By showcasing the new brand direction elements (color, type, iconography, imagery, brand elements, etc.) the new brand direction can be presented in a visually engaging way that presents our company as an expert in the industry. The site is easy to navigate. And the backend is secure, the risks of site shutting down have been eliminated.

Our verticals and allows for the user to be taken along a journey that explains how we will serve their specific needs. Resources and insights should be easily accessible through the new site structure to allow users to better understand our expertise within the industry, improve SEO.

We had a very aggressive timeline for our Go Live, especially toward the end. LLT was accommodating, moving their timelines forward 2-3 weeks to accommodate. We didn't need to make a ton of changes after the Go Live, what they delivered was "ready for prime time"

LLT Group has excellent designers; our website looks awesome. And they strike a great balance of matching our vision and providing on brand ideas of their own.

I think early on, like within first month of project, give a snapshot of when is realistic for site to be live. I would say a few more virtual meetings, too. Even if there's not much to report that week, just a quick 15 minute connect.

We started the process with LLT Group with in-depth brand research and competitive analysis to help us clarify our positioning and uncover opportunities for growth. Through a series of collaborative workshops, we explored everything from website design direction to content strategy and calls-to-action.

By the time we entered the design phase, it felt like we were already aligned. The process became more about refinement—tweaking visuals, messaging, and functionality while considering the technical and UX requirements that would best serve our users. Being based in Vancouver, we had the benefit of conducting our workshops using slack, which made the sessions even more engaging, hands-on, and collaborative.

The project wrapped with a full development phase and the launch of a new website that finally feels like a true digital expression of who we are and the clients we’re here to serve.

We had a weekly meeting cadance with their team. There was a project manager assigned to us who kept everything moving forward, ensured we had all the communication we needed and ensured we were giving LLT Group team all of the assets and content they needed to complete work on their end.

We had a project plan & timeline laid out from the beginning and we actually came in ahead of schedule. Throughout the term, LLT team was very responsive - emails were often replied to same-day or else next day.
