I love that it's a woman-owned company and is led by strong women across the business, from account management to creative. I feel the difference in passion and communication style, which is welcome in an industry that may have many womxn involved in the business, but not at the top levels of management. Beyond the management, the work truly is exceptional.

Revel worked with us to relaunch the new packaging for our iconic Fetzer brand with a new website. The creative was entirely different to anything that had been executed for the brand, as was the target demographic. Importantly, Revel project managed the entire initiative, working with the developer and our internal team to keep the project on a tight deadline. 

The team took great care to ensure they understood our brief and objectives; this was clearly evident in the final deliverable which was exactly what we were hoping for. The website was widely regarded as the best of the entire portfolio. Revel set the standard for our work with agencies. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and delivered outstanding results.

I loved that they challenged ways of thinking/approach to be absolutely certain that we ended up with the best possible website for a new demographic to the brand. UX was at the heart of their work. They truly understood the new branding and enhanced deliverables from copy to photography at the highest level of professionalism.

The project started fairly small, but quickly morphed into a bigger initiative as we were so impressed with Revel’s work. Seamlessly Revel morphed from a design agency I hired for seasonal campaigns to my agency of record for the brand. Below I am referencing the initial campaigns project. The first project was to create three separate and seasonal campaigns to promote and elevate the brand online and at retail. 

Deliverables included digital content (to include social), digital ads, ad strategy, and five printed point of sale pieces per campaign (2 for on premise application and three for retail). Revel also delivered comprehensive sales sheets and ppt slides to educate my internal Sales team about the campaigns.

The initial year that Revel and I worked on the brand together we more than doubled our sales growth.

Project management was one of Revel’s many strong suits. I was fairly new to the brand as well, and pulled in many directions. Revel made a point to schedule regular checkin meetings to update me of their process and any timeline changes. All deliverables were produced before deadline.

The most impressive and unique thing about Revel is their uncanny ability to integrate, and become a seamless extension of your team. They find your brand's authentic and exciting pieces and expertly weave it into something tangible and visually stunning. They took pride and ownership of their work and thought through the strategy at every campaign or project touch point.

Revel provided design and development of our Brand Guidelines as we grew and scaled our business. They were an amazing parter to manage our brand, design and manage our Annual Reports, customer videos and storytelling, advertisements, and more. They raised the bar to the professional look for all of our publications, as well as designing our new website from the ground up. We won awards and were well known for our brand style and beauty. They provided marketing and digital strategy and were a key partner to help us achieve and reach business goals.
