I am a co-founder of the Order Recognition Technology point-of-sales terminal solution for the restaurant industry.
For what projects/services did your company hire Artenergy?
The assignment for Artenergy was, to design and architect a touch screen POS user interface. The challenge was that UI had to be intuitive, user-friendly, modern, great-looking, and easy to use.
How did you select this vendor?
After interviewing several vendors we found out that Artenergy stood heads above all others. What was significantly noticeable is their creativity, professionalism, responsive and collaborative nature, and most importantly, the quality of their work.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After initial discussions, Artenergy team conducted intensive research, wireframed, designed a user interface for several user scenarios, delivered a high-fidelity prototype, and worked closely with the developers to ensure that the ideas were effectively implemented.

My team worked directly with the Artenergy team.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were very pleased with the deliverables. Artenergy ensured functionality, efficiency, and exceptional visual design. The final result completely met our users' challenging and unique needs. The Artenergy team conducted user testing and implemented discoveries across multiple modules. As a result, we had very positive user feedback. The system provided ease of use and overall design sensibility.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was a pleasure to work with the Artenergy team. Ease of communications, immediate response by email or phone calls, planning and defining project milestones, complete dedication and attention to details, innovative suggestions and solutions, patience, and ability to look at the UI from the end-users perspective.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were pleasantly surprised by their level of expertise and ability to understand customer needs. Knowledge and experience of implementation in multiple areas. Motivations and approaches extrapolated into a compelling design. Artenergy team effectively collaborated with a cross-functional product development team to present ideas and strategies; creativity, originality, and a sense of humor.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There is always room for improvement, but I would be very surprised if we could find a lot of improvement possibilities for Artenergy.
Artenergy completed the deliverables with ensured functionality, efficiency, and exceptional designs. They conducted user testing and implemented discoveries across multiple modules resulted in positive user feedback. The team consisted of innovative, collaborative, and professional developers.
