Innovators brand design and packaging development.

We know that design and strategy is not enough, and that understanding the goal and achieving the goal are two different things. At Process AG, we give directions, make decisions, and write programs based on experience, not theory. After all, you cannot build a company for others when you haven’t done it for yourself. We own not just an agency but our own product brands with which we live by - we practice what we preach.

We are business developers, brand strategists, designers, product developers, and manufacturers driven by a common purpose: to create brands with meaningful impact. By bringing together leading talent in their respective categories, we are able to produce the finest results and engineer successful business.

Founded to fulfill and support the demands and challenges of product focused companies, Process AG manages brands domestically as well as manufactures internationally. With a worldwide account roster with the likes of The Honest Co, Adidas, Nixon, Skullcandy and more.

We focus on impacting the bottom line by controlling the brand and consumer touch points. Services include strategic branding to more involved product and packaging design and manufacturing – all of which are aimed at improving customer engagement, sales and ROI.

Victoria's Secret Image

Victoria's Secret

With a brand as closely guarded as Victoria’s Secret, there are not many facilities that can qualify as a production vendor. From producing unique machines, to solving packaging design requests, to hand painting the white edge of papers, our facilities and production managers will stop at nothing to ensure the manufacturing of the packaging is of the utmost grade.
Honest Co. Image

Honest Co.

From cost efficient mail order to brick and mortar retail business, a strategy on how to bridge the price gap and meet retailer demands was put in place by Process AG. A solution to repackage and validate the price point of the brand at retail came in a communication strategy involving packaging. Managing touch points from retail buyers and managers to end consumer value were considered in the development of the product mix and
packaging for the launch.
Jaybird Image

Jaybird

From pioneering the wireless market to leading technology and quality, Jaybird has been the go-to choice for the tech savvy consumer. Brand support and communication management via packaging design and manufacturing has been our role. Our overseas team has integrated in factory audits and factory management. The overseas team was set up to ensure design has been executed at a high enough degree to satisfy the end consumer.
Adidas Image

Adidas

When it comes to one of the worlds largest sportswear companies debuting a new footwear technology the stakes are high. Process was tasked with conception, developing, and manufacturing an influencer packaging experience that would support the product seeding efforts of Adidas’s newest footwear technology, Nemeziz. Through our understanding of current social media trends, we designed a kit focused around the influencer sharing the
unboxing experience through the use of “live” and video story features on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat. Capturing the natural excitement of the influencer as they explored the packaging and debuted the product with their social media audience watching along, created an intimate organic experience and massive product awareness in a matter of minutes.
Nickelodeon Image

Nickelodeon

Nickelodeon needed a special employee gift. Something unique and within budget that would wow their creative team. Customized products for an internal audience were designed to further support and develop their staff. Tools that would be utilized from pencils, paper, and a custom felt binder, to a memory keep sake with the brand’s wealth of details. An ideal project that showcases what Nickelodeon represents for its current
audience and future dreamers.
GoalZero Image

GoalZero

We know GoalZero as the solar powered category leader for the outdoor industry, but they didn’t start out at the top. We engaged GoalZero at its infancy, a time for re-branding and re-structuring. A Brand Management guideline was written, set in place, and executed by Process AG in direct relationship with it primary retailer, REI. The end result was growth in category, sales, and volumes through a deep rooted partnership program
which was curated through the re-branding and re-messaging of the project.

Feedback summary:

The team’s creativity and knowledge of the industry have yielded unique deliverables that are sturdy when shipped. Impressing the internal client, they asked relevant questions and communicated seamlessly to deliver the desired result. Their process was transparent and clear.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m one of the co-founders and chief creative officer of a smart fragrance diffuser that’s controlled through mobile phones. We work with large fragrance brands to make their fragrances compatible with our product.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Process AG?

We worked with them on packaging design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve used them several times to pinpoint a design that will align with our customers’ expectations for their experience with our brand. That involves making sure that we’re using the right materials for environmental conditions and aesthetic considerations. When we started with them, they ideated on much of the design themselves. The second time we worked together, they took our requirements and upgraded the design we already had. We’re continuing to use their services, year after year.

What is the team composition?

We work with two individuals directly, but other resources from their team are likely involved. I collaborated with their design team.

How did you come to work with Process AG?

They came through a referral from another startup while we were searching for a partner within the space. Their team has a stand-out portfolio and credibility within the industry. When we spoke with them, they seemed like the most knowledgable option.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $30,000 with their team.

What is the status of this engagement?

The first project started in the third quarter of 2016, and we’ve been working together ever since.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They knew all about different types of materials and how they handled various climates they may be shipped to. Because they asked those questions, we received very well-structured, reliable packaging. They’ve been able to prevent issues because of their knowledge of the space. They also deliver outside-the-box thinking. Our packaging really stands out from the competition.

How did Process AG perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was very smooth. They commonly follow up with us to make sure we’re as on top of the project as they are. We communicate through a combination of emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team has an incredible set of design skills. They’ve taken us through a smooth and easy process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything for them to improve upon.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They treat all their clients well, so no one should struggle with their engagement with them. You can come in with a fully-fleshed out idea or a loose concept, and they’ll accommodate.
