We haven’t had any problems with their recommendations in terms of service partners, printers and so on. I can’t say enough about Concentric Design, and a part of this is because they’re so small, and can be responsive. In terms of project management, they’ve handled the shifting of files over to our printer, delivered follow-ups on tracking numbers, and there were no missteps at all.
