My primary liaison is Francis R., who is excellent. I have also worked with design specialists, programmers, and various other people who have exceeded my expectations.

My phone calls have greatly increased, and I also get client contacts via my web portal.

Excellent. I talk with Francis monthly, and we also communicate via email regularly. He is quick to respond, and quick to create new material when requested.

They do it all for me, and they do it well. I feel like they take a real interest in my company, and I appreciate all they do for me.

Not that I have seen.

The team meets the deadlines, is very professional, and communicates promptly with each other and clients. They use Google Drive to share content between the clients and themselves.

They trained us at the end of website development to keep the website up-to-date according to our needs.

They were on point for all the things. I would have appreciated a report at the end of the term to disclose the hours left for development. Regardless, they are very transparent and solution-focused.

Only thing would be to double check their writing before sending to the client or posting to social. A few errors were made that I caught but they were happy and willing to fix quickly. So it was all fine in the end.
