Instead, he proposed we use a more modern color palette and came back with a few ideas of his own. He integrated some of our ideas but was able to improve on them. Dotlogics cares greatly about our satisfaction with their work and has held my hand throughout the process. We've gone through five iterations of our homepage design until landing on the perfect layout that caught our eye. The team has presented us with options via email, and we have discussions over the phone as per my preference. Dotlogics tends to my communication preferences. Dotlogics wasn't pushing me, but they followed up when they didn't hear back from me, which is important. Dotlogics' main difference is that they stay with us until we're satisfied with the result without charging more money. The team is on top of work, and if you don't sound completely convinced about something, they'll look into other options. Dotlogics goes above and beyond, and you need to communicate all your wishes and requirements because they know how to work with them.

Besides their service, I was impressed with the range of experts on the team. Whenever we had questions, whether technical or creative, they brought in someone knowledgeable to help us troubleshoot. There was truly nothing they could not do. I also appreciated that Elevation works exclusively with nonprofits, so they understand our ecosystems and constraints. And they are so reasonably priced. We would not have been able to re-do our website without them. Other firms were quoting us twice as much...but the product we got from Elevation did not skimp on quality.

Whenever something comes up, they’re always very responsive in getting back to us with solutions right away, and they are always willing to answer questions that we have as well. The only thing I wish they could do is respond to us outside of working hours, but as a manager trying to keep a consistent schedule for his team as well that’s not something I can fault them for.
