From a project management perspective, I think they’ve done really well. We took a risk with Shopify, because there’s not a lot of enterprise sites built on that platform. To that end, for them to create what they did required a lot creativity and custom code that we weren’t expecting. They were able to write custom code and make the site work the way we wanted it to work. The price we paid them was fixed bid, and they didn’t once ask for more even though they had to write a lot of unexpected custom code. So, I really respect them for that.

I think it’s what I wanted. When I compare them by prices, it’s always been fair and, more than that, they’re just easy to do business with. I’m so busy with the construction and so many aspects of opening my new business, and dealing with these guys is exceptionally easy. From a project management perspective, that’s also been fantastic.

Dotlogics wasn't pushing me, but they followed up when they didn't hear back from me, which is important. All team members are constantly engaged. Dotlogics' main difference is that they stay with us until we're satisfied with the result without charging more money. Dotlogics goes above and beyond, and you need to communicate all your wishes and requirements because they know how to work with them.

In some companies, there's a lot of overhead, many opinions, and bureaucracy. I would try not to bring ANML, INC into that because it becomes a waste of time. Moreover, those processes are not about them, and they're able to execute well and work with key team members to great results — that's where I've seen them shine. They're incredibly patient and will participate in process-related interactions, but my recommendation would be for senior leaders to let ANML, INC do their thing. Trust that they'll do great work.

I decided to read through it really quickly and came to find that they had put together a shopping guide, knowing everyone is doing their shopping online and showcasing client’s offerings around the holidays. They grabbed the artwork, and they didn’t even bother me about telling them about it so they could promote it. They just took the initiative, and they did it.
