Bite-sized trainings broken out into categories (I want to create an event, I want to create a new page, I want to write a blog, etc.) on the CMS would be a huge plus.

We just had some bumps in the road starting out.  But our new website looks beautiful and is a massive improvement from where we were.  Looking forward to a very productive next year with Lounge Lizard.

The Lounge Lizard team is highly responsive and addresses cirtial issues fast and works with us to develop a monthly project list that is achievable. We just had some issues with regional content and language portions working right.  They have awesome SEO capabilities.  Our digital marketing strategy and execution is really starting to build and improve.  We really enjoy the team we are working with now!

Lounge Lizard has designed and developed my website using WordPress based on a basic version I had previously created. The initial version I made wasn't professional, and the team provided recommendations for the site's design and company slogan. Lounge Lizard has also helped me design my logo because I initially had an unappealing logo.

Lounge Lizard's work has been fantastic. I haven't experienced bugs or issues on the site. The team's work quality is excellent; they're very helpful, friendly, and hardworking.

Lounge Lizard always delivers work ahead of time. I communicate via phone calls, Zoom, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Before working with Lounge Lizard, I had meetings with multiple suppliers. I noticed these companies had an old-school approach to design, and the outcome wasn't outstanding and didn't meet my expectations. 

I also work with a different design company that always asks what I want instead of providing suggestions. However, sometimes customers don't know what they want. This company works based on my suggestions, and if I change my idea, they need to change the design model and charge more. Lounge Lizard's team is very creative and provides good design suggestions. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven't experienced any challenges working with Lounge Lizard.

I suggest relying on Lounge Lizard's experience because they give better direction than other companies, avoiding wasting time on design versions. The team will provide advanced suggestions based on their experience, which helps avoid miscommunication.

The measurable outcome was a completed ecommerce site for our new brand launch that functioned correctly and that we could easily update.

We were assigned a project manager and a designer. Both team members were very communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. Every deliverable was completed on time. The team was able to answer any questions, and if the site was experiencing issues they would send the inquiry for a developer fix within 24 hours.

I am constantly impressed by the level of talent and professionalism that the team exhibits. I am now working on my third project with them, and I feel assured that the results will always exceed my expectations.

Honestly, none at all. At the very beginning of the project my assigned designer departed their company, and they were able to seamlessly get the project back on track without any negative ramifications. I plan on continuing to work with Lounge Lizard in the future.
