The team at Digital Nomads worked with us to create a beautiful bespoke website for our small family business that we can manage parts of ourselves when needed. They advise best practices and listened to all our ideas. We spent considerable time editing and trialing different things until we were happy with the final result and we appreciated their patience while I worked through it all. It's a rather big and daunting job for a small family business to make time for this and their patience and understanding was invaluable.

Digital Nomads researched our competitors and did a brilliant job of understanding the trade industry we're in to help produce professional copy that was relevant to us personally but the industry as a whole. They educated us on best practices, created galleries just as we wanted them and made little unique tweaks to help us convey our message authentically. Digital Nomads took the time to get our branding just right or create images/graphics for us to use for the website.

They've been very helpful in answering questions after launching the website and have promptly actioned any minor hiccups we've found along the way. We have since had countless compliments on our website, even from long term trade professionals who've seen many cabinet makers websites. Everyone loves how it looks, feels and conveys our message. It's pretty simple to use and we appreciate the effort taken to make the both PC & Mobile versions. I believe there's more work we can do to rank better in Google searches and obtain more leads through the enquiry form etc, but we will work on these in the future.

For now we are getting plenty of phone call and email leads (from those who've seen our website), we've also picked up bigger clients/builders now that we actually have a website. We take pride in directing our potential clients to our page and using the image gallery often to help explain design options to existing clients. Our goals were to create a website that focuses heavily on lead generation whilst also creating trust, credibility and making it an easy to use customer experience for our users. Also, the website needed to be SEO friendly.

We searched online and noticed they had a full scale team that looked professional but fun to be around. Their website images gave insight into the company culture and the owner looked like she cared. Also, their 5 star reviews helped.

After an initial meeting with the owner Jodi and Manager Ben we decided on what needed to be done to boost our online presence and start to dominate search results. With this in mind we had their Google Ads specialist create an ads campaign that performed well above my expectations whilst Hayden got to work on creating the new site.

The site was to be built in a dynamic way with movement on the page, polished finishes and with the goal of lead capture. Hayden went above and beyond to understand our needs and created a world class website that makes our competitors site look like a school project from a year 6 student.

We initially worked with Ben to make edits to our old site whilst our new site was being built. We then worked with Jacob on the Google Ads and Hayden on the web development. We're now working with Anna on our SEO campaign.

The outcomes from our ads campaign were truly tremendous. Jacob worked hard to get us CPC at $6-7 whilst CTR was an astonishing 12%! We had to turn the campaign off as we had too much work to handle. In terms of the website, we're seeing great conversions and fantastic feedback from customers. In fact, a lot of customers keep asking me "who built your site?" so I've practically become a spokesperson for Digital Nomads here on the Sunshine Coast.

The team always delivered on what they said they would when they would. They're always happy to have a sit down meeting as me and my wife are very much face to face people. They were always happy to answer any queries via phone or email.

Digital Nomads’ project management is amazing. They always deliver before deadlines, and they let me know whenever they face any issues or delays. We have monthly meetings with Digital Nomads to discuss the month ahead, our plans, and what worked well for us the month before. Digital Nomads HQ is amazing at what they do — they deliver great results. I’ve gotten a lot of bookings because of their work; new customers usually find us through Google searches. For the keywords I’m prioritizing, we’re ranking within the top two. 

I love working with them because I don’t have to be heavily involved in their work. I don’t have to provide much input, which is nice because I’m busy with other work.

Digital Nomads HQ is self-directed, so they don’t require a lot of input from me to deliver good work. They track their successes and ensure their monthly reports are very thorough. 

Outside their progress report, we communicate through email. Their team responds and turns around my change requests quickly. They explain everything clearly, making that I can still understand what they’re saying as a non-technical person. Not these guys , they were about me achieving my goals successfully. They provided the space to make this happen. We use a large number of third party plugins and we needed to troubleshoot and resolve a number of conflicts with these plugins. We also carried out a strategic review of the site's design to improve it's SEO.
