I was already in the market for individuals who can help with content creation and creativity for our content when I came across Outliant. It is very easy to work with Outliant's team instead of trying to deal with several different individuals.

I have been working with Outliant now for 8-9 months, and I am now able to send raw footage to the lead-editor with a small description of the "feel" or the "vibe" that I would like to portray within the project. They have grown to know the exact style that I am looking for, so minimal corrections are needed after they've completed their work. It is very convenient to have the lead-editor as a main point of contact. The lead-editor then communicates directly with the rest of his team on my behalf. This saves me a lot of time throughout my day to work on other important tasks.

I communicate with the lead editor and he is able to communicate with the rest of the team. Videos are uploaded to a website called Frame, where it is very easy to leave timestamped comments and suggestions. They are very good at receiving feedback and correcting anything in a timely manner.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ignite Visibility, and what were your goals?
We have been trying to launch a redesign of key pages on our site and met with a mystery of why the new pages caused a downturn in subscriptions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have used Ignite before for PPC, SEO and email marketing all with very good results, so it was not even a question when they announced a CRO dept. for use.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Our consultant meets with us bi-weekly and always has abundant ideas, each of them practical, buildable and definitely an improvement for us. A recent one looks to improve our CVR by a notable percentage. These usually deal with tweaks to color, text and design of elements on our product pages and sign up pages. It includes A/B testing of the new designs.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We are currently working chiefly with one consultant with a second one sitting in on our meetings. He is head of the CRO dept. He consults regularly and easily with our PPC manager for synergy between those departments.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Early testing shows the most recent improvement to our main call to action button is increasing our subscriptions by 9%. We are currently in A/B testing for a redesign of our 2 sign up pages. While the test has run, there has been no drop in sign ups; we are still measuring for increases.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our consultant is readily available and communication is very fluid. Designs are sent back and forth with ease. We meet via Zoom and email designs.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Ignite hires top quality experts in each department. The CRO consultant we work with is very experienced and rolled in with numerous and insightful recommendations. Ignite's consultations are always rich.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They had an overall account manager for us about a year ago who was very good at listening to our needs and could hep us coordinate synergies between the various departments with whom we consulted. Their presence seems to have receded this year.

We wanted to have a greater presence in social media, and we wanted to give the job to a team of experts so that we could expand our reach across various social media platforms.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We looked at our target engagements, and Ignite Visibility also showed us the impressions, traffic, and conversions we were getting. Although we definitely saw an improvement when we worked with them, we determined that our company and products weren’t really applicable to large social media conversions.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
They had a good project management process, and they took a lot of initiative during our engagement. In addition, they responded well with feedback. They chose Jira as a project management tool at first, but we opted to use Google Sheets instead. We worked cooperatively across Google Sheets because it was the most accessible tool for us. Then, we communicated over email and phone, and we had weekly calls with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They demonstrated a wonderful can-do attitude. Above all, they listened very well, and they were very knowledgeable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. Nothing really stood out as areas they could improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ignite Visibility is a wonderful team and if I have my own enterprise, I’ll consider them for my marketing solution.

Our main challenge was scalability. We needed an outsourced company to scale our digital marketing capabilities while still growing.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Ignite Visibility helps us with content and website development. Initially, they did an in-depth review of our website. They came to the table with a specific analysis of what we could improve, including the reasoning behind it, which was great. Also, we went over the content guidelines that they needed to follow and our aligned goals to ensure everything they did would work towards those goals.
Additionally, they’ve analyzed our PPC strategies to put us on the right path, and we’ve made some positive changes.

We have around 4–5 people on our team, including an account manager and social media specialist.

We initially engaged in a conversation with one of their sales representatives. Then, we had three conversations. The first one was a discovery call; the second was a more in-depth discussion to understand our goals and what we wanted to achieve. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we began with them, our domain authority has increased four points; we went from 32 to 36. We’ve had 39 business listings published, eight link-building placements, and three organic links. Moreover, we save around 10–13 hours each week, which is incredibly helpful for scalability. Our sessions from all of our traffic have also increased by 21% and new users by 37% every month.
How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is fantastic. They use Monday to break out the different facets of their work; they have assignments there. During the first five months, we had a weekly meeting. We’ve now switched to bi-monthly meetings because we feel the communication is strong enough.
We usually use the Monday platform to communicate. It’s nice because everything is documented, and we can always go back if we need to reference something. We also do Zoom meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They show tangible results. It’s a fantastic relationship. We’ve worked with outsourcing companies on numerous occasions; they always talk about what they’re doing, but we never see the results. With Ignite Visibility, we get a monthly report to go over every PR and social media facet. On top of that, we get a quarterly business review.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, there isn't anything. We had a couple of issues in the past; we didn’t love the direction they were taking on social media. However, the team was open to our feedback, and they wanted to ensure they were representing the brand as best as possible. They took our criticism and course-corrected the path.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Keep the lines of communication open, and make sure you’re well-spoken about your brand and goals. The more you strategize together, the better the relationship will be.
