We always had set deadlines, and there was constant communication back and forth between MatTek and 3 Media Web. No one was ever left hanging by them, so that was great. When it really became crunch time, Mark, and my boss, and I were on the phone together until like 3 o'clock in the morning. We wanted to meet a particular deadline and they did everything that they had to do to make that happen, to make sure that everything was working properly and was bench-tested before it went live. I really appreciated kind of that sacrifice of an entire night's sleep to help us make that happen, they were great.

That lets me know that he heard what I said and that he’ll act on it. Their team doesn’t put pressure on me, which I appreciate. They want to get the project done the way I want it. They’re a can-do type of team. I talked to other agencies that planned to set it up and then I would fill it in. I would’ve had to do way more than I had to do for Chris. Another agency wanted to start from scratch and didn’t want to work with WordPress. If I ask Chris for something, he makes it happen. They’re friendly and listen to what I have to say.

I would describe the workflow as efficient yet flexible. We had an excellent and spirited project manager who delegated responsibilities through Asana and made sure everyone stayed on topic and deadline and had their opinions heard. The UX specialist on our team was also very affable and reassuring when it came to mapping out the migration process from the old and getting us set up with Google Analytics. We are also grateful to Social Driver’s design team for entertain several iterations of a design concept to better hit the brief. They worked effectively as a team, kept the mood upbeat, participatory, and always demonstrated that they had listened to or incorporated our feedback even as they nudged us towards better alternatives.
