire stayed on top of the project. I never felt things weren’t getting done or moving, which can happen with certain providers where work may slip through the cracks. Baunfire remained involved throughout the process and moved it along.

I also appreciated that Baunfire worked with me on the pricing. We’re not a humongous law firm, and Baunfire was very budget-sensitive and really made their pricing work for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they needed to improve. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Be clear in your ideas and wants before you go to Baunfire, have examples of what you want, and stay on top of the project manager and project. You don’t want the team to send an email asking for feedback and get back to them three weeks later. The project slows down when you do and speeds up when you do. 

I could have told Baunfire I didn’t know what I wanted, and they would have created something great. However, I had ideas of what I wanted and liked and could communicate that to the team at the start of the process rather than midway through or toward the end of the project. 

You want to be fair to the Baunfire team and communicate your wants. I told the team what I liked and didn’t, and the team was very keen and responded well to that. If you know what you want and have examples, you have a great starting point, and the project goes much faster.

What challenge were you trying to address with Baunfire?

A website is the face of a company, and we wanted to redesign ours to increase our ROI and sales and get as many demo requests as possible. We wanted the website to be the go-to place for any information users seek, whether on the customer, prospect, or the candidates our clients interact with. 

The goal was for every relevant party to get the information they needed without going through different teammates. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Baunfire helped us redesign and redevelop our WordPress website, aiming to optimize our biggest lead generation channel and platform. The team worked with our existing website, starting with a discovery phase to discuss our ideas and how to collaborate and formulate a plan. We let them know how many web pages we needed during this phase.

From there, we went into a design phase. Baunfire did wireframing and content blocking using Figma. We worked with the Baunfire team to ensure we had the correct animation and designs for each page; they used Vimeo for our video content. One of the goals was to make the website scalable and user-friendly for the future; we discussed the amount of templates we wanted and how we could apply them across the website. Baunfire also helped apply website accessibility, such as brightness level and font size. 

Baunfire added pages such as product and solution, which led to the demo page to make it easy for users to navigate the site if they want to speak to us. The Baunfire team also built an about us page, a career page, a contact page, and resource pages to show what we do and position us as thought leaders. Baunfire added header navigation with the site’s topics and a login page for users to access the customer portal.

After the design phase, we wrote the copy, and Baunfire put it into the website template. Based on that, the team created a few iterations. Then, Baunfire did QA work and then put the website into production.

We worked with two Baunfire teams; one maintained our existing website, and the other built the redesigned website. I worked a lot with Ralph (Creative Director), Jessica (Senior Project Manager), and Juan (Founder). Additionally, we worked with a Baunfire teammate who was in charge of the site content, a developer, and a few other team members I only interacted with around twice. 

How did you come to work with Baunfire?

We found them through a referral by our senior director of marketing, who had worked with Baunfire at her previous company.

We worked together from June–November 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Baunfire’s work on the site, we had an increase in demo requests, which is huge for us. The team was highly professional, flexible, and accommodating to the stakeholders, waiting for feedback when needed. Overall, Baunfire did the best work possible with the timeline we had. 

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within budget and communicated well. Jessica was an all-star; she was really good at her job, and I’m thankful she got assigned to our project. 

For communication, we used weekly Zoom calls, frequent Slack messages, and Gmail with Baunfire. Additionally, we used Google Sheets and Google Docs to comment on specific sections of the project, such as the wireframes. We used Pastel to give them feedback once the site was in QA. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

While others could have done the job, Baunfire stood out for how they communicated. Moreover, their personalities meshed well with ours, so working with the Baunfire team was a joy — there weren’t significant frictions. I’ve worked on other design projects, and this project with Baunfire was the smoothest process I’ve had. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would have loved to have gotten more insight into SEO and how to improve our copy. However, I should have brought it up since the start, so I don’t consider it a significant issue on Baunfire’s part. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Build your own timeline, and don’t rely so much on Baunfire’s. While the team can create a timeline for you, knowing exactly what you want is good. 

With any project, if you don’t have clarity about your requirements, you could go around in circles with our stakeholders. If you come into the project knowing what you want and ensuring your team is prepared, you’ll be good to go. Having Baunfire as a partner will also help you be successful.

We hired Baunfire to help us redesign and redevelop our corporate website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had an introductory call, after which they provided us with a quote and a project scope. Then, we went through several project phases, including discovery, content mapping, page design, and website development. These phases took a total of nine months to complete.

As for the technology stack, Baunfire built our website on Drupal. Among our website’s new features, Baunfire implemented a before-and-after comparison view of our projects. They also added a lot of interactive features for users.

What is the team composition?

We interacted with three teammates from Baunfire from a project management standpoint. However, I don’t know how many teammates were involved from the development side.

I’m the marketing director for RightRev, a B2B accounting software startup. We automate revenue recognition processes for corporate accountants.

What challenge were you trying to address with Baunfire?

As a startup, we didn’t have many resources and had a marketing team of one: me. As a result, it was difficult to do many things. Our CEO had built a website with a third party, and it was already launched when I came on board. For the longest time, I wanted to upgrade the website’s look and feel alongside its backend functionality. Everything was custom code, which was my biggest pain point since I had limited technical skills. 

It was critical for me to have a dynamic website where I could go in and make content changes easily. Given that, we enlisted Baunfire’s website services. This included everything from site architecture, design, and wireframing to development and testing. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially gave Baunfire a copy of our existing brand guidelines. We had a thorough discovery process where we discussed what I wanted to get out of the website and what considered to be a successful project. I also told them what I thought our customers needed in a website. 

Our customers were accountants, so they dealt with numbers every day. They dealt with straight lines, Microsoft Excel files, columns, rows, and headers. With those things in mind, we wanted the website to feel like an extension of their day-to-day work. 

Once we moved on to the design phase, we talked about content and development and had weekly calls with Jess (Senior Project Manager). From there, they worked on developing the website. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly worked with Jess; 100% of my communications were funneled through her. She relayed our conversations to her backend team, designers, and developers. Their creative director and a designer were in our discovery calls, too. I had little communication with the developers except when I wanted to address an issue and had to send screenshots to them. 

How did you come to work with Baunfire?

Baunfire was recommended to us. One of our investors had a resource portal, which they used to share resources among the companies in their portfolio. I did some research within that portal on web design teams that our sister companies had used. 

I reached out to a number of them and had discussions and scoping calls with five teams — Baunfire was one of them. They weren’t the most or least expensive, but I felt the most comfortable moving forward with them after our conversation. 

How much have you invested with them?

Our investment was around $45,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement lasted from June 2023–October 2023. We launched the first phase of the website in September 2023 and the second phase in October 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Baunfire 100% met our expectations. Our goals were to elevate the look and feel of the website and have more backend flexibility, and they did a great job with those. They ensured we had custom blocks on the backend that I could easily drag and drop as I needed. As a result, every time I needed to create or edit a new page, I could do so without needing technical help or doing custom coding. I was able to make the changes I needed. 

How did Baunfire perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was great. Nothing went out of scope, and everything was managed properly even before we rolled up our sleeves and started developing the website. Everything was overwhelmingly seamless. 

I’d done similar projects before — including ones where I was the project manager — and I could tell that Baunfire had lots of experience doing this. They had ready-to-go templates for me to fill out, and we reviewed everything together. Even the software and tools they used for me to provide feedback were great. They utilized Figma well, and it was an awesome experience for me. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Jess did an excellent job managing customer expectations and communicating them to her internal team. She made sure that timelines were communicated upfront and followed through to a tee. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. Every step of the process met my expectations; they did a truly great job throughout. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Bring a few of your ideas to the table, and come to the project knowing exactly what you want to get out of it. You can have discussions with other stakeholders that might need to use the website. 

For instance, your HR department might need your website for posting job openings. Customer success teams need the website to provide documentation or resources for customers. Have conversations with them ahead of time. This way, there’ll be no surprises. It’s a great practice for any website redesign project.
