We needed help with social media and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ElephantMark helps us market our social media channels, mainly focusing on Instagram and Facebook. They also develop content for our website, help us create press releases, and design flyers to promote our programs. Additionally, they help us with email marketing.

Our marketing has to be very specific to the ages that we cater to and the demographics involved — young, millennial parents, for example. Thus, whenever ElephantMark develops new marketing materials, we always discuss the target demographic to ensure we’re addressing the right audience.

Although ElephantMark has access to our social media accounts, they aren’t responsible for answering comments or engaging with our community. Instead, they act as a consultant. Still, they help us whenever needed.

Moreover, ElephantMark helps us with very specific projects. Around two years ago, in 2020, their team helped us with some data analytics work, evaluating our click-through rate to understand where our traffic came from. A few months ago, we needed a logo for a youth soccer tournament, and they helped us design it.

When we started working with ElephantMark, we had around 40 members in our organization. Now, we have around 1,000 members. Additionally, the response from our audience about our social media posts has been positive, and we haven’t received any negative comments.

How did ElephantMark LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

ElephantMark has been very responsive, and we’ve had a pleasant experience working with them. Their communication is very good, especially via email and text messages. Their team is also great at meeting deadlines; so far, they haven’t missed a deadline.

Whenever we work on a project, we jump on a virtual call, either via Zoom or Google Meet, to share information or review their work. Whenever they finish something, they share their work through a file-sharing system where we can review it.

I’m the sole owner and president of a company that exports modernized traditional wool shoes. Our products are made in Russia, and we export them to North America.

ElephantMark LLC helped us with our go-to-market strategy and a branding strategy. We gave them feedback as they developed the brand. Eventually, we landed on a name, a brand profile, a logo, and a color scheme that reflected our mission. 

ElephantMark LLC then developed our website. They designed the site using CSS and created graphics using Adobe Photoshop. In addition, the team set up our online store using Shopify. They used one of their existing templates and adjusted it to fit my store’s requirements.

Additionally, the ElephantMark LLC team helped us find available domain names. They presented us with a few options, and we picked the best one. They also assisted us in trademarking our logo.

Finally, we tasked them to build our marketing strategy. ElephantMark LLC continues to run my social media marketing campaigns.

The project has gone smoothly and without a hitch. The site is up and running, and our business is operating well. 

Their design work makes our company look unique, and the colors reflect our environmental approach. The website makes users feel cozy, which is essential because we want to depict our products as comfortable.

At the start of the project, we didn’t have room for error and needed things done quickly. ElephantMark LLC has delivered everything we needed within a couple of months.

They’ve delivered everything in the project scope. In terms of communication, we primarily have weekly Zoom calls. They update us on their progress and get our feedback. We also use WhatsApp, email, and Telegram if needed.

ElephantMark LLC is very knowledgeable and creative. They have an exceptional eye for design. I honestly don’t know where we would be without the team — they’ve truly helped us establish our brand.

After an extensive online company and review search, a shortlist was created and interviewed with ElephantMark being a clear decision for our needs based upon their previous work and experience.

During the interview process we learned quite a bit about one another which made our next steps rather seamless. With a company name already established, ElephantMark went to work on providing several rounds of inspired and spot on logo/branding options. Each round narrowed and fine tuned the direction for a very strong and personalized outcome.

Once agreed upon, a full brand manual was provided including logo copies, unique font type, letterhead, favicons, business card design and even email signature. Once the branding side of things were complete we moved on to website design. A tight timeline was met to get a landing page in place right away and a very collaborative approach taken with website finalization and launch.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I've received incredible feedback across the board on our logo + website and seen site traffic increase greatly. A few minutes prior to writing this review, I just took on another great lead that was captured via Google SEO and website design that won the clients over.

We communicated primarily through Zoom meetings for set appointments, but ElephantMark remained in constant contact and was always an email or text away. Responses were so timely that I had to specify in a few instances that the request was not urgent and should not be worked on after hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ElephantMark has exceptional 'know how' and experience on the technical side of things, but most impressive to me was their ability to understand the company vision and translate this into something better than what we could have imagined. The end result was something I am very proud to present to my clients.

As with any website there were some minor glitches or corrections that needed to be made, but these were promptly addressed and corrected.

ElephantMark was hired to update the look of our entire website, and is completely responsible for all managing our website as well as digital marketing over the last two years. The goal was to create an attractive and modern website as well as marketing campaign to build our footprint in our segment.

I wasn't involved in the selection of ElephantMark, I have been working closely with them since May of 2020. They were hired originally in 2019. I was told that they were selected for several reasons: talent, working style and relationship, and price.

ElephantMark redesigned our entire website, down to the images and font color originally. Joseph then built a marketing campaign based on the website. The scope of the work now entails website updates and marketing. Beyond our website, he uses Google Ads, Google Analytics, FaceBook Ad Manager, LinkedIn. He has so many other programs that he utilizes that I don't know the names of, for creating videos, managing spam, etc.

Due to Josephs capabilities, our platform is know for it's clean, modern look and functionality. His input while reworking our website, and then coordinated marketing, has made a huge impact in our sales.

We found what works for our company is a regular weekly meeting and then occasional meetings if we see something that needs attention right away. Joseph will usually drive the meeting knowing what my priorities are, and always has suggestions for improvement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Two things, ElephantMark LLC's creativity and attention to detail is the perfect combination when you are trying to keep your website and marketing as consistent and attractive as possible. He is also incredibly capable and knowledgeable about what it takes for a successful marketing campaign. I would describe his technical capabilities but I have no idea what he does, I just know I couldn't learn that if I wanted to, which I don't.

Also, we had a situation last year where we needed to build out a new landing page, messaging and marketing materials in 24 hours (weird story) and he dropped everything to make it happen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything they could improve on. Just today we were going over Google Ads and he called Google on our behalf to report a discrepancy. Joseph is a complete professional but also a really nice person to work with. We are very happy to be partnered with ElephantMark.

We’re just starting to realize the benefits of the work because he was waiting on the copy that was delayed because of us. I’m seeing our organic searches increase. I also see our Google business page improving, with our clients giving us reviews we’re moving up the ranks.

I wouldn’t have picked the initial design, but it turned out fantastic. The end result of their design is crisp and modern — it just pops.

Overall, I was pleased — most of the delays were on our end. I wish we were pushed a little harder to deliver our side, but it’s been a crazy year.

Seeing the initial concept of the website was fantastic. I didn’t have a vision on what it should be, and I really liked the concept that was presented and how it came together with the colors, fonts, and photography. He picked the skyline of Sarasota, Florida for our home page. It’s a beautiful city and it makes our website great. I never would’ve thought of that.

It’s best if you can stick with the timeline. Once you start getting delays, it slows the process. If you’re engaging with them, you also need to be ready for the information they’re going to be asking for. You need to be mindful of the input you’ll need to give, and it’s quite an undertaking.

We started with a discovery meeting to discuss next steps, then they conducted a full audit of the current site and provided a sitemap for our team to review. After approval, ElephantMark created initial wireframes for the homepage and secondary pages, then created full mockups with colors and photos.

Using WordPress, they built the website, sharing pages for review. Their team also showed how the pages looked across web and mobile devices.

Once everything was approved, ElephantMark launched the website, optimized it for search, and also refreshed our company logo with no charge.

Our website inquiries increased by 25%. The design is clean and works flawlessly across every device. Importantly, it is easy for us to manage. We can add blogs, photos, and change copy without assistance. If we do need help, ElephantMark is readily available. Unless there is a big issue or item that takes up time, they won’t charge me, which I appreciate.

The efficient development & design process kept both teams moving forward. ElephantMark established timelines for each stage, but they were flexible when they needed to be. Joseph was responsive and made the experience extremely positive. They went above and beyond.

One of their biggest selling points is that they are not only talented designers but can build and launch websites. ElephantMark is a one-stop shop which makes everything faster and smoother. It’s hard to find agencies that offer unmatched design and development skills at a reasonable cost.
