Vrrb began with an extensive Research + Discovery process in which they learnt about our company, customers, industry, operations, and technological needs. This included interactive workshops and presentations to determine the style and design we were looking for. The UX team at Vrrb designed the content and information architecture of our new website to meet the needs of our users. 
These were turned into Figma wireframes, which served as the foundation for the new website's user interface and visual design. Vrrb's engineers began building the new website using WordPress, incorporating unique components. Next came testing and quality assurance. Vrrb completed the most of this internally before delivering us the keys to the staging environment for Client Acceptance Testing. We are excited to debut our new website.

Our involvement had a two-part scope.  The first step was developing the procedures required for our business-to-business website in order to improve its integration with our ERP system and internal software.  Establishing a completely new design and brand identity for our B2C brand was the second phase of the partnership.  We needed to make sure that we could compete with big retailers and provide a top-tier brand as our company expanded its B2C focus.

The goal of the entire project was to make sure we would have quantifiable outcomes.  Since both parties sought to ensure that quantitative findings were obtained, this was a topic that was extensively discussed at the beginning of the project.  The outcomes that we are still keeping an eye on are:

• The B2B website has become more efficient.  Order fulfilment takes less time and is more automated.
• The B2C website has seen a rise in revenues and conversions.  We use Google Analytics to track these outcomes once a week.
• Our customer service representatives are spending less time on the phone answering simple enquiries on both sites as a result of the websites' improved ability to deliver essential information and direct users to the information they require more quickly.

Our website was revamped by Vrrb.  We first spoke with Vrrb's team about our requirements.  We informed the team that the primary objective of our website is to make our business appear more professional to potential customers and rivals.  We needed our website to showcase our achievements and efforts in a professional manner. 

 Vrrb walked us through every stage of the project and offered five distinct design possibilities.  Following our selection of the preferred design, Vrrb developed the framework and assisted us in determining the minimum amount of pages our website needed.  Each homepage was created by the team, which also established the language of the website.  Our website has been finished by Vrrb, and they will still offer maintenance services.

In order to make sure we were happy with the finished product, Vrrb took the time to experiment with various ideas.  After launching a website with a fantastic design that we adore, the team saw an increase in views.  Vrrb has supported me during the process and genuinely cares about our pleasure with their job. 

 Our homepage design has undergone five versions before we finally found the ideal arrangement that appealed to us.  Since our site has lived up to expectations, Vrrb has demonstrated their skill by explaining the crucial elements of web design that draw users in and capture their attention.

In order to collect information and generate ideas, we first met with the Vrrb team via Zoom.  Depending on my preferences, we hold phone conversations after the team sends us an email with possibilities.  Throughout our multiple Zoom calls, Vrrb made adjustments so I could see them right away.  We spoke on the phone as well.  My communication preferences are catered to by Vrrb.

 Options were sent by Vrrb while I was in court.  The staff issued a follow-up email after I responded, which was four to five days later.  Vrrb wasn't pressuring me, but they did follow up when I didn't respond, which is crucial.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I didn’t come into the project until after the discovery phase, but Vrrb Interactive has been responsible for creating wireframes and all the site designs. We had an old website, and Vrrb Interactive has migrated everything from the old site to the new one. 

They’ve added new features, ensured functionality and workflows, and built new landing pages. One of the largest enhancements Vrrb Interactive has made is the ability to display patient wait times in our clinics; they’ve done this through third-party integration. With this feature, users can look up separate clinics and find the number of individuals waiting. 

The team is currently providing ongoing maintenance work and adding enhancements. We are also redesigning and restructuring our location landing pages. Vrrb Interactive is creating backlinks and breadcrumbs to enhance the website and make it more user-friendly. The website has been built with WordPress, and the team has integrated Yoast SEO and Waitwhile. Vrrb Interactive uses Figma for all of the design work.

Our website traffic and the average time on our site have significantly increased; in general, we’ve seen our analytics improve. Vrrb Interactive has also optimized our site for tracking and gathering measurable results. We’re highly satisfied with their work.

We use a project management tool that we submit tickets through, and Vrrb Interactive gets back to us immediately. This tool also helps with transparency because we can see what is being worked on in real-time. We’re really happy with having one point of contact, and it’s made communication easy. They meet deadlines, are highly responsive, and stay within our budget. We communicate via email and Zoom.
