I am clueless when it comes to websites, SEO, etc. This speaks volumes about Ben and his team! He was so patient with me and helped explain exactly what I needed (and didn't need, as well) to help drive business to my firm. 

He redesigned our site, advised on SEO, hosting, etc. I took forever to approve his progress, but he was extremely efficient in changes and communication and in helping me understand the entire process. I intend to continue working with them to increase visibility and add to the site regularly.

I wanted a professional, welcoming, and well-organized website that was modern and easy to use. My goal was to let the website be a good “face” or “first impression” of my office; that it would give patients the correct impression of what my office is about. I wanted patients to understand the types of services that are available to them and what my treatment philosophy is.

The variety of past projects that eseospace worked with was impressive. I looked through their portfolio and saw so many different website designs that I really liked - they were creative and clean - and yet so many different styles! I could tell that their team didn’t just do a cookie cutter website for everyone but actually created unique designs. They also focus heavily on SEO setup, and Irina helped me to categorize the content I wanted to include on the website, and suggested ways to increase SEO.

I first spoke with Irina by phone and told her my vision for the website. I then filled out a questionnaire which asked about my color preferences, websites that I liked (to get a sense of the esthetic I liked), as well as the categories of content that I would like to have.

Then it took just a few days for me to get a design option. I had a choice of making any edits I wanted to the design or asking for a redesign. They don’t proceed to develop until the design is perfect. Then they develop per the approved design and then comes the testing to make sure everything works as it should.

Irina was my main contact for the website design and development. I also spoke with David about advertising options and SEO. He was super helpful in getting the office to be easily found on google.

We rely very very heavily on our web presence and our online marketing analytics. Our business has grown well over 600% in 18 months. Our digital reach across the US is key.

During the build, we had regular streamed meetings often. Once established, our contact person is extremely accessible to us as needs arise...sometimes on the fly. That said, it is a casual, friendly, yet professional relationship.

Their responsiveness and attention to our needs were impressive. We have used other companies in the past who failed hopelessly with this and/or nickel'd and dimed us to death. eSEO has never treated us like that, and we're still here, of course.
