Project summary
Bop Design redesigned and developed a WordPress website for a coolant system provider. The team implemented new features and pages and expanded the client's content, generating SEO strategies.
Feedback summary
Bop Design's website needed extensive backend work to improve loading times and web speeds. The client required their site in five different languages and realized Bop Design simply copied the backend upon reviewing it, hence the loading times issue. The team lacked transparency about their skills. This review is an update by the client company. The original content is located below the new review.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
How did your relationship with Bop Design evolve?
Unfortunately, the final website product needs extensive backend work to improve load times and website speeds. It seems that multiple languages were a challenge for the team, and based on a review of the backend, they simply created 5 copies of the website. Hence our issues with load times.
In what ways can they improve?
Transparency around experience and skills, especially where they are lacking.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
Do not use this company for a website if you work in multiple languages or plan to in the future.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Bop Design met our quality standards and rewarded us with boosts in client engagement and site traffic. Their team built a website that represented our diverse offerings and brand identity and opened several marketable opportunities for our business — that was our main success metric for their work.
How did Bop Design perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated via Zoom meetings, and we organized and exchanged files through DropBox. From the beginning of our engagement, Bop Design provided clear outlines and time frames, which they diligently followed as we progressed. Additionally, we never had a hard time communicating our needs to their team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Bop Design impressed us with a highly systematic and strategic approach — they organized each phase well and allocated the best resources to perform different tasks.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their team managed everything well from the start. We had zero complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give Bop Design robust and accurate content to work with — the success of your website depends on the quality of your content as much as it depends on their team’s output.
