We explained to the team that our site's main goal is to help our company look more professional to prospective clients and competitors. We required our site to list our work and accomplishments in a polished way.
Dotlogics provided five different design options and guided us through each of the project's steps. After we chose the design we liked, Dotlogics created the framework and helped us define the number of pages our site required. The team has designed each webpage and defined the site's language. Dotlogics has completed our website and will continue to provide maintenance services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Dotlogics has taken the time to try different designs, ensuring we were satisfied with the final work. The team has created a great design that we love and launched a website, resulting in an uptick in views. Dotlogics cares greatly about our satisfaction with their work and has held my hand throughout the process.
We've gone through five iterations of our homepage design until landing on the perfect layout that caught our eye. Dotlogics has explained the important aspects of web design to grab users' eyes and drive people in, demonstrating their expertise since our site has met expectations.
How did Dotlogics perform from a project management standpoint?
Initially, we had Zoom meetings with Dotlogics' team to brainstorm ideas and gather information. The team has presented us with options via email, and we have discussions over the phone as per my preference. We've had several Zoom calls, during which Dotlogics performed changes so that I could see them in the moment. We also communicated via phone. Dotlogics tends to my communication preferences.
Dotlogics sent options while I was in court. I replied 4–5 days later, and the team sent a follow-up email. Dotlogics wasn't pushing me, but they followed up when they didn't hear back from me, which is important. Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
All team members are constantly engaged.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We've dealt with other web design companies but had a poor site before working with Dotlogics. In our past experiences, service providers delivered work according to the quote, and if we asked for changes, we had to pay more money. Dotlogics' main difference is that they stay with us until we're satisfied with the result without charging more money. Dotlogics cares about the final product, which is their most impressive aspect.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything Dotlogics can improve because their services are above par compared to my experiences with other firms.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I recommend hiring Dotlogics and sharing your goals with the team. Don't hold anything back because they'll incorporate everything you say into their work. The team is on top of work, and if you don't sound completely convinced about something, they'll look into other options. What challenges were you trying to address with Dotlogics? For our B2C website, the design and overall customer experience were major challenges for us. We had a below average consumer-facing website and we wanted to make sure we could be recognized as a top furniture provider in the industry. One of the challenges we face as a large organization is that there are many people wearing many hats, and our teams are not design or technology specialists.
We were really looking for a team who could understand all of our needs, be able to translate them, and build something that really was handcrafted to what we were looking for. Dotlogics understands user experience design, conversion, branding and once that’s done, they’re a core part of our overall growth strategy and execution team.
For our B2B website, we wanted to give our customers a dashboard where they could see past orders and could easily request new quotes. In addition, we wanted to make sure that our website was better connected to the internal tools that we use, such as our ERP system and order fulfillment software.

The scope of our engagement was two-part. It started with creating the workflows needed for our B2B website so that it was better connected to our ERP system and internal softwares. The second part of the relationship was establishing a totally new design and brand identity for our B2C brand. Our business was expanding its B2C focus and we wanted to make sure that we could compete against major retailers and offer a world-class brand.

This is something that was significantly discussed at the very start of the project because both sides wanted to make sure that quantitative results were achieved. The results we continue to monitor include:
Efficiency has increased on the B2B website. Order fulfillment is more automated and less time-consuming.
Conversions and sales have increased on the B2C site. We monitor these results weekly using Google Analytics.
On both sites, our customer support teams are spending less time answering basic questions over the phone because the websites are doing a better job in providing necessary information and are guiding customers to the information they need in a more efficient manner.
How did Dotlogics perform from a project management standpoint? Communication and project management is great. We have biweekly meetings and we’re given regular updates on tasks and open items we’ve requested. Our point of contact is available by phone and email so it's easy to reach out and discuss things as needed. In terms of project management and overall ensuring project success, Dotlogics has a strong command on how to get things done.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We’ve been working with the Dotlogics team for over 3 years now. While we started with one project, we’ve expanded to several other projects that we’re simultaneously working on together. We enjoy the fact that Dotlogics is a full-service agency and can deliver not just on websites but on many other fronts, such as brand development, consulting, and custom development.
That helps minimize the runaround for us, so we don’t have to hire multiple different teams and go through multiple different processes since it’s all one point of contact under one umbrella, and it really just makes things much more organized and streamlined for us.

Entangled Publishing is a 100% Women-Owned Independent Publisher of Romantic Fiction, in both the Adult and Young Adult Markets. Since its first release in July 2011, Entangled has published more than 2,600 titles, including the Instant NY Times Bestselling Crave Series, which has also been optioned for film by Universal, as well as some of the biggest names in Adult and Young Adult Romance.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dotlogics?
Our previous website was broken and very limited in terms of functionality and features. We needed a complete redesign. We needed a development company who could understand what we needed and build us a new site that we could easily manage.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Dotlogics redesigned the entire Entangled Publishing website, keeping in line with the designs we had but updating them. They also built a content management system for us from scratch. Dotlogics gave us recommendations about the website platform, and helped throughout the project to make sure that our new website would meet our needs.
What is the team composition?
The team we worked with consisted of two main points of contact, and other designers, developers, and the rest of the team worked behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with Dotlogics?
We had interviewed other website developers as well, but it seemed like they had their own way they wanted things done, and they weren’t necessarily wanting a collaboration. We were very specific in not wanting a WordPress website, so we needed to narrow it down to someone who could handle different types of websites and understood how to be collaborative.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our project was a success because we have a working website now that does everything we need it to do. The new website is faster and our team can easily manage it.
How did Dotlogics perform from a project management standpoint?
There were no concerns with workflow.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The collaboration was impressive... I think in order to have a successful partnership in anything, you have to be able to hear each other and find a solution, and you can’t do that unless you do it together.

The project went pretty smoothly. Both teams had to collaborate to get feedback and key pieces of information to each other on time, and so it was a true partnership on both sides.

AmeriTV needed a website redesign. We wanted a fresh website, and a fresh look to promote the company’s streaming services. The site didn’t need to be very complex, but it was important that we found a collaborative partner who could get things done quickly.

I was looking for a team that I can rely on for fast changes, which made it really convenient as far as I am concerned. I needed someone I could reach out to to get stuff done.

I found Dotlogics through a local search in Saratoga; I knew I wanted to deal with somebody local.

Dotlogics built out a custom admin panel that provided easy editing and other content capabilities. They also created a customized reseller account for me, so that every time I need to create a reseller account I can do it on my own.

There were several people working on the design and development side, and then I also had two main points of contact for any day to day questions that came up.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The new website that I have works really well, with great performance. I’ve got all the capabilities I need to manage the website and be able to create reseller accounts.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Everything has been addressed in a timely manner: there’s good communication, easy access through email and phone, good availability -- I mean, we’ve even spoken on the weekends!
