We were initially tasked with integrating our two newly acquired companies (located in countries outside the US) to our website in only about 4 months. We had just worked with BOP on a successful rebrand, so we shared with them the project and they took on the project with confidence that our aggressive timeline was doable.
Initially, we relied on BOP to advise on best practices in managing a multi-site layout with additional regions that need restrictions on what what can be editable. With the technical set up established and a content plan in place, the BOP team took the ball and ran with it.
In about 1 month from kicking-off the project, BOP had already turned our initial vision into a reality by building out our new site in a testing environment. We experienced some were minor delays with internal approvals leading up to launch, but never from anything the BOP team caused. As our timeline shifted slightly, BOP was always able to accommodate, allowing for a successful website launch.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It is too early to tell what impact this project had on our bottom line, but we expect it to be significant. The general feedback I have received from all team members has been nothing but positive. Their responsiveness after our website launch has been very helpful. There are currently no urgent errors on our new website, which is something that I am most pleased with as an internal project manager.

Yes. Their organization skills not only helped us all remain on track throughout the entire project. Close attention to detail would also help us catch and address potential errors proactively. All deliverables were met on time.

We have a multi-tiered news layout that also provides easy to use content management behind the scenes for our corporate communications team.
Our career page highlights the culture and perks of working at GoTo Foods, while also providing candidates a way to search and apply for open positions. The site also includes multiple ways for visitors to locate and purchase gift cards.

Bop's project management team was professional, precise, and extremely thorough. They were always available to us, provided excellent guidance and advice, and ensured that the project stayed on track. BOP and RedViking partnered to completely rebuild and restructure RedViking’s website to better reflect RedViking and our solutions. This included the creation of two homepage concepts, a sitemap/content strategy based on buyer personas, and two brand messaging directions. The user interface design phase involved the creation of initial homepage concepts, with up to two rounds of revisions, followed by the design of unique subpages based on the final homepage design styles.
Content services included a comprehensive content audit, brand messaging development, and copywriting for up to 20 core brand pages. Additionally, the migration of an additional 850 pages of content provided by RedViking is included. On-page SEO strategies are implemented to improve search engine visibility, including keyword research, integration, and optimization of page titles and tags.
The website's features and functionality were tailored to meet RedViking's needs and enhance user experience. This included the integration of a careers and culture microsite, display of client logos, a document and media library, lead capture forms, and social media integration. Standard performance optimization techniques are applied to ensure fast loading times and smooth functionality across devices.
Key Deliverables included:
A WordPress website built with Elementor for full control and functionality, empowering RedViking's marketing team to make updates and manage content effectively.
A custom manual for maintaining and updating the website independently.
Custom integration of the career page to showcase job opportunities and company culture effectively.
A fully redesigned and rebuilt website with improved functionality and ease of use for customers, enhancing the overall online experience for visitors.
Overall, the scope of work delivered a visually appealing, user-friendly website that effectively represents RedViking's brand and meets the specific goals outlined for the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
There were no measurable outcomes. The goal was for a total website redesign with the expectation that it would improve website loading times and increase views to some degree.

BOP did deliver items on time. There were a few setbacks but they were caused on our end. Bop Desing did an amazing job working with our schedule and responding to any questions or needs.

RedViking chose BOP based on its focus in B2B companies. RedViking wanted a partner that understood what we do and how it differs from B2C and BOP had experience with similar manufacturing and engineering companies. We also felt like their team was a great fit with our team and working cohesively was imperative.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Bop Design could have done differently?
The only thing that I would change is during the content procurement stage, it would have been helpful to have a list of items needed for the new site. Close to launch time new images, videos, and case studies were needed and I wish I was able to give it to the design team earlier on.
