They really listen to what their clients have to say and create a product that reflects those conversations. Additionally, they are very competitive financially. As an NYC-based company, there are hundreds of local web developers, but they tend to be expensive. Though Proof is based in Nashville, the team is extremely willing to travel. Their services are much more affordable for a nonprofit of our size, and we still get the same attentive and dedicated customer service.

They brought their own ideas to the table and really expanded our thinking in terms of what was possible. For example, we don't take any reservations at the Barlow with the telephone. Everything has to be done online through our secured servers. So, we're able to monetize our cost savings for staff and personnel. So, clearly, they bring a personal point of view and a personal touch to each project that they're doing. That allows them to capture the nature and essence of the property and convey that to people who aren't necessarily familiar with the properties. That's what marketing's all about.
