We just launched our new firm and needed to design and launch a website advertising our services, clients, insights and industries that we serve.

We conducted extensive research on design firms, spoke with several and ultimately decided on CyberOptik. Over the course of several discussions, they stood out as being very professional and experienced.

We prepared content to support a kick-off in terms of the information and high-level sections we wanted in a site. There were several formal rounds of feedback, but informal discussions along the way that were very helpful for us to fine tune what we wanted.

They are quick to respond with notification from their helpdesk. Response from IT people is very timely and they get the job done. We appreciated how they worked within our tight timelines for changes we had on our platform.

Our website was created in 2008 and needed to be renewed on a different platform that was no longer supported by the hosting company. our goal was for the new sit to be simple to use, simple to add to, and clean and contemporary lines.

I was referred to this vendor by another non profit executive. Ron was chosen because he was efficient, fast, and paid attention to detail.

Website was originally multiple pages, the new website was slimmed down considerably with minimal dropdowns and simple hot links on the home page linking to PDFs that we have the ability to edit in house. He was fine with making the website much smaller. I am not sure but I believe the platform is Wordpress.
