The employees of CyberOptik were very patient and worked with us to slowly to develop our website due to major health issues which made it difficult to work on the project. They helped us design and stage the website so that it can continue to improve at a slow rate. 

They had to build the site from scratch for a owner that had no knowledge of computers and could only pick what he liked from other websites. Then they had to teach someone that had no website development to use Elementor and plug ins.

They would set up dummy pages that were the selling features of the website.

The project manager was very helpful for a customer without computer experience. They showed other sites and explained how they could be changed. They also sent examples so the owner could visually see the differences.

We were just inherited when the company decided to change hands. We liked their treatment and availability so we stayed with them.

The website should have been made a little more simpler to use so the owner, who has no computer skills, could change basic information. Maybe make sites for "dummies".

I was impressed by their ability to create an amazing logo as quickly as they did. I thought it would take weeks or months as I tend to be indecisive and picky. It literally took days and I think I will keep the logo forever.

We conducted extensive research on design firms, spoke with several and ultimately decided on CyberOptik. Over the course of several discussions, they stood out as being very professional and experienced.
