SacramentoPMG released an RFP in November of 2023 to reach website design companies to help us with branding, web design, web development and SEO. We found that eSEOspace services aligned with our needs. We also have a sister company that used their services before - so we heard good things. They won the bid, and we are happy with the services they provided.

We have a website that we love, and we have a dedicated monthly SEO specialist and website management consultant that we meet with to continue improving upon our website.

Yes, they were on-time, delivered everything that was agreed upon, and we are finding them to address our every need in our monthly-on going managment agreement

They were very responsive, we were always responded to within hours of sending an email. We only had one SOS but someone called us back within a few minutes of reaching out and provided us with an immediate solution.

eSEOspace was honest about expectations regarding SEO. We are seeing increases and know the milestones - I do wish SEO worked faster, but we are seeing the uptrend, more traffic, and yes we did start to get leads already throught SEO. Our goal is to get 5 leads a day minimum.

Eseospace provided a full resdesign of our website and recreated it in Wordpress in a fashion where we can easily make changes without them. Website redesign included homepage development, some coded items to reflect our framework, design ideas to display unique value propositions and many solutions page. The team was responsive and delivered in a timely fashion when we wanted launch to be beginning of the year.

The website redesign as offered us a fresh look to reflect our updated solutions/services. It has also helped us on the backend to easily make some changes ourselves. Eseospace's ability to crank out new designs and meet our deadlines allowed us to kick off 2024 with a refreshed start for our sales push.

Irina and team were able to deliver our items and provide revisions quickly - quick turn-around time overall. They are very execution-oriented, primarily focusing on meeting the customers' vision and needs quickly and at a reasonable price.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quick-turn around on requests and design items. Also Irina's availability to hop on a call - which at times was late at night when we were trying to meet a deadline. Very flexible and her team was committed to pulling it which exceeded my expectations. Irina is also very clear what is feaisble, what is not, and price points accordingly - straight shooter - which was very helpful as we were developing ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something eSEOspace could have done differently?

I'd say Eseospace is an execution-oriented firm so they excel at quick-turn around on requests and meeting deadlines at a great price point. One area of opportunity is customer nurturing and strategy. The current process for outreach/meetings has been that customers have to schedule a call if they want to chat or move the project along vs. Eseospace proactively reaching out to schedule a call to discuss updates or maintain relationship. Less nurturing and more project/dev-oriented.

Ben was so easy to work with — he listened, gently gave his opinion, and was always professional and respectable. He also assisted me with photo correction, my email service, and went above and beyond. I always felt heard and seen, and I am very proud of the final result.

Simply put- everything about my website demonstrates success... I'm humble, right? The devil is in the details... and the details really shine on my website. The words and images are balanced, correctly proportioned, and the navigation is natural. There is a lot of information on my page, but it doesn't feel overwhelming. The site has an exclusive appeal without feeling unapproachable. It feels wholesome.... it feels genuine.

AAV needed a completely new detail so eSEOspace provided wireframes of different designs based on the information they got in our meetings. After choosing one design we started to develop it to a wordpress site. After several edits over time we launched the website providing me with access to the backend. They then did an SEO audit and connected our website to a google analytics and search console and continued to develop pages for SEO in the backend.

I found that eSEOspace will out perform themselves over and over again to get you the product you need. They never say no and always find a creative solution to any problem or need.

eSEOspace could be more proactive on letting the client know what updates or edits have been done. This was more a minor inconvenience in communication than an actual problem. I believe this would streamline the work ever so slightly.

I needed support developing a website for my business. I was creating a concierge business that caters to a specific population and wanted a website that was clear and professionally designed with functionality that would enable me to operate my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had an idea of what I wanted, and eSEOspace worked with me to turn my vision into a reality. eSEOspace designed and developed my site from scratch using Figma and WordPress. In the beginning, we had a couple of calls with Irina (Marketing Consultant), and she was able to point me to work from their portfolio of companies they had worked with that had similar business models to mine. The project's investment was of moderate size for the stage my company was in, and the eSEOspace portfolio helped me be calm.

Then, I worked with a project manager who took over and guided me through a couple of iterations of the site to make sure my vision turned into reality. We went through rounds of changes until launching the final website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

While we haven't formally launched the company yet, I obtained formal and informal reviews of the website from friends and colleagues who were incredibly impressed. I'm sure the site will strengthen my business. eSEOspace was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a phenomenal experience working with them, and the entire team surpassed my expectations. The team exceeded my expectations and delivered more than what I asked for.

eSEOspace delivered work on time and on budget. We collaborated via Figma and communicated via phone calls and Zoom meetings.

I am clueless when it comes to websites, SEO, etc. This speaks volumes about Ben and his team! He was so patient with me and helped explain exactly what I needed (and didn't need, as well) to help drive business to my firm. 

He redesigned our site, advised on SEO, hosting, etc. I took forever to approve his progress, but he was extremely efficient in changes and communication and in helping me understand the entire process. I intend to continue working with them to increase visibility and add to the site regularly.

I wanted a professional, welcoming, and well-organized website that was modern and easy to use. My goal was to let the website be a good “face” or “first impression” of my office; that it would give patients the correct impression of what my office is about. I wanted patients to understand the types of services that are available to them and what my treatment philosophy is.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The variety of past projects that eseospace worked with was impressive. I looked through their portfolio and saw so many different website designs that I really liked - they were creative and clean - and yet so many different styles! I could tell that their team didn’t just do a cookie cutter website for everyone but actually created unique designs. They also focus heavily on SEO setup, and Irina helped me to categorize the content I wanted to include on the website, and suggested ways to increase SEO.

I first spoke with Irina by phone and told her my vision for the website. I then filled out a questionnaire which asked about my color preferences, websites that I liked (to get a sense of the esthetic I liked), as well as the categories of content that I would like to have.

Then it took just a few days for me to get a design option. I had a choice of making any edits I wanted to the design or asking for a redesign. They don’t proceed to develop until the design is perfect. Then they develop per the approved design and then comes the testing to make sure everything works as it should.

Irina was my main contact for the website design and development. I also spoke with David about advertising options and SEO. He was super helpful in getting the office to be easily found on google.

We rely very very heavily on our web presence and our online marketing analytics. Our business has grown well over 600% in 18 months. Our digital reach across the US is key.

During the build, we had regular streamed meetings often. Once established, our contact person is extremely accessible to us as needs arise...sometimes on the fly. That said, it is a casual, friendly, yet professional relationship.

Their responsiveness and attention to our needs were impressive. We have used other companies in the past who failed hopelessly with this and/or nickel'd and dimed us to death. eSEO has never treated us like that, and we're still here, of course.

Once we were assigned a point of contact for our account, things went seamless. I believe they have long since found their "sea legs." As a business leader, i understand growing aches and pains. eSEO nails it. We are hugely reliable on them and we trust them.
