Rule29 hit every deliverable on time and then some. Due to critical company M&A activity, Rule29 was asked to move forward their website deliverables almost a full 3 months earlier than originally scoped, and had 3 months to deliver. We launched on time for the new deadline and provided invaluable support to our company and the board at a critical juncture. Rule29 has flexed to meet our needs throughout the process. We began with Monthly meetings and lots of email communication; we then moved to weekly working meetings. In the weeks leading up to the website launch, we were working online 'shoulder-to-shoulder' on a daily basis.

Whether they’re working on a fundraising mailer, gala materials, a website update, or a permanent exhibit inside the lighthouse, their work always feels cohesive and true to our organization. They’re also unusually hands-on. They do more than simply produce a design and hand it off. They help us think through how information should be presented, work through revisions with us, coordinate with third-party printers and vendors, and help move projects through to completion. For a small, all-volunteer nonprofit, that level of flexibility and follow-through has been especially valuable. Over time, they’ve come to understand our organization well enough that they can often anticipate what we’re trying to accomplish and help us get there more efficiently.

Their presentations where they display the final results are well done. Unlike a lot of firms, they show fully fleshed out presentations, rather than spending time on presenting revisions. They show everything you’ll need to as a company in a practical application. For example, they incorporated gaming elements and convention banners to show how the new brand translates. Within the first time you see their work you get a great picture of their work and it’s something unique that I’ve never seen any other branding firm do. They typically hit the mark on the head the first time.
