Working with Lina and her team on the visual identity for Jules Stories has been one of the most rewarding creative collaborations I’ve had. From the very beginning, Lina brought warmth, intelligence, and intuition to the process, understanding not just what we wanted to create, but why.

Scope of work included:

• A full brand discovery and positioning process , helping define Jules' personality, values, and tone of voice
• Design of the logo and visual identity (including colour palette, typography, and design principles)
• Creation of a detailed brand guidelines document
• Development of custom illustrations and iconography to bring the world of Jules to life
• Direction and design for social media templates and website design assets
• Creative input and visual guidance on packaging, product renderings, and launch materials
  Lina was not only creatively brilliant but also highly organised and flexible, always open to feedback, fast to iterate, and deeply thoughtful in her approach. She helped us distil something that felt complex and emotional into a clear, beautiful, and joyful identity that speaks to both children and parents.

They designed assets for our website, social media, and digital and physical products and packaging. Lina and her team also illustrated our book and led our product photography for our e-commerce site mondays.com.

Our branding helped us get press, reach over 15k followers, and build an email list with thousands of subscribers and hundreds of individual customers and corporate clients.

Onlychild built the full visual design of our public website, and then has led the design of multiple iterations since it's initial launch. They also designed our annual report, our debit card and associated mailer, and multiple versions of fillable forms we use in day to day operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We consistently get in-bound praise from customers and other stakeholders alike, celebrating the beauty and function of the various assets Onlychild built or touched. We've been happy with conversion performance (efficiency of new accounts being opened) since the launch of the site. 

Qualitative research found that our debit card design was one of the most differentiated elements of our overall customer experience. And our annual report continues to be the best all-in-one articulation we have of who we are and how we think about impact.

They are hyperresponsive and very timely. Took a little bit to build trust that Onlychild could work autonomously and still be held accountable to timelines, but since day 1, they have delivered.

Lina is a very gifted creative. It is not difficult to find designers who replicate or mimic other peoples' brands or visual identities; much harder in my opinion to find a true creative who can take in stimuli, process them, and then generate something original and new. Lina is one of those people.

We've been very satisfied with Onlychild, and plan to continue using their services going forward.
