Please describe your company and your position there.

Strange Paradise Gift Shop makes handbeaded chain for your mask or sunglasses. As the founder of this brand I place a high value on design and storytelling.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Indiegogh Creative?

I hired Indiegogh to design the branding for Strange Paradise, this included a wordmark logo, favcon, tagline lockup, color palette and typography selection. The final deliverables were sent to me in a style guide PDF format as well as a zip folder with editible files.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to create a cohesvie look and feel that embodied the core values of the brand.

I shopped around and took calls with a handful of boutique agencies. Emily from Indegogh and I connected right away and I knew I could trust her with my vision for the brand. The team was so prompt and thoughtful with communication I felt confident making the investment.

As the founder and creative director of Strange Paradise I worked directly with Emily at Indiegogh Creative on all touchpoints of the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project just wrapped and I am implementing the new branding in our print materials and digitally. I have received great feedback on the logo and as a business owner I am proud to show off my brand.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I never had to wonder when I would receive deliverables or where the project was in our timeline. Emily from Indiegogh is a fantastic communicator and always set the expection of when and what was coming next. She met every deadline and blew me away with the amount of progress the team made each week.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Indiegogh Creative has the ability to take my vision and make it 100x better with their clever eye for design. Emily was able to pick up patterns from my Pinterest inspiration boards and elements from the brand story and weave them into the design seamlessly. The result is branding so custom to the core values of the brand. Hiring Indiegogh Creative was truly the best investment I have made for my small business.
