We had a difficult time leaving our old web site that was falling apart.  Rootless was patient and encouraging and the end result was a much more dynamic site that we are very pleased with.

We needed to address a younger demographic even in our construction related world and we are getting calls from new companies ,  small and rural companies ,  companies who have that comfort level to call us.  We feel more approachable.

Again,  Rootless was encouraging and finally pulled it all out of us to get to the finish line.  We were the difficult and sometimes slow customer but they never made us feel that way,  Their attitude was that it was just going to be better results in the end.

Can't think of one thing.   We moved our hosting over to them,  We are having them so print jobs as they have the experience and connections.  It has and continues to be a great experience and we expect long lasting.

This project was completed beyond what I expected! It is set up in such a perfect way for me and they were so easy to work with. It was great being able to walk through my ideas and know that they were thought through and implemented in a way that works so well from a UX perspective and also back end for me.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was provided with an initial plan of action with different objectives identified for completion of the project.  We used Figma to communicate edits to the website, which were then incorporated almost immediately.  The project took longer than necessary because I was slow to provide the needed materials to progress.  Xhulio was very good at encouraging me to get him the needed material, without nagging me.

What I found most impressive and unique about Rootless Agency is their ability to blend bold creativity with a deep understanding of brand identity. Their work didn't just follow trends; it felt intentional, strategic, and distinctly original. They have a fearless, boundary,pushing aesthetic, but it’s always grounded in purpose. I also admire how they champion a nomadic, global mindset, which adds an edge of cultural relevance and adaptability that’s rare in most creative agencies today.

Our only measure of success is having something tangible that people can refer to and see what the company is about. The quality of Rootless Agency's work has met our expectations.

The key aspect of Rootless Agency's performance is their professionalism; their communication is consistent, and the delivery is timely. We communicate via phone calls, emails, and Zoom calls.

Rootless designed my website, logo, and branding for a recently launched consulting firm. They were excellent- every deadline was met, the quality of work was above average, and the team was fantastic to work with. 

I approached them with a vague idea of what I wanted Humanalyze Consulting's brand identity and website to look like - and they turned it into exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciated their flexibility and willingness to provide marketing and client advice. As a first time business owner, they not only helped with my branding, but provided me with confidence and insights from their POV as small business owners. 

It was truly white-glove service with an incredible result.

Rootless Agency provided graphic design templates and a logo for my brand. I provided them with documentation and a draft of what I wanted, and they sent a proposal and some sketches. They eventually created several designs.

I’m the owner of Link Solutions Painting, a company that provides residential and commercial painting services.

We wanted to build more brand awareness and get a better reputation in the marketplace. So, the challenge was showcasing that through a nice website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rootless Agency has helped us with website design and development. It's worth noting that they have created the website from scratch using WordPress. Moreover, they’ve also helped us with blog posting, SEO, and branding. A lot of our digital strategy came from them. Besides, they have crafted our slogan. The team has also created a video of our company introducing our owners.

Initially, there was an information-building phase. We started by giving them content information. They asked about our company and took video footage for the website. After they gathered enough information and footage, they got to work.

It has taken them a couple of months to deliver the website. We have gone through it to ensure we are 100% satisfied and have made a few changes here and there. They have helped us with color choices for the website. In fact, they have delivered a color palette that enhances our site's UX.

Rootless Agency has also helped us with the blog section. They’ve taught me how to update blogs every week for better SEO. Not to mention, they have worked on SEO and hosting as well. They’ve helped me with Google's typical keywords.

A friend who used to work for a roofing company recommended Rootless Agency, so I set up a couple of in-person meetings. During these initial interviews, Rootless Agency gauged our vision and proved they could connect with it. Overall, I liked what they had to say, so we started working with them.

We’ve spent $15,000. Plus, we pay a monthly fee of $150 for their basic web maintenance plan.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2023, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We really like the website Rootless Agency has delivered. It hasn't crashed or experienced any bugs so far. Furthermore, it has helped us gain more legitimacy. Now, people see a legitimate company when they go to our website, and we can proudly share our profile. The slogan the team has created also makes 100% sense.

We’ve had many commercial companies and residential people visit the site. I’m satisfied with the design and everything the team has done.

How did Rootless Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. We have no complaints about meeting deadlines or staying on budget. We typically text or email them. Since we don't manage a high volume of work, we don't use any project management tools. As a result, we organize everything within ourselves. They're always there if I need any adjustments or have any questions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The personalization Rootless Agency provides is impressive. It has all worked out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not aware of anything they can improve on. They’ve done an overall great job.

Come with your ideas. You can bounce your ideas off the Rootless Agency team. You can brainstorm what you’re looking for, and they can help out with your vision.
