Simpalm first tackled our website’s front-end redesign, using our previous design as a reference but ultimately creating something fresh and intuitive. They streamlined navigation, refined our visuals, and ensured everything worked seamlessly on mobile. Beyond that, they helped redesign our marketing assets, things like email templates, social media graphics, and even some educational materials for our customers. They used tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to bring it all together.

At first, we worked with Simpalm to map out the core features of the app, things like subscription payments, credit tracking, and integration with banking services. Once they built out the basics, we took a step back, looked at what competitors were doing, and realized we needed more advanced features to really stand out. So we asked Simpalm to add automated notifications, personalized credit insights, and an in-app chat for customer support. They also made sure everything synced properly with our backend systems and third-party financial tools.

The app launch went smoothly, and our users loved the clean design and ease of use. Engagement shot up, and we saw more customers completing their payments on time. Plus, the new features helped us provide better customer support and real-time updates, which led to fewer questions and complaints.

I run two companies in staffing and M&A, and needed a company to develop our website. Simpalm was referred by one of my friends. They built our website in around 2 months using Wordpress. We provided them with the brading and the content and Simpalm team did the page design and development.

They showed us how to edit the content using admin panel. I am very happy with them, their team was very good and running the project and getting approval from us on deliverables. Our website is live and hosted on Godaddy. We plan to make more updates.

Simpalm built this website in WordPress for us. We provided them with information about what pages we needed, and Simpalm created the designs in around 3 weeks. We loved their work and team. After design, they took around 5 more weeks to develop and deploy the website. Their team was very communicative and professional.

We used to speak on the phone once a week to get project updates from the extremely experienced PM they assigned. We were able to interact via project management tools, email, and phone calls, and all milestones and project tasks were uploaded to the JIRA. They were able to offer excellent input during the design phase, and several of their recommended features were included in the app. 

On the online application, they conducted unit and functional testing. They had already created the test cases, so all we had to do was UAT. Their crew was excellent. They completed the project on schedule.

We were using agile methodology for the project. We were assigned a PM, who was managing the design and development team. We had weekly catchup calls and were using basecamp for project management. Initially they worked on the design of the app, they delivered clickable wireframes, which were approved by our team. 

They completed the project in around 6 months. In the development phase, we used to get the tested built for final acceptance. We went a little bit above the budget, that was due to us adding some requirements. They also published our apps in the app store.

I am launching a digital startup in the fitness industry. It helps fitness freaks to connect with the coaches and gyms who can meet their specific routines and requirements. It also helps gyms and coaches to build a loyal clientele. We looked for a local company in Chicago and found their presentation and proposal very good to decided to work with them. 

One of our clients had a requirement to build a native mobile app and we did not have an internal team for this project. We were looking to hire a reliable team to meet our client’s requirements. We decided to hire Simpalm because they had a very good experience with a strong background in building native mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms. We provided them with our requirement specifications. 

Simpalm’s team of project managers, developers, and testers worked on the project and provided weekly updates on the progress. They finished native iOS and Android app development, app designing, and backend development and delivered the project under our budget in around 6 months time. We are satisfied with Simpalm’s work and we will hire them for the maintenance.
